Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and to analyze the Theory of Planned Behavior in explaining the behavior of academic cheating at Widya Mandala Catholic University of Madiun. The research variables were moral obligation, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, intention to cheat, and academic dishonesty. The samples of the study consisted of 120 undergraduate students of Widya Mandala Catholic University of Madiun. To collect the data, this study used convenience sampling technique and questionnaire. Path Analysis was used to explain the direct and indirect effects among the research variables. This result of the study showed that moral obligation, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control took effect on intention to cheat. However, attitude did not take effect on intention to cheat. Finally, perceived behavioral control and intention to cheat affected academic dishonesty

Abstract

This research discussed comprehensively the startup strategy of the sambal pecel group of Dasa Wisma Delima, Mojorejo, and Larasati, Taman Madiun City. The business strategy was analyzed by using the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix, the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix, the Strength-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) matrix, and the Internal-External (IE) matrix. Three indicators of on-time delivery, production planning based on-demand analysis, and business infrastructure showed good performance results. Meanwhile, other indicators that needed attention were the accuracy of production cost estimates, the accuracy of revenue planning, the accuracy of technology availability, and the accuracy of predicting the average demand. Based on the SWOT analysis, we had formulated 4 (four) business strategies consisted of business development strategies by utilizing funding facilities and cooperation between shops and universities (SO strategy), increasing production capacity through business funding facilities from the government (WO strategy), product differentiation based on experience and training to develop a business (ST strategy), and brand mindedness and production efficiency by taking into account price fluctuations and quality of raw materials (WT strategy). Therefore, the recommended strategy from the IE matrix was a Hold and Maintain strategy that was achieved by applying market penetration and product development strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik interpersonal, beban kerja, mutasi dan komunikasi terhadap stress kerja pada pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Madiun. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh pegawai yang ada di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Madiun. Sampel yang siambil adalah sebanyak 35 pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 point. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa konflik interpersonal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap stres kerja pegawai, beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap stres kerja pegawai, mutasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap stress kerja pegawai, dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap stres kerja pegawai.

Abstract

This research posses the objectives to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on work engagement through meaning in work and personal resources as mediation variables. This study involved 120 respondents of outsorced employee from 13 Divisions at PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) and this study used path analysis to test the hypothesis. This study proves that transformational leadership have significant positive influence on work engagement, meaning in work, and personal resources. Personal resources and meaning in work can also perform as mediating variables for relationship between transformational leadership on work engagement. Mediating effect that can be found in this research is partial mediating effect type. It was proved by the direct relationship between transformational leadership and work engagement keep significantly positive when it was mediated by meaning in work and personal resources eventhough the significant level is declining.

Abstract

Abstract: Application of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on Computerized Land Activities. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on computerized land activities. A survey methodology used to collect data of 100 employees. The results indicated that (1) Computer self-efficacy affected the perceived ease of use and usefulness of the technology, (2) the perceived ease of use technology affected of perceived usefulness and attitude towards using technology, (3) the perceived usefulness affected attitude towards using technology, and (4) the attitude to use technology affected intention to use technology.Keywords: Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), computer self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, attitude to use technology, intention to use technologyAbstrak: Aplikasi Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Pada Komputerisasi Kegiatan Pertanahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Pada Komputerisasi Kegiatan Pertanahan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and development strategies on organizational performance through mediating employee performance. This study involved 70 respondents from PT INKA Multi Solutions (IMS) level manager employees. The SPSS software is used to test the influence between variables. This study finds that training and development strategies have significant effect on organizational and employee performance. Moreover, this study also finds that employee performance mediates the influence of training and development strategies on organizational performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik interpersonal, beban kerja, mutasi dan komunikasi terhadap stress kerja pada pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Madiun. Abstract

Persaingan bisnis di bidang perhotelan saat ini semakin ketat, para pengusaha dan pengelola perlu memperhatikan strategi untuk memunculkan keunggulan kompetitif sehingga dapat memenangkan persaingan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menentukan strategi bisnis yang dapat diterapkan oleh manajemen Quds Royal Hotel Surabayadalam menghadapi persaingan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan pelanggan Quds Royal Hotel Surabaya yang diambl berdasarkan metode purposive random sampling sejumlah 100 orang. Analisis data menggunakan metode SWOT, IFE EFE, IE, dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian ni menunjukkan posisi Quds Royal Hotel berada pada posisi perlunya melakukan penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk, hal ini dapat dilakukkan dengan menjalin kerjasama yang lebih baik dengan travelagent untuk membuat paket wisata reigi yang menarik sehingga meningkatnya minat rombongan peziarah Sunan Ampel untuk menginap di Quds Royal Hotel.

Abstract

Mengetahui pengaruh positif signifikansi work life balance dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.X yang bergerak di bidang FB ialah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling, populasi penelitian 195 karyawan tetap, sampel penelitian 118 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, F, dan R². Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menemukan work life balance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan dijelaskan teori motivasi hierarki Maslow dan social exchange theory, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan, dijelaskan teori motivasi hierarki Maslow dan social exchange theory, secara simultan work life balance dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan, dijelaskan dengan cognitif evaluation theory.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the significance of the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at CV Champion Jaya Sejahtera. We used saturated sampling technique for obtaining 52 employees meeting subject from CV Champion Jaya Sejahtera. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to describe the effect reward and punishment effect on employee performance. T-test shows that the reward has a significant positive effect on the work discipline employees of CV Champion Jaya Sejahtera.
