Abstract

Bisnis kecil dan menengah (UMKM) menghadapi berbagai risiko dalam operasional sehari-hari mereka. Oleh karena itu, penerapan manajemen risiko menjadi penting untuk meminimalkan kerugian dan meningkatkan kesempatan pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan studi kasus terhadap UMKM D'sate. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pemilik usaha dan anggota tim manajemen, observasi langsung di tempat usaha, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen risiko pada UMKM D'sate memberikan dampak yang positif pada kinerja dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Dengan mengendalikan risiko-risiko, UMKM D'sate dapat meminimalkan kerugian dan meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan. Selain itu, UMKM D'sate juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pelayanan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan memperluas pangsa pasar. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang mungkin dihadapi dalam penerapan manajemen risiko pada UMKM D'sate, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menerapkan manajemen risiko.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of E-Human Resource Management (E-HRM) had on Batam’s F&B productivity. Research methodology: A total of 395 respondents were included in the study. Four populations were used in this study, namely Starbucks, McDonalds, Mixue, and KFC, located in Batam City, Riau Islands, Brazil. The obtained data were processed using the PLS SEM application. Results: The results suggest that the implementation of E-HRM has a significant positive impact on employee productivity in the F&B companies studied. Limitations: There are many limitations when conducting this study due to difficulties in collecting data, information, and respondents at KFC, Mixue, Starbucks, and McDonalds. This causes this research to be suboptimal because the company maintains its data privacy. Therefore, this study only obtained respondent data internally. Then, with limited time, the time to distribute questionnaires to respondents was very short. Contribution: This research provides a deep understanding of the importance of implementing E-HRM (E-Job Analysis, E-Training & Development, E-Performance Appraisal, E-Recruitment, and E-Communication) in increasing employee productivity in F&B companies in Batam City. The results show that e-HRM has a positive impact on Behavioral Intention, which contributes to increased employee productivity.

Abstract

The study examines the influence of Talent Management, knowledge management, career development, motivation, and competence on employee performance. The object of this research is an employee at a bank in Batam City. The data used was primary data and using Google Forms and collected as many as 233 respondents through the dissemination of questionnaires. The application of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) is used as a test tool and the results of research show that talent management and knowledge management have significant and acceptable bets, while on motivation, career development, and competence have insignificant or unacceptable results after the test. This research recommends that this study be developed with the added variables and is expected to support the improvement of employee performance in order to create more potential human resources to create corporate competitiveness.
