Abstract

Disabilitas fisik memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam pembelajaran. Disabilitas fisik di bagian tangan secara kognitif dapat dikategorikan baik. Kendati demikian fungsi sensoris motoriknya mengalami hambatan karena hanya berfungsi sebagian. Observasi terhadap karakteristik dapat menjadi indikator penerapan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa difabel fisik di bagian tangan. Berdasarkan hasil ujicoba Flow diperoleh hasil hasil uji t yang telah dilakukan, harga t diperoleh 5,666 yang kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan tabel t 0,05 dengan derajat kebebasan 2 yaitu sebesar 4,303. Hasil konsultasi menunjukkan harga t lebih besar daripada tabel yakni 5,666 > 4,303. Sebelum diterapkan Flow mahasiswa disabilitas (subjek) tersebut memperoleh nilai dibawah kritteria ketuntasan minimal karena merasa gugup dan kurang nyaman dengan model pembelajaran serta mersa sangat berbeda dari yang lain. Setelah diterapkan model Flow subjek memiiliki kepercayaan diri yang tinggi dan kenyamanan dalam pembelajaran dengan titik utama fokus pada keterampilan menulis puisi dan prosa. Setelah penerapan Flow subjek semakin yakin pada kemampuan dan cita-citanya sehingga merasa percaya diri untuk melanjutkan menulis. Subjek 1 telah dapat menulis 25 judul puisi dan subjek 2 telah percaya diri untuk melanjutkan menulis cerpen.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the conversational implicature contained in the TV Net Talk Show program. In this study, researchers sought (1) to describe violations of the principle of cooperation that led to the emergence of implicature, (2) to describe the form of acts of implication. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data of this research is in the form of the speech of the NET TV Talk Show which aired in the March 2020 airing period. Data collection techniques used were the recording technique and the note-taking technique. The recording technique is done by downloading a video of this program. A NET TV Talk show that aired in March 2020. From the results of the data that has been studied, violations of the principle of cooperation that led to the emergence of conversational implicatures on this program Talkshow is dominated by violations of the maxim of quantity, in terms of speech acts the implications of the Talkshow program are dominated by the use of news sentences.

Abstract

Language is the most important tool for communication between humans. In other words, humans will be very dependent on a language and remember also that humans are social creatures, creatures who cannot live without other people. In this case, of course, between humans there will be an interaction (communication) for various purposes. The language used by humans is not a static language, but a language that is always evolving according to the needs of humans as users. This study examines the conversational implicatures contained in the conversations of residents of RT 02 Griya Anugerah Housing with the following problem formulation. 1) What is the form of implicature in the conversation of residents of RT 02 Griya Anugerah Residence Housing? and 2) what are the speaker's intentions and objectives contained in the conversations of residents of RT 02 Griya Anugerah Residence Housing? This research method uses a qualitative approach with the research subject of residents of RT 02 Griya Anugerah Residence Housing with the object of speech or conversation of residents of RT 02 Griya Anugerah Residence Housing. Data collection in this study was carried out directly at the location using the research subject and was carried out by observing notes. The results of this study are as follows. First, the implicature found in the conversations of residents of RT 02 Griya Anugerah Residence Housing, which is a combination of criticism and satire; (1) conventional, 2) general conversational implicatures, 3) specific conversational implicatures, 4) scaled implicatures, 5) statement implicatures. Based on the type of implicature, the speech conveyed by the subject mostly refers to an invitation. Invitation in speech serves to maintain the ethics of politeness in inviting certain parties to do something. Second, 2. The main function of implicatures in the conversation of residents of RT 02 Griya Anugerah Residence is so that the delivery of intent to comment on certain parties is more polite and does not hit the target. The implicature function found in this study also varies according to the type of implicature

Abstract

Arus persebaran informasi semakin mudah terutama pada persebaran informasi pribadi. Informasi pribadi seseorang bisa disebarluaskan oleh orang lain demi keuntungan pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peranan hukum dalam penanggulangan kasus pelanggaran privasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa, hukum telah berperan dalam penanggulangan kasus pelanggaran privasi, di Indonesia yaitu melalui Pasal 26 UU ITE, untuk lingkup internasional menggunakan EU General Data Protection. Dapat diketahui bahwa setiap kasus pelanggaran ditindak dengan hukum sesuai tingkat pelanggarannya, setiap negara memiliki hukum masing-masing untuk melindungi warga negara.Kata Kunci : data pribadi, kasus pelanggaran privasi, hukum privasi
