Abstract

Abstract:Entrepreneurship is a field that is still less attractive to adolescents. But the efforts thathave been carried out by the government and the private sector have been many. It still needs thesupport of many parties, including community service activities carried out in Islamic boardingschools. The purpose of community service activities is to instill entrepreneurial values early on instudents. It is hoped that in the future students will become reliable and professionalentrepreneurs. This activity was carried out from April to July 2020. The method used was themethod of practice and providing counseling and monitoring of implementation. Students whoparticipated were orphaned students at the Ciputat Arrahman Foundation Tangerang, totaling 23students. The results of this activity indicate that students have been able to make several souvenirmodels from paper. The target results for each group are 100%, 80% and 70%. Students are giventhe opportunity to deliver the results of their products in the pesantren environment, some are alsosold in the cooperative and to the surrounding community. Community response to the results ofthe students good and positiveKeywords: Entrepreneurship, Empowerment, OrphansAbstrak:Kewirausahaan merupakan bidang yang masih kurang diminati oleh kalangan remaja.Namun upaya yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah dan pihak swasta sudah banyak. Masihperlu dukungan banyak pihak,termasuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakadilakukan di pondokpesantren. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk menanamkan nilai – nilaikewirausahaan sejak dini pada siswa. Diharapkan pada waktu yang akan datang para siswamenjadi wirausahawan yang handal dan professional. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Aprilsampai dengan Juli 2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode praktek dan pemberianpenyuluhan serta monitoring pelaksanaan. Siswa yang ikut adalah siswa yatim piatu pada yayasanArrahman Ciputat Tangerang, sebanyak 23 siswa. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa siswasudah mapu membuat beberapa model souvenir dari kertas. Hasil target masing – masingkelompok sebesar 100%, 80 % dan 70%. Siswa diberikan kesempatan untuk meamsarkan hasilproduk mereka di dalam lingungan pesantren, sebagian juga dijual dikoperasi dan kepadamasyarakat sekitar. Respon masyarakat kepada hasil dari para santriwan baik dan positif.Kata Kunci : Kewirausahaan, Pemberdayaan, siswa Yatim Piatu

Abstract

Learning activities are consisted of two types which are active learning activities and passive learning activities. Learning activities are assumed has a connection with learning style. It is known on a condition when students learn economy mathematic with their own characteristic. Furthermore, the aim of this research is to know an impact or influence of visual style, auditory, kinesthetic, and read style of learning toward economy mathematic learning activity. This research involves 167 students. The result of this research shows visual learning style and auditory learning style are not give any influence to the economy mathematic learning activity, meanwhile kinesthetic and read learning style give an impact or influence toward the economy mathematic learning activity. Simultaneously, visual learning, auditory learning, kinesthetic learning, and read learning style have a significant influence toward economy mathematic learning activity. Abstract

The aim of this research to find the impact from financial literature, age, and parental guidance toward provision money. The type of this research is associative quantitative with using population amount which are 1229 students and 273 students from UNINDRA. Data gathering technique uses questionnaires that are already tested with viability and reliability test. Analysis technique uses double linear regression technique with SPSS 24.0 for windows operation system. The result shows 1) financial literature affects provision money management significantly, 2) age does not significantly affect the provision money management, 3) parental guidance does not affect the provision management, and 4) financial literature, age, and parental guidance affect the provision management significantly.

Abstract

Financial education is considered one of the solutions to overcome the problem of low financial literacy. Through this view, this study wants to find out whether financial education can really affect financial literacy in high school students PGRI 4 Jakarta. This research is quantitative with associative type. The population in this study were all students of SMA PGRI 4 2018 Academic Year as many as 497 students. The sample of the study was 205 students with a sample technique that is stratified sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and instruments tested the validity and reliability testing. Data analysis techniques using linear regression test. The results showed that there was no significant effect of financial education on financial literacy in SMA PGRI 4 Jakarta students.

Abstract

Online learning in the days of the pandemic corona is very important. Besides being able to be an alternative learning, such as Cisco Webex should be used for distance learning. The purpose of this study was to assess and describe the learning biopreneur e learning cisco webex meeting in terms of the attitudes of high school students. The student population is 120 students, while the sample is 30 students. The team gives questionnaires, and holds special interviews to students. The research activities took place from the beginning of August 2019 until December 2020. This study used a qualitative descriptive methodology. The results show that students are more enthusiastic and get more attention, because students can learn more independently and efficiently. In terms of time students can freely study at home, but there are some obstacles such as adjusting the schedule and how to use the Cisco program system that is not familiar to some students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of cooperative learning and entrepreneurship learning outcomes in class VIII students of SMK Yadika Bekasi city. The population is 150 students. Sample of 26 students. used in the form of normality and homogeneity tests and using the t-test (One Sample t Test). The calculation uses SPSS 22. The research method used was experimental method. This study used an experimental design that was carried out in one group only without as many comparison groups (The One Group Pratest Posttest). Students can pack the product well. Students can improve vocational student learning outcomes. The results showed that the use of virtual cooperative learning methods was very effective in increasing entrepreneurial outcomes. . The use of virtual cooperative learning methods has a significant effect on entrepreneurial learning outcomes. After the use of virtual cooperatives, there is an increase in learning outcomes. It is recommended that teachers use this method, in order to reduce the level of boredom of students learning in class.

Abstract

Financial literacy for all employees is very necessary. Financial literacy skills have a strategic role in improving one's financial understanding. If a person does not have financial literacy, then he will find several difficulties, such as mismanaging money, getting entangled in moneylenders and fraud so that he suffers big financial losses. Work motivation and work experience are variables that will be investigated whether there is an effect on financial literacy. This study aims to describe the effect of work experience on financial literacy, the effect of work motivation on financial literacy and the effect of work experience and work motivation simultaneously on financial literacy. Respondents in this study were employees of CV Berkah Saintek Depok. The number of respondents as many as 43 employees. Research methods with quantitative methods. The data were processed by classical tests, such as heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. After being tested classically, the data was continued with multiple regression test. The data was processed using SPSS 21. The results showed that work experience and work motivation had an effect on financial literacy, work experience had an effect on financial literacy and work motivation had an effect on financial literacy.

Abstract

Masa pandemik merupakan masa dimana banyaknya permasalahan terjadi di berbagai belahan dunia. Masalah ini menyebabkan berbagai permasalahan baru dibidang lainnya, seperti di bidang ekonomi. Kejadian yang tidak stabil ini membutuhkan tindak lanjut agar dapat dihambat. Dampak ini dapat diminimalisir oleh kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh setiap individu. Kemampuan ini seperti me-manajemen keuangan pribadi. Manajemen keuangan pribadi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti literasi keuangan dan lingkungan kampus. Untuk mengetahui apakah literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap manajemen keuangan pribadi mahasiswa, apakah lingkungan kampus berpengaruh terhadap manajemen keuangan pribadi mahasiswa, apakah literasi keuangan dan dan lingkungan kampus berpengaruh terhadap manajemen keuangan pribadi mahasiswa, maka peneliti melakukan penelitian asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Indraprasta PGRI jakarta yang melibatkan 116 mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan kuesioner, data didapatkan dan diolah dengan teknik analisa regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap manajemen keuangan pribadi mahasiswa, lingkungan kampus berpengaruh terhadap manajemen keuangan pribadi mahasiswa, literasi keuangan dan lingkungan kampus berpengaruh terhadap manajemen keuangan pribadi mahasiswa.
