Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of social media in influencing intentions to online purchase. The phenomenon that occurs is still a gap between followers and the level of activity of each information posted on social media of beauty clinic in Surakarta. The method in this study used a sampling technique using purposive sampling wich the population are 210 respondents in Solo who use beauty clinic’s social media application. Hypothesis tested using Structural Equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS program. The result of this study shows all hypothesis supported except H5a, H6a and H6b. These results means that to form an intention to online purchase in the use of beauty clinic social media through perceived attitudes and values influenced by information credibility, source credibility, source attractiveness, and the perception of sources from the beauty clinic's social media.

Abstract

This study aims to examination the effectiveness information conveyed through social media in influencing individual intention to continue use social media to obtain hospital service information. The low response information conveyed by hospital through social media due to minstrust of user perceived not as expected. This study using sampling technique with purposive sampling. Respondents are community user of social media one of hospital in Surakarta. The test result of this study show all hypotheses are supported, except H3 is not supported. These result meaningful that the intention to continue use social media to obtain hospital service information due to high trust toward information formed from expectancy suitability of information obtained from social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of perceptions and perceptions on the intention of adopting this system of information, with positive emotions as moderators. This study is important to examine the use of information systems in health workers by providing positive emotional effects. This research uses survey method through questionnaire. The object ofresearch is health workers who use the information system in PKU Muhammadiyah hospitals Surakarta with as many as 100 respondents ever used information system. Sample taking in this research using purposive sampling method. Analyzer used in this research is doubled linear regression and regresi moderasi. The results showed H1 and H2 supported except H3 and H4 were not supported. These results give meaning perceived usefulness and perceived ease to use affect adopt intention to adoption information systems, but not for positive emotions that have not affect betwent peceuved usefalnees and percejued ease of use to intention to adoption information systems.

Abstract

His study aims to examine the causes of job stress that is influenced by work-family conflict and work load that impact on job satisfaction on health workers of RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 health workers at RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten who is married. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the entire population of health workers in RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. The results showed that work-family conflict had positive effect on job stress, work load had positive effect to job stress, and job stress had no effect on job satisfaction. These results provide meaning that the cause of job stress on health workers at dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is a work-family conflict and a high workload.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pembentukan kinerja karyawan yang dipengaruhi oleh kepribadian proaktif dan manajemen diri sebagai variabel mediasi dengan masa kerja sebagai variabel moderasi. Obyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan BLUD dan PNS di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 karyawan BLUD dan 200 karyawan PNS. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan dianalisis menggunakan software statistik AMOS. Hasil menunjukkan adanya perbedaan efek moderasi masa kerja dalam hubungan kepribadian proaktif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang berstatus BLUD dan PNS. Hasil ini memberikan arti tingginya masa kerja karyawan berstatus PNS memperlemah hubungan kepribadian proaktif terhadap kinerja karyawan dibandingkan dengan karyawan yang berstatus BLUD.

Abstract

This study aims to test the behavior of the intention to use the system information that is formed from the intention of the patient's behavior towards the satisfaction of which is influenced by expediency, perceived usefulness, and credibility which are perceived society in while using the registration-based website. Sampling technique was purposive sampling with the population of the community in Solo using the application 's E-Patient. The results of this study indicate all supported hypothesis. These results credibility registration-based that to form the Intention of the patient's Behavior in the use of the means website registration through the expediency of perceived usefulness, and credibility which are perceived.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of behavioural intention using the Grab Health application during the Covid-19 pandemic. Variables that support the formation of behavioral intentions are attitudes. The formation of attitudes in use is caused by perceived enjoyment, social influence, and perceived vulnerability in using Grab Health applications. Data was obtained from questionnaires were distributed to the general public who use health applications Grab Health. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling, that is convenience sampling technique. The sample used in the study was 200 respondents who used the health applications Grab Health. Hypothesis testing is done by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method using the AMOS program. The results of this research indicate that attitudes have a significant effect on behavioral intentions, positive perceptions of perceived enjoyment are significant to attitudes, social influences have a significant influence on attitudes, and perceptions of vulnerability do not significantly influence attitudes in the use of health applications Grab Health.

Abstract

This study aims to test the trust caused by technological knowledge, compatibility, and system security. Previous studies have not yet explained the role of trust in the relationship between technological knowledge, compatibility, and security in the intention to continue the online prescription system. Data was obtained through an online questionnaire that was distributed to health professionals using the Surakarta online prescription system. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a population of 200 health workers. Hypothesis testing is done by using SEM. The results of this study indicate that technology and security knowledge have a role in increasing trust to form intentions to use online prescription systems. There are hypotheses that are not supported by compatibility which is felt to have no role in increasing trust to form intentions using an online prescription system.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed behavior of the people in getting health services that switch to online ones. The study examines the extending of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in using health applications. TAM is no longer relevant to be applied on the specific application studies. The expansion that carried out adds to the variables of social influence, feelings of anxiety, and availability of services in developing attitudes to influence behavioral intentions. Data collected using online questionnaires for users of the Halodoc application as many as 200 respondents. The results of hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis with the AMOS method show that attitudes are the determinants in forming behavioral intentions which are influenced by perception of usefulness, ease of perception, social influence, and service availability, but not from the feelings of anxiety. These results indicate that individuals perceive Halodoc as providing benefits, easy to use, influencing environment, and well-available services. Therefore it can ignore the anxiety in using the Halodoc application during the Covid 19 pandemic to get health services.

Abstract

The application of Technology Acceptance Model in the use of health applications requires development. This study examines the development of an extended Technology Acceptance Model by adding the variables of convenience, perceptual disturbance, and self-efficacy. Respondents in this study were users of the Halodoc health application, as many as 250 respondents were selected based on purposive random sampling. Hypotheses testing were carried out using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the AMOS method which resulted in seven supported hypotheses and two unsupported hypotheses, namely perceptual disturbances which had no effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The test results indicate the intention to reuse the Halodoc health application because the user gives a positive attitude towards the health application. The high positive attitude is due to the user's perception that health applications provide ease of use and usefulness in their use which are formed by convenience and self-efficacy, not because of disturbances perceived by application users. The implication of the results of the study is the need to provide convenience in use and provide confidence for users that the application is easy to use and useful, thereby increasing attitudes and intentions to continue using.
