Abstract

From the perspective of consumer research, someone will continue to consume a service depending on the result of an appraisal that causes a satisfactory emotional response. This satisfaction is the base of an cognitive evaluation which forms the intent to repeat using a service in the future. Satisfaction is the result of an appraisal of the ability of the performance to fulfill the expectation of the service consumed. Therefore, satisfaction is a function of the discrepancy between expectation and performance. Consumers often use price as a quality clue. There is a correlation between perceived service quality and perceived price fairness that they influence satisfaction and form intention to repeat consuming a service. Research was conducted using a survey with a population of patients in a private hospital. Sample size was 200 respondents determined by purposive sampling techniques. Hypotheses were examined by the structural equation modelling method. The result of the research shows the following: there was a significant correlation between perceived service quality and perceived price fairness, perceived service quality was a significant influence in consumer satisfaction, and perceived price fairness has significant influence in revisit intention. BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAK:  Dalam perspektif perilaku konsumen, seseorang akan meneruskan untuk mengonsumsi sebuah jasa bergantung pada hasil penaksiran yang menimbulkan tanggapan emosional dalam bentuk kepuasan. Kepuasan ini menjadi dasar evaluasi kognitif terbentuknya niat untuk mengonsumsi ulang jasa di masa mendatang. Kepuasan merupakan hasil penaksiran bahwa kinerja mampu memenuhi harapan terhadap jasa yang dikonsumsi. Jadi kepuasan merupakan fungsi ketidak-sesuaian antara harapan dan kinerja. Konsumen seringkali menggunakan harga sebagai petunjuk kualitas. Ada korelasi antara kualitas pelayanan yang dipersepsikan dan kewajaran harga yang dipersepsikan yang berpengaruh pada kepuasan dan membentuk niat mengonsumsi ulang jasa. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan desain survey, dengan populasi adalah pasien yang berobat di rumah sakit swasta. Sampel berukuran 200 responden ditentukan dengan teknik penyampelan purposive. Hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan metode Pemodelan persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan yang dipersepsikan dan kewajaran harga yang dipersepsikan, kualitas pelayanan yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh pada kepuasan konsumen, dan kewajaran harga yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh langsung pada niat berobat ulang.

Abstract

The advance of organizational justice construct along with its dimensions has potential implications in explaining many justice phenomena, including organizational career process orientation. Diversity of individuals in organization, especially between knowledge workers and non-knowledge workers will imply in different career need as well as their perceptions of organizational justice. The purpose of this research is to give perspective in the relationship between organizational career process and organizational justice. Organizational justice is explained by using organizational perspectives both externally and internally in four types of boundaryless careers (i.e., internal psychological, internal enacted, external psychological, and external enacted), and by considering individual characteristics (i.e., knowledge worker and nonknowledge worker). Two hipotesis were offered and tested using moderated regression analysis (MRA). Organization using organizational career process focusing on externalboundaries will be judged to be procedurally fair by knowledge workers. Organization using organizational career process focusing on internal boundaries will be judged to be procedurally fair by non-knowledge workers.

Abstract

This study was aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to OCB, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the effect of organizational justice to job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the influence of superordinate support to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Sample was determided by using probability cluster sampling method and random sampling.The sample were staffs of Psychiatric Hospital and PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Surakarta. Data collection using questionnaires was distributed directly as many as 200 questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted by using SEM. The results showed that job satisfaction had a positive effect on OCB, organizational commitment had no effect on OCB. Job satisfaction had no effect on organization commitment. The value of organizational justice to job satisfaction shows significant effect, but not on organizational commitment. Superordinate support had no effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the mediating role of pshychological capital in the rlationship between authentic leadership and organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is an important factor in improving hospital performance. Commitment as a type of pshchological bond that reflects the dedication and responbility of employees to the work targets and goals of the hospital so that when organizational commitment is built the hospital will lead to various beneficial results. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to employees who worked at Surakarta Regional Mental Hospital and PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital. The research sample used amounted to 159. The sampling technique used in this study was the Cluster Sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done using regression analysis with mediating variables. The results in this study indicate that authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on psychological capital, psychological capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This means psychological capital mediates the relationship between authentic leadership and psychological capital

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji komitmen pada Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan persepsian dan pemberdayaan karyawan. Komitmen karyawan yang baik maka karyawan akan merasa sepaham, cocok dengan organisasi dan karyawan tersebut semakin loyal sehubungan dengan itu akan bersifat positif dan karyawan bersedia untuk selalu komit sehingga siap diberdayakan. Data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan di RSJD dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta. Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of behavioural intention using the Grab Health application during the Covid-19 pandemic. Variables that support the formation of behavioral intentions are attitudes. The formation of attitudes in use is caused by perceived enjoyment, social influence, and perceived vulnerability in using Grab Health applications. Data was obtained from questionnaires were distributed to the general public who use health applications Grab Health. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling, that is convenience sampling technique. The sample used in the study was 200 respondents who used the health applications Grab Health. Hypothesis testing is done by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method using the AMOS program. The results of this research indicate that attitudes have a significant effect on behavioral intentions, positive perceptions of perceived enjoyment are significant to attitudes, social influences have a significant influence on attitudes, and perceptions of vulnerability do not significantly influence attitudes in the use of health applications Grab Health.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of organizational political perceptions on job satisfaction moderated by political skills. This research is important because it is able to examine the significance of the relationship between organizational political perceptions and political skills on job satisfaction. This research uses survey research methods through questionnaires. The object of research is all hospital employees in the city of Surakarta with a sample of 159 respondents. Sampling in this study using the probability sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study is simple linear regression while the moderating analysis tool uses regression analysis tools. The results showed H1 had a significant relationship while H2 did not have a significant relationship. These results give the sense that organizational political perceptions affect job satisfaction. While political skills as a moderator between organizational political perceptions do not affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

Excessive meat consumption has negative impact on many areas of life, such as: health, production efficiency, environment, and social and ethics. This negative impact has encouraged the effort to change the behavior in consuming meat. This study is expected to contribute to the creation of public awareness, the need to establish the balance between consuming meat behavior and its consequences. The study used the experimental method. Hypothesis tested by Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney test. The result of the study stated there was a significant difference between stimuli of information about negative impact of meat consumption on health, environment, social and ethics and control. Meanwhile, there was no significant difference between stimuli of information about negative impact of meat consumption on production efficiency and control. Conclusion of the study is information about negative impact of meat consumption on health, environment, social and ethics can cause behavioral change.

Abstract

The application of Technology Acceptance Model in the use of health applications requires development. This study examines the development of an extended Technology Acceptance Model by adding the variables of convenience, perceptual disturbance, and self-efficacy. Respondents in this study were users of the Halodoc health application, as many as 250 respondents were selected based on purposive random sampling. Hypotheses testing were carried out using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the AMOS method which resulted in seven supported hypotheses and two unsupported hypotheses, namely perceptual disturbances which had no effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The test results indicate the intention to reuse the Halodoc health application because the user gives a positive attitude towards the health application. The high positive attitude is due to the user's perception that health applications provide ease of use and usefulness in their use which are formed by convenience and self-efficacy, not because of disturbances perceived by application users. The implication of the results of the study is the need to provide convenience in use and provide confidence for users that the application is easy to use and useful, thereby increasing attitudes and intentions to continue using.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan menguji tingkat kepuasan penggunaan aplikasi pendaftaran online rumah sakit yang dipengaruhi oleh usaha yang diharapkan dan kinerja yang diharapkan disebabkan adanya kepercayaan individu dengan pengalaman sebagai pemoderasinya. Fenomena yang terja di rumah sakit sudah menyediakan aplikasi pendaftaran online yang memudahkan masyarakat untuk berencana berkunjung ke rumah sakit namun belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan populasi masyarakat di Surakarta yang menggunakan aplikasi pendaftaran online di rumah sakit sebanyak 120 responden. Pengujian alat ukur menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap kinerja diharapkan dan usaha diharapkan. Kinerja yang diharapkan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan. Namun usaha yang diharapkan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan. Pengalaman mempunyai peran dalam memoderasi hubungan usaha yang diharapkan dan kinerja yang diharapkan terhadap kepuasan. Hasil ini memberikan makna bahwa untuk membentuk kepuasan layanan aplikasi pendaftaran online rumah sakit dibentuk adanya kinerja yang diharapkan disebabkan adanya kepercayaan dengan pengalaman sebagai pemerkuatnya.
