Abstract

This study aims to describe the impact information in online learning on students mathematics learning outcomes in the teaching and learning process at home due to the presence of COVID-19. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The population drawn from the researcher, was all students of class II SD Negeri 091320 Raya tongah Pematang raya. As for being the samples of this study, namely the parents of students and teachers of class II SD Negeri 091320 Raya Tongah, totaling 25 people, namely 12 students, 12 parents and 1 class II teacher. Data collection techniques in this research use documentation, interviews, observations, which are looking for data on relevant matters from various kinds in the library such as documents, books, magazines, news. The results of the analysis of the research data obtained show that the impact experienced by students, teachers and parents in online teaching and learning activities is that students' math scores have increased, the impact felt by parents and teachers on mastery of technology is still lacking, additional internet quota costs, employment Additional for parents in assisting children in learning, communication and socialization between students, teachers and parents is reduced.

Abstract

The problem in this study is in learning the subject matter of applying Pancasila values. The purpose of this study was to find out the application of Pancasila values through whatsapp-based e-learning by fifth grade students at SD Negeri 122351 Pematangsiantar which were applied at each student's home. This research is a field research, namely research carried out in the community. Based on the purpose of a research carried out, this research is included in descriptive research, because it aims to describe certain characteristics of a phenomenon and tries to describe what exists (it can be about conditions or relationships that exist, opinions that are growing, processes that are ongoing, consequences or effects that happening, or a trend that is developing). Data collection was carried out by interviews and documentation. The population in this study were students, teachers and parents of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 122351 Pematangsiantar. The sample in this study were 20 fifth grade students, 1 fifth grade teacher and 5 parents of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 122351 Pematangsiantar. In analyzing data, namely data collection, classifying data, explaining data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that fifth grade students at SD Negeri 122351 Pematangsiantar are able to apply Pancasila values at home through learning from WhatsApp. This was obtained from the results of interviews with parents of fifth grade students at SD 122351 Pematangsiantar

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder with a multifactorial etiology. This disease is characterized by chronic hyperglycemia and affects the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Examination of the urine sediment is often referred to as microscopic examination. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of erythrocytes, leukocytes, bacteria in organic urine sediment in the urine of people with diabetes mellitus. This research is descriptive in nature which was conducted in July 2019 at the Karo Pematangsiantar Health Center. The research sample is 30 samples taken by total sampling method. Data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the organic sediment of urine in patients with diabetes mellitus contained abnormal amounts of erythrocytes, leukocytes and bacteria. There were 21 samples of abnormal Erythrocytes (70%) and normal as many as 9 respondents (30%), in 21 samples the number of Leukocytes was above normal i.e. abnormal (70%), in 21 samples the number of Bacteria was abnormal (70%). The results of the study found that there were 9 samples of Normal Erythrocyte counts and 9 abnormal samples, in 9 samples the number of Normal Leukocytes and 9 abnormal samples, in 9 samples the number of Normal Bacteria and 21 samples the number of Bacteria was abnormal in people with diabetes mellitus at the Karo Pematangsiantar Health Center . From the research results are expected to be a scientific contribution and information in enriching knowledge. The results of the study found that there were 9 samples of Normal Erythrocyte counts and 9 abnormal samples, in 9 samples the number of Normal Leukocytes and 9 abnormal samples, in 9 samples the number of Normal Bacteria and 21 samples the number of Bacteria was abnormal in people with diabetes mellitus at the Karo Pematangsiantar Health Center . Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of motivation and leadership style on the performance of Pematang Siantar Dispora employees. The research method used is the method of qualitative data and quantitative data. From this description it can be seen that Fcount (29,335) > Ftable (3.34), and a significance value of 0,00< 0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning Motivation Variable (X1), Leadership Style Variable (X2) have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance Variable (Y).
