Abstract

Kedelai adalah produk pangan bernilai gizi tinggi yang banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini, kedelai dimodifikasi dengan cara perkecambahan. Komponen zat gizi akan berubah menjadi senyawa-senyawa yang lebih sederhana selama proses perkecambahan sehingga menjadi lebih mudah dicerna bagi tubuh manusia. Selain itu, perkecambahan juga dapat meningkatkan kapasitas antioksidan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan kondisi perkecambahan untuk mengoptimalkan kapasitas antioksidan dari biji kedelai varietas Wilis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi terbaik untuk mengoptimalkan kapasitas antioksidan adalah dengan cara perkecambahan pada suhu 25°C selama 15 jam dengan rasio biji kedelai dan air 1:3 tanpa adanya penambahan garam. Kapasitas antioksidan kecambah kedelai var. Wilis pada 100 ppm memiliki radical scavenging activity sebesar 9,69% dengan scavenging ternormalisasi 0,65% dengan total fenol 2,1 mg GAE/g pada biji dan 2,9 mg GAE/g pada kecambah. Dari hasil identifikasi GC-MS ditemukan senyawa-senyawa antioksidan yang terdapat pada biji kedelai dan kecambah kedelai berupa benzoic acid, 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol, 2,5-dihydroxytoluene, pyrogallol 1,3-dimethyl ether, 2,5-dihydroxytoluene, pyrogallol 1,3-dimethyl ether, hexadecanoic acid methyl ester dan methyl oleate serta terdapat juga senyawa-senyawa antioksidan baru yang muncul setelah proses perkecambahan yaitu neophytadiene, campesterol, stigmasterol, delta-tocopherol dan gamma-tocopherol.  ABSTRACT: Soybean is a high nutrition food product that is largely consumed by Indonesians. In this research, the soybean will be modified by going through the germination process. Complex nutrition would be changed into substances that were more simple during the germination process. Therefore, it would be easier for human to digest it. Moreover, this process might also increase the antioxidant capacity of the soybean itself. The aim of this research is to find out the most suitable germination condition in order to acquire the optimum antioxidant capacity of Wilis variety soybean. The result shows that the best condition to optimize the antioxidant capacity is by performing the germination process at 25°C for 15 hours with soybean to water ratio being 1:3 without any salt addition. The antioxidant capacity of Wilis soybean at 100 ppm has 9,69% of radical scavenging activity, with 0,65% being normalized. The total phenolic compound found in the beans was 2,1 mg GAE/g, whereas 2,9 mg GAE/g were found in the sprout. Based on the GC-MS identification, the antioxidant compounds that are found in both the soybean and sprout are known to be benzoic acid, 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol, 2,5-dihydroxytoluene, pyrogallol 1,3-dimethyl ether, 2,5-dihydroxytoluene, pyrogallol 1,3-dimethyl ether, hexadecanoic acid methyl ester, and methyl oleate. In addition, there are also several new antioxidant compounds that emerge after the germination process, which are neophytadiene, campesterol, stigmasterol, delta-tocopherol, and gamma-tocopherol. Haryono No. 169 Malang e-mail: jssicajustine@gmail.com   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, mengetahui serta memahami mengenai keabsahan berdirinya negara Abkhazia dan negara Ossetia Selatan menurut hukum internasional dan menganalisis, mengetahui serta memahami akibat hukum yang timbul dari pengakuan internasional terhadap negara Abkhazia dan Ossetia Selatan pasca suksesi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka yang terdiri dari penelitian asas-asas hukum, penelitian inventarisi hukum positif dan penelitian terhadap sistematik hukum. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengangkat persoalan mengenai keabsahan status hukum negara Abkhazia dan Ossetia Selatan pasca suksesi negara menurut hukum internasional yang  Eksistensi negara dalam hukum internasional akan selalu mengalami pembaharuan. Salah satu contoh pembaharuan tersebut dengan adanya negara-negara baru yang bermula dari suksesi. Setelah terjadi suksesi negara, salah satu permasalahan yang akan muncul ialah masalah mengenai keabsahan status hukum negara baru yang berada di wilayah yang terkena suksesi tersebut serta akibat hukum yang timbul dari adanya pengakuan internasional terhadap kedua negara tersebut. Dengan demikian terkait masalah keabsahan status hukum suatu negara diperlukan pembuktian syarat-syarat terbentuknya suatu negara secara sah berdasarkan pada hukum internasional. Beberapa masalah yang dibahas mengenai keabsahan berdirinya Abkhazia dan Ossetia Selatan menurut hukum internasional dan akibat hukum yang timbul dari pengakuan internasional terhadap negara Abkhazia dan Ossetia Selatan pasca suksesi. Mengingat bahwa Abkhazia dan Ossetia Selatan merupakan negara yang merdeka namun hanya diakui oleh beberapa negara. Kata kunci: Suksesi, Negara Abkhazia, Negara Ossetia Selatan, Pengakuan ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyse and find out the legality of the existence of the Abkhazia and South Ossetia according to International Law and to find out the legal consequences arising from the international recognition of both states following the succession of the states. This research was conducted based on a normative method involving some legal principles, inventorying, the study of positive and systematic laws. The succession implies that states always experience a reform in international law. What follows the succession is the legal consequences arising from the international recognition of the two states. Thus, the legality of a state requires evidence that explains how a state was founded lawfully according to international law. several issues regarding the succession of these two states according to international law are discussed in this research, and this discussion is considered important because both Abkhazia and South Ossetia are independent states, but only a few countries recognize their independence. Abstract

In this paper, we diagnosis the quality management system of ISO 9001: 2008’s clauses, particulary on PPIC and Production Department. We analyze the differences between the number of clauses which are not yet adopted before and after design the quality dokumen for the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001: 2008. The number of clauses after design the quality document which are not yet adopted decrease, i.e. 0% of quality management system’s clause, 24% of management responsibility’s clause, 3% of product realization’s clause, and 46% of measurement, analysis and improvement’s clause.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan yang pesat pada dunia kuliner yaitu tren makanan sehat yang digemari oleh generasi milenial menjadikan tantangan bagi perusahaan makanan sehat untuk dapat berkompetisi dengan perusahaan lainnya sehingga dapat memenangkan pasar. Inilah yang harus diperhatikan oleh Crunchaus sebagai salah satu perusahaan makanan sehat di Surabaya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari Product Quality terhadap Word of Mouthdengan Customer Satisfactionsebagai mediasi.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 100 responden konsumen Crunchaus di Surabaya. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kuantitatif dengan metode path analysis.

Abstract

The Indonesian government expects more investors in light of the country’s rapid economic development. In return for their investment, investors gain a right to dividends. To ensure firm management protects shareholders’ rights, companies are expected to have a system called corporate governance. Consequently, in this study, the researcher aims to know the impact of corporate governance on the dividend policy of Indonesian firms. Firm growth, size, profitability, and leverage are also used as independent control variables. Data of 128 companies listed in IDX that consistently distributed dividends during 2016-2017 was collected from the Bloomberg terminal and published annual reports, and analyzed using SPSS and Stata. Multiple Linear Regression results revealed corporate governance has no significant impact on dividend policy; which may be attributed to the changing standards of corporate governance, as well as its lagging effect. Leverage is also found to be insignificant in predicting the dividend policy. Meanwhile, firm size, growth, and profitability are individually found to have a significant positive impact on dividend policy. Keywords:Corporate Governance, Dividend Policy, GCG

Abstract

With the recent issue, from being only  a supporting office to a partner of ABC, that forced XYZ  to transform its role and to expand its function. XYZ shall no longer depend on the funds given by other countries; instead they must seek aids from their local citizens. This issue results in the necessities of XYZ  to make their mission and ideas known to public. One of the ways to do so is through delivering an effective content marketing in order to gain the brand awareness.  Thus, this research aims to find the most effective content marketing that contributes the highest level of convincement to raise their awareness, by analyzing the responses gathered from 100 respondents using the ordinal regression method. The 100 respondents are sampled using the stratified sampling method. This research found that infographics is the most effective content marketing, the writers also provide the most desired feedbacks by donators in order to maintain their loyalty which is the display of improvement of the people.   Keywords: Non-Profit Organization, Content Marketing, Brand Awareness, and Feedbacks

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility perusahaan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Model regresi dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian ini adalah laporan tahunan 56 perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2012-2013. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh signifikan antara pengungkapan CSR terhadap agresivitas pajak. Namun jika pengungkapan pajak diuji secara bersama-sama dengan variabel kontrol antara lain ukuran perusahaan, Leverage, Capital Intensity, Research & Development Intensity, Return on Assets menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh terhadap agresivitas pajak. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini adalah data laporan tahunan perusahaan yang tidak lengkap, laporan tahunan untuk 2 periode, dan minimalnya data yang digunakan untuk mengolah satu variabel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari gender orientation terhadap kepuasan karir yang dimediasi oleh adaptabilitas karir dan psychological capital. Model penelitian ini terdiri dari satu variabel eksogen, dua variabel mediasi, dan satu variabel endogen. Total hipotesis yang diajukan sebanyaak tujuh hipotesis. Model penelitian sudah diuji dengan tingkat normalitas, linearitas yang menunjukkan hasil berada di sig. < 0.05 sehingga dinyatakan normal dengan memiliki tingkat linearitas yang baik. Model juga diuji multikorelasionaitasnya dan menunjukkan VIF lebih kecil dari 10, sehingga menunjukkan hasil yang fit untuk diuji. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 210 responden dengan rentang usia 23-39 tahun dan sekarang merupakan karyawan perusahaan jasa yang sebelumnya sudah pernah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa gender orientation, psychological capital, dan adaptabilitas karir memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan karir, namum adaptabilitas karir dan psychological capital tidak mampu memediasi peranan gender orientation terhadap kepuasan karir.

Abstract

Food and food service that are widely known today have always played an important role in Europe. Cultural differences, also high quality and variety of meals provided in Europe have become the main reason why there are so many restaurants as they are now, including in Luzern. Thus, resulting in a culture of dining out, which cannot be separated from the norm of tipping. Since the 18th century, tipping has become a custom in Europe. People give tips to express their gratitude for the service provided, and some give tips simply because it is expected to do so. However, previous studies from hospitality academicians and researchers stated that there are many other factors behind tipping phenomenon. Regarding this matter, this study was conducted to review customers’ tipping motivations and further investigate factors influencing customers’ tipping behaviour, specifically in table service restaurants in Luzern. Both primary and secondary researches were used in this study. Primary research was conducted through quantitative research by implementing survey strategy using questionnaire, which resulting in 80 usable responses. The results shows that people tip based on product quality and service received. Secondary research was also conducted by reviewing books, journals, magazine and newspaper articles, and webpages.
