Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of work engagement as intervening variable relationship between leader member exchange and job performance. This study used a quantitative research method.The samples used in this study were 213 people in the PT Kusumaputra Santosa Karanganyar. The data analysis technique was path analysis. The results of this study were:  a) LMX had significant effect on job performance. b) LMX and work engagement had significant effect on job performance. c) Work engagement was able to be a mediating variable and was expressed as a partial mediating variables (partial mediation). This was because the influence of leader member exchange variables for job performance was remained significant even after entering work engagement variable into the regression model but the regression coefficient was declined.

Abstract

Limbah baglog jamur tiram merupakan media yang tersisa setelah badan buah jamur dipanen selama periode budidaya jamur. Limbah baglog jamur tiram sebagian besar terdiri dari selulosa, hemiselulosa, lignin, mineral dan juga sebagian kecil vitamin. Limbah baglog dapat digunakan sebagai media pertumbuhan pengganti tanah untuk tanaman Sambung Nyawa yang memiliki banyak manfaat baik untuk kesehatan ataupun sebagai bahan pangan alternatif. Tanaman Sambung Nyawa merupakan tanaman sayuran yang berkhasiat obat yang belum banyak dikenal oleh masyarakat kota Madiun. Sambung Nyawa (Gynura procumbens) memiliki khasiat seperti antikoagulan, mencairkan pembekuan darah, menghentikan pendarahan, menghilangkan panas, dan membersihkan racun dalam tubuh. Mitra kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat adalah adalah ibu-ibu dari kelompok PKK RT 16/RW 05, Taman, Kota Madiun. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah ceramah, demonstrasi dan konsultasi. Kegiatan ini memberikan hasil berupa kemampuan masyarakat mitra dalam pembudidayaan tanaman Sambung Nyawa dengan menggunakan limbah baglog jamur tiram, pengolahan tanaman Sambung Nyawa menjadi ice cream dan campuran mie, serta pengetahuan mengenai nilai ekonomi yang bisa diperoleh ketika masyarakat memasarkannya dalam bentuk bahan pangan alternatif. Abstract

This research posses the objectives to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on work engagement through meaning in work and personal resources as mediation variables. This study involved 120 respondents of outsorced employee from 13 Divisions at PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) and this study used path analysis to test the hypothesis. This study proves that transformational leadership have significant positive influence on work engagement, meaning in work, and personal resources. Personal resources and meaning in work can also perform as mediating variables for relationship between transformational leadership on work engagement. Mediating effect that can be found in this research is partial mediating effect type. It was proved by the direct relationship between transformational leadership and work engagement keep significantly positive when it was mediated by meaning in work and personal resources eventhough the significant level is declining.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and development strategies on organizational performance through mediating employee performance. This study involved 70 respondents from PT INKA Multi Solutions (IMS) level manager employees. The SPSS software is used to test the influence between variables. This study finds that training and development strategies have significant effect on organizational and employee performance. Moreover, this study also finds that employee performance mediates the influence of training and development strategies on organizational performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of meaning in work as intervening variable relationship between transformational leadership and work engagement and analyze the effect of work engagement as pemediasi variable relationship between leader-member exchange and job performance. This study uses a quantitative research methods. While the sample used this study as many as 213 people in the PT Kusumaputra Santosa Karanganyar. The data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis method path.Results of this study are a) Transformational leadership significant effect on work engagement. b) Transformational leadership and meaning in work significant effect on work engagement. c) meaning in work can be a mediating variable and is expressed as a partial mediating variables (partial mediation). This is because, after entering the variable Meaning in Work, due to the influence of the variable Work Engagement Transformational Leadership which was significantly be remained significant after entering Meaning in Work variables into the regression equation model but declined regression coefficient. d) LMX significant effect on job performance. e) LMX and work engagement significant effect on job performance. f) Work engagement can be a mediating variable and is expressed as a partial mediating variables (partial mediation). This is because, the influence of variables leader member exchange for job performance that was significantly be remained significant after entering work engagement variable into the regression model but declined regression coefficient.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic. The impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic was felt for MSMEs, which previously in 2018 were a business group that experienced a significant increase. Changes in consumer behavior due to the pandemic and the ability of MSMEs to follow developments are one of the reasons that caused MSMEs to slump during the COVID-19 pandemic. Very drastic changes are closely related to Darwin's theory which explains the existence of evolution and demands the ability to adapt in self-defense. Changes in business models lead MSMEs to adapt into digital-based businesses to be able to maintain business continuity in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis di bidang perhotelan saat ini semakin ketat, para pengusaha dan pengelola perlu memperhatikan strategi untuk memunculkan keunggulan kompetitif sehingga dapat memenangkan persaingan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menentukan strategi bisnis yang dapat diterapkan oleh manajemen Quds Royal Hotel Surabayadalam menghadapi persaingan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan pelanggan Quds Royal Hotel Surabaya yang diambl berdasarkan metode purposive random sampling sejumlah 100 orang. Analisis data menggunakan metode SWOT, IFE EFE, IE, dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian ni menunjukkan posisi Quds Royal Hotel berada pada posisi perlunya melakukan penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk, hal ini dapat dilakukkan dengan menjalin kerjasama yang lebih baik dengan travelagent untuk membuat paket wisata reigi yang menarik sehingga meningkatnya minat rombongan peziarah Sunan Ampel untuk menginap di Quds Royal Hotel.

Abstract

Mengetahui pengaruh positif signifikansi work life balance dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.X yang bergerak di bidang FB ialah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling, populasi penelitian 195 karyawan tetap, sampel penelitian 118 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, F, dan R². Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menemukan work life balance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan dijelaskan teori motivasi hierarki Maslow dan social exchange theory, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan, dijelaskan teori motivasi hierarki Maslow dan social exchange theory, secara simultan work life balance dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan, dijelaskan dengan cognitif evaluation theory.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dan memahami signifikansi pengaruh attitude, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control yang memengaruhi intention adoption sepeda listrik di Kota Madiun. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 100 responden yang tinggal di Kota Madiun menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Untuk pengumpulan informasi, kuesioner diisi dengan skala Likert 1-5. Perangkat lunak JASP 16 dipilih untuk pemrosesan data primer yang didapatkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap (attitude), norma subyektif (subjective norm) dan persepsi kontrol perilaku (perceived behavioural control) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat adopsi (intention to adopt) e-bike di kota Madiun.
