Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of Cash Social Assistance in Sikumana Village, in addition to knowing more about the impact of cash social assistance (BST) on communities affected by Covid-19 in Sikumana Village. The research method used descriptive qualitative method. The results obtained from this study indicate that the management of COVID-19 assistance in the Sikumana Village is not optimal, socialization is needed about the benefits of the assistance, so that the community has awareness of the importance of self-data reporting, so that data duplication does not occur. in the village.

Abstract

The implementation of the ethics in a state-owned institution becomes an attention that attract the public services sectors a specially in tax services sector. The flare of news in media about the fraudulence ethic as a result of tax evasion and the untehical information about the tax collector, built up a phenomenon and wrong assumptions about the tax notably the tax collector. Through the phenomenon,so the purposes of this research is to find out how far the department of local revenue of Kupang city that operate in the sector of public services especially the tax services, in responding and overcome ethical issues that happen in the office of the tax collector. This research uses the descriptive research with qualitative approach. The Data were collected through observation, interview, documents collecting and related report. The result of this research shows the tendency of ethical in office mostly determined by the impact of policy and leadership factors. For more, this research contribute with new propositions and could be tested in upcoming research. Keywords : Ethics, Policy, Ethics Violation, Work Performance, Individual and Organization.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is the socio-economic conditions of the local community in the tourist village that can support the presence of tourists during their activities in the tourist area and apply a regional development strategy as an area with an ecotourism model to strengthen the existence of the Fanumasi tourist area as well as a source for tourism. The method used is qualitative descriptive by using SWOT analysis. The results obtained from this study are the need for the government to socialize the importance of nature conservation as the main tool of ecotourism and special training to attract youth around tourist attractions in marketing services

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe work-life balance, career development, and employee performance at PT. National Pension Savings Bank (BTPN) Kupang Branch (2) significant effect of work-life balance on employee performance at PT. National Pension Savings Bank (BTPN) Kupang Branch (3) significant influence of career development on employee performance at PT. National Pension Savings Bank (BTPN) Kupang Branch (4) the effect of work-life balance and development on the performance of employees of PT. Kupang branch of the National Pension Savings Bank (BTPN). There were 36 samples in this study which were obtained using the Slovin formula and the sampling technique used random sampling technique. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity and determinant coefficient tests. The results of the research using descriptive analysis using a range of scores for the work-life balance variable are in the very high category, while career development and employee performance are in the high category. Work-life balance partially affects employee performance, career development partially affects employee performance, and work-life balance and career development simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini berjudul “Pendampingan UMKM dan Digital Marketing Kepada Warga Binaan Lapas Perempuan Kelas II B Kupang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan dan digital marketing, agar para mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang kegiatan wirausaha dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam mengembangkan kegiatan wirausaha mereka. Penggunaan metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi mitra dengan target luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah mitra dapat memiliki pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan dan bagaimana mereka dapat menggunakan teknologi digital dalam berwirausaha. Hal ini dikarenakan, para Warga Binaan Lapas Perempuan Kelas II B Kupang adalah mereka yang sudah memiliki skill namun namun pemanfaataannya belum maksimal karena masih menjalani masa pembinaan di dalam Lapas, serta belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal sebagai sumber pendapatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini membentuk pemahaman warga binaan untuk mempunyai pemikiran kedepan untuk memanfaatkan sumberdaya yang ada di sekitar mereka. Kata kunci: digital marketing; kewirausahaan; perempuan; UMKM; teknologi. ABSTRACTThis Community Service Activity (CSA) is entitled "MSMEs Assistance and Digital Marketing to Class II B Women's Prison Residents in Kupang". This activity aims to provide entrepreneurship and digital marketing training so that participants gain knowledge about entrepreneurial activities and utilize digital technology in developing their entrepreneurial activities. The method used in this community service activity is lectures, discussions, training, and mentoring for partners. The output target to be achieved is that partners have an understanding and knowledge of entrepreneurship and how they can use digital technology in entrepreneurship. This is because Class II B Kupang Women's Prison Assisted Residents are those who already have skills, but their utilization is not optimal because they are still undergoing coaching in prisons and have not been utilized optimally as a source of income. The results of this activity form an understanding of the assisted resident's need for forward-thinking to utilize the resources around them. Keywords: digital marketing; entrepreneurship; MSMEs; technology; women.
