Abstract

Kelompok Oo Daro dan kelompok Ita Esa yang berada di Kecamatan Rote Barat Daya dan Kecamatan Lobalaen Kabupaten Rote-Ndao Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) telah umum melakukan usaha pengolahan produk dari buah lontar, yaitu gula cair dari nira buah lontar. Gula ini sangat digemari oleh masyarakat, bahkan sampai ke luar daerah. Disamping nira dari buah yang umum digunakan, buah lontar masak juga dapat diolah menjadi produk dengan nilai jual yang baik, yaitu menjadi pia buah lontar. Pengolahan buah lontar masak menjadi berbagai jenis makanan (kue), bagi masyarakat Rote, merupakan suatu hal (teknologi) yang masih baru. Selama ini buah yang telah masak lebih banyak dibuang begitu saja. Oleh karena itu, masyarakat dari kelompok Oo Daro dan kelompok Ita Esa sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan yang diadakan.  Kegiatan dilakukan selama 2 hari. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kedua kelompok ini telah memahami proses pengolahan buah lontar masak menjadi pia dan dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan mereka

Abstract

Coffee has become the foundation of the economy of the community, including in Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. In running their farms, farmers find a problem, namely low production. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship and influence of Arabica coffee production factors. The sample in this study amounted to 83 farmers. The research data uses primary and secondary data. The data analysis method uses correlation analysis (Bivariate Correlation) and the Cobb Douglas production function model. The results showed that the factors that have a relationship with Arabica coffee farming production are fertilizer, seeds, labor, land area, and household size. In contrast, factors that have no relationship with production are education level, farming experience, and farmer's age. The factors that affect the production of Arabica coffee farming are seeds, land area, and household size. In contrast, factors that did not affect production were fertilizer, education level, labor, farming experience, and age

Abstract

This research has been conducted in the Oenesu Village, Tesabela Village, Bolok Village of West Kupang Sub District and Oesusu Village, Takari Sub District of Kupang District of East Nusa Tenggara Province. The research starting in May-June 2016, with the aim to determine: (1) profitable of corn farming, and (2) financially feasible of corn farming. The method used in this research is survey method. Location research done intentionally (purposive sampling). Types of data collected are primary data obtained from interviews with respondents based on the questionnaire, while secondary data obtained from the institution concerned. To find the first goal, the data were analyzed using analysis of farming. The second purpose were analyzed by financial analysis tools through the calculation criteria NPV, Net- B/C, and Gross B/C. The results showed that: (1) the corn farming in research region are profitable, and (2) the investment on corn farming there are feasible to continued, because the financial analysed conducted with a positively NPV, is Rp 4.653.799,07, the value of Net B/C of 1, and Gross B/C of 1,23 or more than 1.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Tunmoni Association of Farmers Group (Gapoktan Tunmoni) was a Gapoktan which was assisted by the Food Security Service of the East Nusa Tenggara Province through the Community Food Business Program (PUPM). Gapoktan Tunmoni contributed to the provision of rice through its members who conducted rice farming. However, there had been no studies that examined how much income and the factors that affected the income of rice farming in Gapoktan Tunmoni. Even though those researches were important to evaluate farming. Therefore this research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of socio-economic factors on the income of wetland rice farming in Gapoktan Tunmoni in Noelbaki Village, Kupang Tengah District, Kupang Regency. The research was conducted from July 2018 to August 2018. Data were obtained through direct interviews with respondents, while also using the method of literature and documentation. Data were analyzed using income analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the income analysis, the average income of wetland rice farming in Gapoktan Tunmoni was Rp.8,307,659. While from multiple linear regression analysis it was known that socio-economic factors had an effect simultaneously. While partially only formal education, land costs, labor costs, fertilizer costs, pesticide costs, post-harvest costs, and selling prices had a significant effect. Based on the coefficient of determination test, socio-economic factors had an influence of 96.2% on income. ABSTRAK Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Gapoktan) Tunmoni merupakan Gapoktan binaan Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur melalui Program Usaha Pangan Masyarakat (PUPM). Gapoktan Tunmoni turut andil dalam penyediaan beras melalui anggotanya yang melakukan usahatani padi sawah. Namun, hingga kini belum ada penelitian yang menguji seberapa besar pendapatan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan usahatani padi sawah pada Gapoktan Tunmoni. Padahal penelitian tersebut penting dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi suatu usahatani. Oleh karenanya penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor sosial ekonomi terhadap pendapatan usahatani padi sawah pada Gapoktan Tunmoni di Desa Noelbaki, Kecamatan Kupang Tengah, Kabupaten Kupang. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan dari bulan Juli 2018 hingga Agustus 2018. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan responden, selain itu juga menggunakan metode kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis pendapatan, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis pendapatan rata-rata pendapatan usahatani padi sawah pada Gapoktan adalah sebesar Rp8.307.659. Sementara dari analisis regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa faktor sosial ekonomi berpengaruh secara simultan. Sementara secara parsial hanya Pendidikan Formal, Biaya Lahan, Biaya Tenaga Kerja, Biaya Pupuk, Biaya Pestisida, Biaya Paska Panen, dan Harga Jual yang berpengaruh secara signifikan. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi, faktor sosial ekonomi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 96,2% terhadap pendapatan.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Wolokisa Village, district of Mauponggo, Nagekeo Regency. This research aimed toidentify the strategies applied by farmers in developing cocoa farming,strengthand weakness, opportunities and threats factors indeveloping cocoa farming in Mauponggo district, Nagekeo Regency. Data collection interviews using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is the SWOT analysis. The results showed that the internal factors influencing the development of the cocoa agribusiness in Wolokisa Village were (1) Availability of land and agro-climate, (2) Number of farmers, (3) Experience of farmers, (4) ) Cocoa quality, (5) Supporting institutions. (6) Farmers' weak management, (7) Simple technology that is still used (8) Poor acceleration (8) Pests and diseases. Although external factors that influence the development of the cocoa agribusiness in Wolokisa Village were: (1) high demand, (2) high prices, (3) clear market goals, (6) fluctuating prices, (7) climate, (8) cocoa producers from other villages. The appropriate strategies for developing cocoa agribusiness in Wolokisa Village are increasing production and better quality to meet demand and obtain high prices and using the experience of farmers and support institutions to reduce competitors.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada CV. GS Organik di Desa Penfui Timur, Kecamatan Kupang Tengah, Kabupaten Kupang pada bulan November – desember 2019 dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh markting mix terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV. GS Organik di Kabupaten Kupang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang bersumber dari kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 75 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel produk dan promosi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan membeli sayur organic pada CV GS Oraganik, sementaravariabel harga dan tempat secara parsial tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap. Kata Kunci: produk, harga, tempat, promosi, bauran pemasaran dan keputusan membeli. ABSTRACT This research has been carried out at CV. GS Organik I the village of East Penfui. Kupang Tengah District, Kupang Regency in November to December 2019 with the aim to determine the effect of markting mix on purchasing decisions on the CV. GS Organic in Kupang Regency. This study uses primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to 75 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination The results showed that the product and promotion variables partially have a significant influence on the buying decision variable because it has a value of t arithmetic > t table so that Ho is rejected and accept Ha. While the price and place variables partially do not have a significant effect.. Keywords: product, price, place, promotion, marketing mix and purchase decision.

Abstract

This research was conducted from August to September 2019 in Fatuleu Subdistrict, Kupang Regency. This research aimed to determine the income level, the BEP, the R/C ratio, the efficiency of capital use and the factors that influence the income of green bean farming in Fatuleu District, Kupang Regency. The number of samples used was 84 farmers and was disproportionately determined from 2 villages, namely Sillu and Oebola Village. The data used were primary and secondary data. The data was then analyzed using income analysis, BEP, R / C ratio, capital use efficiency and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the economic analysis showed that the average income per hectare of green bean farming in Fatuleu district was Rp.5,217,520,00 while the average income per hectare was Rp.1.989.484,00. The R/C ratio per hectare was 1,6, which meant that growing green beans in the Fatuleu district is economically viable. The BEP production per hectare was 230,57 and the BEP price was Rp. 8.661,00. Efficient use of capital in green bean farming amounted to 27% per hectare, Factors that significantly affected the income of green bean farming was production, while seed, pesticide, and labor costs, and land area did not significantly affect the income.
