Abstract

Community participation in an effective development framework can be developed by empowering the potential and assets of the local community. Community service in Jati Sawahan Lengkong Nganjuk succeeded in involving the role of micro businesses to carry out knowledge sharing techniques for making dyed batik for mothers of members of the yasinan group. The success of the service program is supported by mapping the potential and adequacy of social analysis so that it can map partner and target assets at the planning stage with sufficient data support. The success of the activity is supported by simultaneous coordination between stakeholders and the support of assets and potential of religious and community leaders and openness in accepting evaluations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic accounting in the Islamic credit buying and selling scheme in housing sales at PT MIB and to find out the Islamic law review related to the difference in cash prices and credit prices that have been included in the sales brochure whether there is an element of usury or not. This type of research uses a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses the triangulation of sources. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of PT MIB's research use alternative economic and inflation methods. Based on PSAK 102 Accounting for murabahah and ISAK 101 regarding the recognition of tough murabahah income without any significant risks related to inventory ownership, the use of both methods is permitted. Based on this method, it is time that has economic value so that when there is a deferral of payments, a certain amount of compensation is needed because basically money is the medium of exchange for the public. The faster the rotation, the better. Credit buying and selling mechanism is also allowed in the Qur'an, Hadith, and Ijma.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the information about industry needs for office communication competence in the 4.0 industrial revolution era. Competency suitability is one of the things supporting objective achievement of vocational education implementation. The development of office communication competencies also needs to be scrutinized and adjusted so that students can learn both at school and industry. This research is a case study research conducted using a descriptive method with qualitative approach and analyzed using the Miles Hubberman model which includes stages of data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and data inference. The results of this study indicate that office communication competencies explicitly contained in the 2013 revised edition of the 2017 curriculum are still relevant to be taught in schools and are still needed in the industry. Several competencies need to be updated and added to support students' skills in dealing with the development of work in the industry related to office communications in the 4.0 industrial revolution era to improve the office work effectiveness, such as (1) information management using social media, web, and online application of goods or services sales; (2) mastery of communication using social media, the web, and online application of goods or services sales; and (3) mastery of international languages.
