Abstract

Internet shopping mall (E-mall) is a form of e-shop expansion that has a trading complexity and many product variants. E-mall is still limited in its application because its development requires relatively large capital than building an e-shop. Moreover, the development of application portfolios and architectural design that facilitates how the physical and virtual value chains are elaborated has not been carried out in many system development studies. In designing the portfolio, it is related to the consumer behaviour perspective. The direction of the study is to build an e-mall design concept that elaborates the physical and virtual value chain. The sample of this research is the target consumers who have shopped online as many as 168 respondents in Indonesia. A multivariate statistical study approach using conjoint analysis was employed to develop the E-mall design. This study produces five main dimensions that can be used as a reference for E-mall developers and further develop an application portfolio.

Abstract

Hiperkolesterolemia merupakan suatu kondisi dimana kadar kolesterol dalam darah meningkat (? 240 mg/dL). Berdasarkan profil penyakit tidak menular tahun 2016 persentase pengunjung dengan kolesterol tinggi di posbindu dan fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama pada wilaya Sumatera Selatan sebesar 24.5%. Tujuan penelitian ini diketahuinya pengaruh pemberian smoothie alberi terhadap kadar kolesterol total pasien hiperkolesterolemia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Sekip Kota Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan rancangan penelitian pretest dan postest control group design. Analisis data menggunakan paired sample t-test dan independent sampel t-test dengan selisih nilai rata-rata kadar kolesterol total kelompok perlakuan 58,43 (p-value = 0,000) dan kelompok pembanding 31,10 (p-value = 0,000). Sampel penelitian dipilih secara sistematik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok pembanding masing – masing 30 orang. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian smoothie alberi terhadap kadar kolesterol total pasien hiperkolesterolemia dengan perbedaan selisih rata-rata kadar kolesterol total kelompok perlakuan lebih tinggi daripada kelompok pembanding.

Abstract

This study focuses on the discussion of the calculation of the cost of production of arowana fish by arowana fish farmers in Putussibau Selatan District, Kapuas Hulu Regency and uses the Full Costing method. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely describing, explaining, or summarizing various phenomena or various research variables according to events as they are. Data collection techniques in this study using interview techniques, direct observation to the field and using the literature that supports the object under study. Based on the data analysis of the calculation of the cost of production carried out by arowana fish cultivators, in the calculation of the cost of production carried out there are several elements of production costs that are not calculated and are not in accordance with accounting science, arowana fish cultivators as a whole calculate the costs incurred without any grouping or the allocation of production costs from raw material costs, direct labor costs and factory overhead costs. cost calculations carried out by arowana fish cultivators without taking into account maintenance costs, depreciation costs and post-harvest costs. The calculation uses the Full Costing method, which takes into account all elements of production costs and can fairly describe the costs incurred by arowana fish farmers in their production activities.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the world in every aspect of our lives. This has had a huge impact on sport and learning. People have to adapt and change to maintain their normal activities. Learning and sports training are very important for young people. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the training that can be carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic and local lockdowns. The research is focused on discussing changes in the way karate practices during the COVID-19 pandemic and what types of karate trainings are carried out during local lockdowns. The research method uses a survey. The research sample was 36 karate UKM students. The study was conducted using an online questionnaire. The results showed that 39% of students used online training through websites or applications, 25% of students used written training programs, 19% of students used video challenges, and 8% of students used video training and telephone conversations. The conclusion of the study shows that most students switch to online training using the Zoom application under social distancing rules and during local lockdowns

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the success factors of the implementation of the Electronic Based Government System (SPBE) policy in the South Konawe Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with primary data sources obtained directly from informants selected based on purposive sampling techniques, while secondary data are obtained from documents, reports, electronic media, and websites. This research was conducted on four regional apparatus organizations (OPD) and one village government. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that strong and visionary leadership is a determinant of the success factor for the implementation of the Electronic Based Government System (SPBE) policy in South Konawe Regency. A leader's commitment and ability to provide motivation, guidance, and direction, have a significant influence on the provision of all resources needed in the development of SPBE. This can be seen in the formulation of various policies/regulations, institutional strengthening, and recruitment of human resources who have expertise in information technology, budget support, and digital/ICT infrastructure development.

Abstract

Usaha bidang pertanian mulai diminati oleh generasi muda sesuai dengan karakternya masing-masing. Perubahan gaya hidup yang dipengaruhi oleh kehadiran dunia digital, keterbatasan lahan dan aksesibilitas telah mengubah tren pertanian. Urban farming dengan sistem hidroponik saat ini banyak ditekuni oleh petani muda, tetapi masih dilakukan sebatas skala hobi bukan dalam skala komunitas. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan pembinaan terhadap pelaku usaha bidang pertanian guna meningkatkan manajemen bisnis, meningkatkan kompetensi bisnis SDM, memaksimalkan penggunaan aset dan mendorong proses bisnis yang akuntabel. Metode pengabdian ini melalui pendampingan kepada komunitas petani hidroponik dalam bentuk edukasi dan sosialisasi pengembangan usaha, baik secara internal maupun secara eksternal. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian yaitu pengetahuan pendirian badan usaha, pembukuan keuangan dan pemetaan kompetensi SDM Komunitas Akcaya Agrotani. Saran bagi pengabdian berikutnya dapat memberikan pendampingan dalam mendirikan badan usaha dan perizinan Pangan Segar Asal Tumbuhan (PSAT) guna mencapai target pertumbuhan, peningkatan produk dan produktivitas dalam rangka mensukseskan pembangunan dibidang pertanian dengan membangun komunitas wirausaha muda yang memiliki aspek legalitas hukum
