Abstract

Permasalahan tentang pengelolaan sampah pemerintah daerah Kota Balikpapan mengeluarkan Peraturan Daerah Kota Balikpapan Nomor 13 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pengelolaan Sampah Rumah Tangga dan Sampah Sejenis Sampah Rumah Tangga. Namun penerapan aturan mengenai pengelolaan sampah di daerah khususnya Balikpapan, masih sering ditemukan pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dan kelalaian pemerintah dalam melaksanakan kewenangannya. Di kota Balikpapan masih banyak pemukiman komersil yang pengelola pemukimannya yang tidak menyediakan bak sampah, salah satunya adalah di pemukiman Bukit Damai Sentosa II, tidak tersedianya bak sampah di setiap rumah di pemukiman tersebut membuat pemilik rumah hanya meletakkan sampah di depan rumah atau menggantungnya di pagar rumah. Pendekatan masalah dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan Pendekatan yuridis empiris. Pendekatan yuridis empiris dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh kejelasan dan pemahaman dari permasalahan dalam penelitian berdasarkan realitas yang ada.Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 13 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pengelolaan Sampah Rumah Tangga dan Sampah Sejenis Sampah Rumah Tangga di perumahan Bukit Damai Sentosa (BDS) II, bahwa belum sesuai dengan peraturan daerah yang dibuat oleh pemerintah Kota Balikpapan karena penyediaan bak sampah di perumahan BDS belum ada dan pemilahan untuk sampah basah dan sampah kering belum diterapkan oleh pihak pengelola pemukiman.

Abstract

The results show that hotspots in Jambi Province in the last 5 (five years) (2011 - 2015) were mostly occurred in Tebo, Muaro Jambi and Sarolangun districts, and there were a close relationship between the enhancement of hotspots with acute respiratory infection people in Jambi Province. The regulations and policies implementationon forest and land fires was weak and needed improvement. The strategy of forest and land fire prevention and control policies are: Increasing the role of law and optimizing the support of central government in overcoming the karhutla disaster; Optimizing the role of regional heads in involving NGOs, communities, and universities in the forest and land fire prevention and control; Strengthen the spatial structuring functionality in the Spatial plans document as an effort to overcome spatial problems; Improving the legislative role in supervision, legislation and budgeting in the prevention and control of forest and land fire; Enforcing law enforcement in the act of violation to the laws and regulations provisions; Improving coordination among institutions and clarifying basic tasks and function of Regional Work Unitand also improving the quality of human resources to overcome the population growth rate and spatial problems.

Abstract

With the legal status of marriage in the United States by 2015, it is the starting point for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender movements. Lesbians, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender many get the pros and cons by the local American Society and from the international world. Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender are constantly striving to gain support from various parties to gain their rights, through the development of highly complex communication and Internet media that many Lesbians, Gay, Bisexuals and Transgender are getting a lot of attention from other countries Is also a fellow community or group of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender. The impact of this lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender existence in the United States, is in the spotlight Many countries in the world have pro and who are contra with it. In this paper, one of the theories used in international relations is the idea of ​​transnational theory which sees the existence of cross-country relations and the existence of social movements that develop because of the increasing interconnectivity between people around the world with the waning and no longer the limit- State borders. Dengan dilegalkanya pernikahan sesame jenis di Amerika Serikat pada tahun 2015, merupakan titik awal pergerakan kaum Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual, dan Transgender. Kaum Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual, dan Transgender banyak mendapatkan pro dan kontra oleh Masyarakat local Amerika dan dari dunia Internasional. Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual, dan Transgender ini terus berusaha untuk mendapatkan dukungan dari berbagai pihak untuk mendapatkan hak asasi mereka, melalui perkembangan media komunikasi dan internet yang sangat kompleks membuat banyak kaum Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual, dan Transgender banyak mendapatkan sorotan dari Negara lain yang juga merupakan sesame komunitas atau kelompok Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual, dan Transgender. Dampak dilegalkanya keberadaan kaum Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual, dan Transgender ini di Amerika,itu menjadi sorotan Banyak Negara di dunia ada yang pro dan yang adakontra dengan hal tersebut. Dalam penulisan ini menggunakan salah satu teori yang digunakan dalam hubungan internasional yaitu Teori transnasionalisme ide yang melihat adanya hubungan lintas Negara dan adanya gerakan social (social movement) yang berkembang karena adanya peningkatan interkonektifitas antar manusia di seluruh dunia dengan semakin memudarnya dan tidak ada lagi batas-batas Negara.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and information affect many fields, including education. In field of education, the development of technology and information can be observed in the use of e-learning in learning activities. E-learning is a systems that allows learning activities to occur without being limited by space and time so tha learning activities can be carried out even though teachers and students do not meet face to face. One of the easiest to use e-learning is edmodo. Edmodo is an e-learning platform that has easy acces like the facebook social media platform. Research on edmodo was carried out with the aim of producing valid edmodo learning media. The research was carried out using the Research and Development (R&D) method with 4-D model. Validation is carried out on four main aspect, namely the feasibility of content, language, presentation, and graphics. From the validation process on these four aspects, the validity value is 89,51% with valid category. Therefore, the edmodo learning media that was developed was valid.

Abstract

Abrasi ialah proses dimana terbentuknya pengikisan tepi laut oleh tenaga gelombang laut serta arus laut yang bertabiat mengganggu. Kehancuran tanggul tepi laut akibat abrasi pula dipacu sebab terganggunya penyeimbang alam wilayah tepi laut. Tujuan dari riset ini merupakan buat mengenali akibat abrasi pada tanggul jalur pesisir tepi laut di Bantaeng. Tata cara riset yang digunakan ialah observasi serta dokumetasi dekat tanggul jalur pesir tepi laut. Posisi riset ini terletak di Kabupaten Bantaeng Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

Ardi, 2023. Pengaruh Program Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Kecil Menegah pada PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Cabang Makassar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh program corporate social responsibility PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Cabang Makassar terhadap pendapatan usaha kecil menengah. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan uji t yang melihat seberapa besar pengaruh yang diberikan program corporate social responsibility terhadap pendapatan usaha kecil menengah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program corporate social responsibility PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Cabang Makassar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha kecil menengah.

Abstract

Education and teaching is a goal-conscious process. In the field of education, there is no doubt that the existence of the Al-Qur'an has influenced the education system of the Prophet and his companions. The Al- Quran can also provide inspiration and motivation in various aspects of life, including in the context of science learning. The purpose of writing this article is to identify some Al- Quran verses related to learning motivation to study science for students. The method used in this research is the literature review method by reviewing several articles related to the topics discussed in this study. The results of this study show that learning motivation is very important to be given to everyone, especially for students who are studying at school level. By understanding the Al- Quran messages about learning motivation in the context of science, students can explore spiritual wisdom and apply it in their journey to learn and understand the universe.

Abstract

Abstract. 2013 Curriculum hasn’t been done as expected in MAN 3 Pesisir Selatan. Another problem are the mindset of the students about biology that a lot of theory and pictures are dificult to understand, low learning motivation, and the learning model applied by the dominant teacher lecture method. This study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model picture and picture type on student’s learning competencies on Excreation System material of class XI MAN 3 Pesisir Selatan. This type of research is a quasi experimental design randomized control group posttest only design. The research population was all student in class XI MAN 3 Pesisir Selatan enrolled in the 2018/2019 year which amounts to two class. Sampling technique using saturation sampling, class XI MIA 1 as the experimental class and class XI MIA 2 as the control class. Knowledge instrument in the form of posttest, attitude and skill instrument in the form of observation sheet. The data analysis technique used is the t test which is first carried out a prerequisite test, namely the normality test and homoenity test. Based on the result of research on the competency of student knowledge gained value tcount > ttable (2,68>1,67), attitude competence tcount > ttable (3,27>1,67) and skill competence tcount > ttable (1,89 >1,67). This proves that the hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion was that the application of cooperative learning model picture and picture type had a positive effect on student’s learning competencies on Excretion System material class XI MAN 3 Pesisir Selatan. ABSTRAK: Penerapan kurikulum 2013 di MAN 3 Pesisir Selatan belum berjalan sesuai harapan. Masalah yang ditemukan yaitu siswa yang menganggap biologi merupakan pelajaran yang banyak teori dan gambar sehingga sulit dipahami, motivasi belajar rendah, dan model pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru adalah dominan metode ceramah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture terhadap kompetensi belajar siswa pada materi Sistem Ekskresi kelas XI MAN 3 Pesisir Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental design randomized control group posttest only design. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MAN 3 Pesisir Selatan tahun 2018/2019 yang berjumlah dua kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh, kelas XI MIA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI MIA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen pengetahuan berupa instrumen posttest, sikap dan keterampilan dalam bentuk lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t dengan uji prasyarat, yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kompetensi pengetahuan siswa diperoleh nilai thitung> ttabel (2,68> 1,67), kompetensi sikap thitung> ttabel (3,27> 1,67) dan kompetensi keterampilan thitung> ttabel (1, 89> 1,67). Ini membuktikan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture berpengaruh positif terhadap kompetensi belajar siswa pada materi Sistem Ekskresi kelas XI MAN 3 Pesisir Selatan
