Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of E-Human Resource Management (E-HRM) had on Batam’s F&B productivity. Research methodology: A total of 395 respondents were included in the study. Four populations were used in this study, namely Starbucks, McDonalds, Mixue, and KFC, located in Batam City, Riau Islands, Brazil. The obtained data were processed using the PLS SEM application. Results: The results suggest that the implementation of E-HRM has a significant positive impact on employee productivity in the F&B companies studied. Limitations: There are many limitations when conducting this study due to difficulties in collecting data, information, and respondents at KFC, Mixue, Starbucks, and McDonalds. This causes this research to be suboptimal because the company maintains its data privacy. Therefore, this study only obtained respondent data internally. Then, with limited time, the time to distribute questionnaires to respondents was very short. Contribution: This research provides a deep understanding of the importance of implementing E-HRM (E-Job Analysis, E-Training & Development, E-Performance Appraisal, E-Recruitment, and E-Communication) in increasing employee productivity in F&B companies in Batam City. The results show that e-HRM has a positive impact on Behavioral Intention, which contributes to increased employee productivity.

Abstract

This study will discuss the analysis of ERP implementation at PT Nestle Indonesia. The purpose of implementing the ERP system at PT Nestle is competitive in the increasing global business competition, therefore this system can improve the implementation of the operational performance process to be the most optimal. ERP provides benefits to PT Nestle Indonesia, namely being able to simplify the company's business processes in operating which makes it easier for all divisions to make operational performance more effective and efficient. In addition, PT Nestle Indonesia also implements a supply chain management system so that all stages are made more systematic and structured. By running a supply chain system, it can meet consumer demand, maximize profits, and reduce production costs. This study uses qualitative analysis methods which include collecting, processing, presenting, and describing data. The result of the implementation of the system is the convenience for all divisions to make operational performance more effective and efficient.

Abstract

This study discusses how to manage demand and production capacity at UMKM Trafo Production. At the beginning of the pandemic, Trafo Production caused a fairly large negative impact on the world economy which had experienced a decline. Hence, this study aims to determine the types of demand patterns used by consumers, understand how to handle production capacity to meet consumer demand and to understand how to inventory demand with a waiting and queuing system. In this study, we use a qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely by describing or describing the UMKM Trafo Production in order to find out what services are provided by MSME and also the responses by consumers so that they can know the services provided and input from consumers through the interview method. In the results of the economic recovery that occurred when the implementation of the new normal era so that the number of service requests began to return to indicate a demand so that it experienced an increase by Trafo Production which required services in the field of videography, photos, logos and others related to postings on social media. The pattern of market demand for UMKM Trafo Production is also influenced by time, such as at the beginning of the month.
