Abstract

Salafiyah Islamic boarding schools aim to teach and practice the Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith based on understanding the best generation. The issue of leadership regeneration and education quality is the weakness of Salafi Islamic boarding schools (IBS) because it is carried out suddenly and seems to lack attention. Integrating these educational goals requires leadership and quality based on planning so they can compete equally with other educational institutions. The research aims to analyse leadership planning in achieving Salafi IBS. The research method uses qualitative with a grounded theory approach at the Salafiyah At-Thahiriiyah IBS in Serang City and data collection by interviews and literature study. The research results show leadership planning and quality of education in Salafiyah IBS through increased leadership training, scientific capacity and education quality standards in Salafiyah IBS. There is a strengthening in the leadership planning of Salafiyah IBS through gradual leadership regeneration. The implications of research by strengthening leadership planning on the quality of education can use a design thinking approach that will help solve internal problems through leadership training, scientific capacity, gradual regeneration and education quality standards in Salafiyah IBS.

Abstract

Unsur penting dalam mencapai mutu pendidikan salah satunya profesionalisme guru sebagai kunci sumber daya manusia yang diharapkan semakin mengalami peningkatan secara bertahap. Namun sayangnya dunia pendidikan di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan sumber daya mansusia yang profesional di bidang pendidikan. Kehadiran Jaringan Sekolah Islam Terpadu memiliki kekhasan dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis program pengembangan profesionalisme guru dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah dasar Islam terpadu. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian berlokasi di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Al Fidaa Kabupaten Bekasi. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan hasil akreditasi, program pengembangan guru dan sistem penjamin mutu internal sekolah. Pengambilan data diperoleh dari dokumentasi dan studi literatur, sedangkan analisis isi digunakan sebagai analisis data. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pengembangan profesionalisme guru memiliki keterkaitan dengan hasil akreditasi memuat delapan standar nasional pendidikan.  sebelas standar sekolah Islam terpadu sebagai lisensi, dan lima belas standar penjamin mutu internal SDIT Al Fidaa. Program pengembangan profesionalisme guru melibatkan peserta didik, lembaga sekolah, inovasi dan pendidik dengan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Implikasi penelitian bahwa profesionalitas guru menciptakan sekolah yang bermutu yang memiliki standar pendidikan inovatif dan program pengembangan guru yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that have been developing for a long time. In their development, these Islamic boarding schools have experienced rapid progress until now Salafi Islamic boarding schools and Modern Islamic boarding schools have been formed. The aim of this research is for future researchers to know the development of Islamic education at the Al-Khairiyah Islamic boarding school and how Islamic education is implemented in this place. This research uses qualitative research which includes observation or observing directly in the field. To strengthen this research, the author uses descriptive sentences originating from journals, books, and so on. This research was carried out at the Al-Khairiyah Citangkil Islamic Boarding School, Cilegon, Banten. It was concluded that the development of Islamic education at the Al-Khairiyah Islamic boarding school was carried out by reciting the Koran together, disciplining the students themselves, forming good character so that the students were well equipped for their future lives.   Abstrak Pondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berkembang sejak dahulu, di dalam perkembangannya pondok pesantren ini mengalami kemajuan pesat hingga saat ini terbentuklah pondok pesantren salafi dan pondok pesantren Modern. Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar para peneliti selanjutnya mengetahui perkembangan pendidikan Islam di pondok pesantren Al-Khairiyah dan bagaimana pendidikan Islam itu dilaksanakan di tempat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang meliputi observasi atau mengamati langsung di lapangan, untuk memperkuat penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan kalimat deskriptif yang berasal dari jurnal-jurnal, buku, dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Khairiyah Citangkil kota Cilegon Banten. disimpulkan bahwa perkembangan pendidikan Islam di pondok pesantren Al-Khairiyah ini dilaksanakan dengan cara mengaji bersama-sama, pendisiplinan pada diri santri, membentuk karakter yang baik agar para santri mendapatkan pembekalan yang baik untuk kehidupan yang akan mendatang.
