Abstract

The legal and political realities that have developed in Indonesia to date, there is a phenomenon that makes us all worried and uneasy. major illness experienced by our nation and country today, namely corruption and terrorism. This phenomenon is more or less closely related to what is called moral degradation in the realm of politics. moral values ​​and norms (morality) which of course in this case, have to do with political phenomena in terms of nationality, state or power. The focus of research is the existence of ethics in this case concerning human actions or behavior in terms of moral values ​​and norms (morality), which are connected with one aspect of human life, namely politics. This study aims to provide a rather enlightened generation of the nation to avoid bad deeds and to obey the applicable rules, especially in the realm of politics and understand the existence of Indonesian-style national political ethics which are considered not at all contrary to the teachings of Islam. The research method used is a qualitative method. The approach used in this study is as follows: First, the philosophical approach to values, morals or actions. Second, the interpretive approach / interpretation. Third, the juridical approach to state administration. Based on the analysis outlined in the discussion, the researcher concludes that Pancasila is a logical transcendental requirement for the implementation of all legal procedures in Indonesia which is used as a guideline for making laws and regulations, which will then be used as an instrument to assess and regulate whether a behavior or act it can be said good or bad. Likewise, the existence of Islam as a product of Allah (Almighty God) is a system of religious morality that is used by Muslims as an instrument to assess or measure whether a behavior or deed can be said to be good or bad. If the two systems of morality are linked, then it turns out that between one another (substantially or in principle) there is no trace of contradiction.

Abstract

Multipurpose reactor of G.A. Siwabessy (RSG-GAS) is a research reactor with 30 MWt operated by BATAN since 1987. This reactor has obtained the permission from the regulatory body of BAPETEN to operate with the silicide fuels up to year 2025. In 2003, an ageing management of RSG-GAS was formed to evaluate the ageing process of the structures, systems, and components of the reactor. To support the ageing management, an inspection activity has been conducted to assess to the primary coolant pipe after 29 years operation. The main objective of this inspection was to determine whether a thinning of the primary pipe has occurred. The method used was the non-destructive test method with ultrasonic device to measure the thickness of pipe installed in place. The measurement was conducted two times in one year time span from 2014 to 2015. The results of measurement at three different places of the primary pipe show that the thinning has been occurred although it is very small. There are two forms of thinning that is occuring, which are the non-axisymmetric and axisymmetric. The non-axisymmetric shape thinning tends to occur in the area of the primary pipe upward of the primary pump, while the axisymmetric shape occurs at the pipe downward of the primary pump. In order to provide certainty to the thinning process at the primary pipe of RSG-GAS, re-testing should be performed routinely every 5 years.

Abstract

ABSTRACT EVALUATION ON MECHANICAL FRACTURE OF PWR PRESSURE VESSEL AND MODELING BASED ON NEURAL NETWORK. The important component of the PWR is a pressure vessel. The material resistance in the pressure vessel needs to be evaluated. One way of evaluation is by the mechanical fracture analysis. The modeling needs to know the phenomena of the analysis result in general. A number of researches have been completed on the calculation of mechanical fracture in the pressure vessel with an internal load. The mechanical fracture was modeled using a neural network approach. In relation to the material resistance of the pressure vessel, which is used in PWR AP1000, the material must be evaluated because of the effect of the load. The modeling is needed to predict the effect of the load. The aim of this study is to evaluate the material resistance through mechanical fracture analysis because of the influence load on the pressure vessel on PWR AP1000. The material, which was observed, is SA 508. This analysis consists of the calculation of stress intensity factor and J-integral with some load at the crack propagation position. The fracture mechanic was analyzed by finite element simulation. The result of Stress Intensity factor and J-Integral was compared with fracture toughness to know the durability of the material. The modeling of  J-Integral and Stress Intensity Factor were obtained for some load based on neural network approach. Keywords: Material resistance, mechanical fracture, neural network, PWR, pressure vessel, crack propagation.   ABSTRAK EVALUASI FRAKTUR MEKANIK PADA BEJANA TEKAN PWR DAN PEMODELAN BERBASIS NEURAL NETWORK. Komponen penting dari PWR adalah  bejana tekan. Ketahanan bahan di bejana tekan perlu dievaluasi. Salah satu cara adalah dengan analisis fraktur mekanik. Pemodelan diperlukan untuk mengetahui fenomena hasil analisis pada umumnya. Terdapat penelitian untuk perhitungan fraktur mekanik dalam bejana tekan dengan beban internal. Penelitian lain adalah hasil dari fraktur mekanik dimodelkan menggunakan pendekatan jaringan syaraf. Sehubungan dengan ketahanan material dari bejana tekan yang digunakan dalam PWR AP1000, bahan harus dievaluasi karena efek dari beban. Pemodelan diperlukan untuk memprediksi pengaruh beban pada bahan dalam bejana tekan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi ketahanan material melalui analisis fraktur mekanik karena pengaruh beban pada bejana tekan. Bahan yang diamati, adalah SA 508. Analisis ini terdiri dari perhitungan faktor intensitas tegangan dan J-integral dengan beberapa beban pada posisi perambatan retak. Fraktur mekanik dianalisis dengan metode elemen hingga. Hasil faktor intensitas tegangan dan J-Integral dibandingkan dengan ketangguhan patah untuk mengetahui daya tahan material. Pemodelan J-Integral dan faktor intensitas stres diperoleh untuk beberapa beban berdasarkan  jaringan saraf. Kata kunci: Ketahanan bahan, teknik patahan,  jaringan syaraf,  PWR,  bejana tekan, perambatan retak.

Abstract

ABSTRAK APLIKASI MSC PATRAN UNTUK PENENTUAN RENTANG MAKSIMUM PENYANGGA PIPA PRIMER REAKTOR AP1000. Penyangga pipa digunakan antara lain untuk menjaga agar pipa tidak membebani komponen dan mencegah terjadinya lendutan yang berlebihan. Penentuan posisi penyangga pipa ditetapkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti adanya katup, adanya belokan pipa dan jarak antara dua komponen utama reaktor yaitu tangki reaktor dan pembangkit uap.Untuk transpor panas dari tangki reaktor ke pembangkit uap digunakan pipa hotleg. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat menentukan batas jarak penyangga yang baik dan sudut belok pipa pada pipa primer reaktor daya AP1000 berdiameter 37,5inchi diameter luar dan 31 inchi diameter dalam. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode komputasi dengan pemodelan menggunakan software MSC Patran.Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa semakin jauh jarak penyangga pipa maka besar lendutan yang terjadi makin besar.Nilai maksimal yang cukup baik dan sesuai standar ASME adalah pada jarak 5 m dengan sudut belok pipa 45 derajat.Pada jarak tersebut defleksi maksimumyang terjadi sebesar 1.76 cm dan tegangan tekuk sebesar 2.06 MPa. Kata kunci: Tegangan tekuk, Defleksi, Penyangga pipa, Hotlegreaktor AP1000. ABSTRACT APPLICATION OF MSC-PATRANTO DETERMINE THE MAXIMUM RANGE SUPPORT OF PRIMARY PIPES NUCLEAR REACTOR AP1000. Pipe supports used among others, to keep the pipes from overloding the components and prevent excessive deflection. The position of the pipe support is determined by several factors, such as the presence of valves, pipe bends and the distance between the two main components of reactor. Heat transport from reactor tank to the steam generatorare performed using hotleg pipe. The purpose of this study was to determine a safe support distance limit and the angle of the pipe turn and bendingon the primary pipe of AP1000 power reactor with the outer pipe diameter of 37.5 inches, and the inner diameter of the pipe is 31 inches.The analytical method used is the computational modeling methodsusing the MSC Patran software. The calculation resultsshow that the greater the distance of the pipe support, then deflection occurs is greater. The maximum value that is quite good, andin accord to ASME standards is at a distance of 5 meter and the angle of pipe turn is 45 degree. At that distance, the maximum deflection occurs is 1.76 cm and bending stress is 2.06 MPa. Keywords: Deflection, Bending stress, Support pipes, Hotleg reactor AP1000.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe how the concept of Islamic economy in the perspective of supply and what are the factors that influence the supply. Research methods in this paper using the quantitative method with study literature. The results of this paper concludes that in the analysis of Islam, offer maximum efficiency of production will occur if the concept in Islamic economic instruments for selected results than using conventional economic interest in the instrument. So the existence of this new discovery, and discourse, which is much better than the side of the theory or practice will be more assured that the Islamic Economic system is a "healthy". Keyword : Conventional supply concept, Islamic supply concept, Assumption

Abstract

Working as a fisherman is a job that has a fairly high level of risk. In addition, the income received from fish catches is not fully able to meet the economic needs of his family. There are many factors that can cause fishermen income such as capital, fishing gear, fishing time and other factors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the income of Rawai fishing in the Sumpang Binagae Village in Barru regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were 46 family heads of fishermen in Sumpang Binangae Village. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires while the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the size of the income of fishermen who use fishing gear significantly and significantly influenced by the variable working capital, fishing gear, length of sea fishing and experience while the dependent variables of family, education and age did not significantly influence the income of fishermen. Income for longline fishing has a good income level due to the type of fish catches that have economic value or higher selling prices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk tanda lontaraq pananrang orang Lise. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data diperoleh dari naskah Lontaraq. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tanda dalam naskah lontaraq pananrang atau allaonrumang berbentuk kata dan frasa. Kata dan frasa merupakan referen dari bentuk dan posisi bintang yang muncul setiap tanggal pada bulan tertentu. Tanda yang mereka ambil adalah manuq (ayam), tékkosorong (bajak tradisional), woromporong, watampatang, walu, tanra, lambaru, éppang, dan wara-wara. Hal yang mendasar ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam hal penentuan tanda. Masyarakat Bugis dalam menentukan sebuah tanda selalu berpatokan pada budaya, mengambil benda-benda yang ada di sekitarnya yang dikenal masyarakat, sedangkan Pierce menentukan sebuah tanda berdasarkan logika. Wujud tanda yang diambil dari budaya berupa benda, hewan, dan tumbuh-tumbuhan yang mudah dikenal, ditemukan dan digunakan oleh masyarakat Desa Lise.

Abstract

This study aimed to explain the deconstruction of social views of women in the novel Biography of Jejak Sang Pencerah by Didik L Hariri. In this study was explained about the author’s the integration of research results in the subject of study and appreciation of prose fiction. The approach used in this study was qualitative, the type of research is literature study, primary data: the novel Biography of Jejak Sang Pencerah by Didik L Hariri, secondary data: books, and journals. Data collection techniques of this study used library techniques. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Hubermen interactive model. Based on the results of data analysis, there were severals deconstructions of social views of women in the first novel Biography of Jejak Sang Pencerah by Didik L Hariri, the deconstruction of social views that considered women to be identical with housewives and uneducated. Secondly, the deconstruction of the social view that men are prioritized to get an education. Thirdly, the deconstruction of the idea that women cannot be respected figures. Fourth, deconstruct the culture that giving birth to the first child with a female gender is a disgrace. Sixth, the deconstruction of the social view that woman cannot organized. Seventh, the cultural deconstruction of a patriarchal society is described with noble tasks. Eighth, deconstruction of social views which is also shown by diplomacy carried out by women. The results of this study can be integrated into courses, especially the subject of the Study and Appreciation of Fiction Prose.

Abstract

Rendahnya motivasi di dalam pembelajaran mengindikasikan rendahnya Self Regulate Learning yang membuat siswa merasa kurang tertarik dan menyebabkan kurangnya aktivitas di dalam kelas. Motivasi intrinsik dapat dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode penugasan dengan teknik reward/ Pemberian hadiah. Metode belajar ini (Metode penugasan dengan teknik reward) dapat digunakan dan bisa meningkatkan Self Regulate Learning siswa.Tujuan dari menggunakan Metode penugasan dengan teknik reward dan self regulate learning terhadap hasil belajar Matematika Adalah: Meningkatkan motivasi pembelajaran yang membuat siswa merasa lebih tertarik dan bertujuan untuk melihat hasil belajar antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode penugasan dengan teknik reward dan Melihat hasil belajar antara siswa yang memiliki Self Regulate Learning tinggi dengan Self Regulate Learning rendah serta melihat interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dengan Self Regulate Learning.Metode yang digunakan Adalah Desain eksperimen True Experimental Design dengan jenis Pretes-postest Control Group Design. Dikatakan True Experimental Design karena dalam rancangan ini, peneliti dapat mengontrol semua variabel luar yang mempengaruhi eksperimen (Sugiyono, 2017: 112). Dalam desain ini terdapat dua kelompok yang dipilih secara random, kemudian diberi pretes untuk mengetahui keadaan awal, adakah perbedaan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok control

Abstract

Tulisan ini dilatarbelakngi oleh meningkatnya jumlah tempat Komersial di Malang. Malang, yang membuat persaingan bisnis semakin ketat. Tempat komersial seperti restoran membutuhkan strategi branding yang tepat, salah satunya dengan mengolah interior dan eksterior bangunan. Oleh karena itu Skalaritme Studio hadir untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Skalaritme Studio merupakan konsultan arsitektur interior yang bergerak di bidang komersial dengan pendekatan branding. Pada Proyek perancangan ini, penulis mendapat kesempatan untuk menangani Restoran Restoran Teras Bumbu yang berlokasi di Jl. Sulfat No.4A, Pandanwangi, Kota Malang, Jawa Timur. Restoran ini merupakan Restoran Keluarga yang mengangkat tema feels like home, seperti berada di teras rumah yang nyaman. Namun di site Restoran Teras Bumbu terdapat permasalahan berupa desain yang monoton sehingga belum mencerminkan brand imagenya dan penataan ruang yang kurang efisien yang juga berdampak terhadap sirkulasi dan pola aktivitas pemakainya. Oleh karena itu Penulis berkeingnan untuk membenahi permasalahan tersebut. Konsep yang diajukan adalah dengan mengimplementasikan brand image Restoran Teras Bumbu dalam elemen desainnya sehingga dapat memunculkan suasana seperti berada di teras rumah yang nyaman serta mengutamakan penataaan ruang yang efektif bagi pemakainya sehingga tidak hanya menonjolkan aspek estetika saja namun juga aspek fungsional.
