Abstract

Struktur komunitas makrozoobentos merupakan data dasar ekosistem pantai yang perlu diketahui. Penelitian struktur komunitas makrozoobentos di perairan pantai Kuwang Wae dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Maret 2012. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur komunitas makrozoobentos di perairan pantai Kuwang Wae. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 29 jenis makrozoobentos yang termasuk dalam filum Mollusca, 3 jenis termasuk dalam filum Annelida, 2 jenis termasuk dalam filum Arthtropoda, 2 jenis termasuk dalam filum Echinodermata, dan 1 jenis termasuk dalam filum Sipuncula. Komposisi jenis, kepadatan populasi, keanekaragaman dan kemerataan jenis makrozoobentos di kedua lokasi penelitian berbeda. Secara keseluruhan keanekaragaman dan kemerataan jenis makrozoobentos di Lokasi I lebih tinggi dibandingkan Lokasi II.

Abstract

Program PkM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dalam mengidentifikasi zat aditif pada makanan dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya menjaga makanan, bisa berpartisipasi dalam upaya perbaikan diri dan cerdas memilih bahan pangan. Metode yang dipakai dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut adalah penyuluhan dan demonstrasi yang melibatkan siswa sebagai khalayak sasaran dan subjek. Demonstrasi dilakukan untuk melatih dan  memberikan  pemahaman  kepada  siswa  dalam  mengidentifikasi  kandungan  pengawet berbahaya dalam makanan. Luaran kegiatan ini berupa keterampilan menguji zat aditif pada makanan dan minuman; Artikel ilmiah (publikasi nasional). Hasil kegiatan yang telah dicapai antara lain kegiatan tersebut memberikan banyak manfaat bagi siswa dan guru disekolah mitra, memiliki keterampilan dalam mengidentifikasi atau menguji zat aditif pada makanan dan minuman yang dapat diaplikasikan serta dijadikan acuan dalam memilih makanan dan minuman yang sehat untuk dikonsumsi.Kata Kunci: Zat Aditif, Demonstrasi

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek sikap kewirausahaan dengan moderasi gender terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Studi ini merupakan penelitian eksploratif dengan subyek penelitian sebanyak 33 mahasiswa pendidikan biologi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket tertutup dengan skala Likert dan yang telah divalidasi (validasi ahli). Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan uji Moderat Regression Analysis (MRA) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil studi yaitu (1) ada pengaruh signifikan sikap kewirausahaan dengan moderasi gender terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dengan nilai F sebesar 6,490 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,005 lebih kecil dari nilai alpha pengujian 0,05; (2) sikap kewirausahaan mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha mahasiswa sebesar 24,5% dan sikap kewirausahaan dengan mederasi gender mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha mahasiswa sebesar 30,2%. Oleh sebab itu, ada peningkatan pengaruh sikap kewirausahaan dengan moderasi gender terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa.

Abstract

Abstract: Project-Based Activities through Lesson Study: Improvements of Creative Thinking Performance of Pre-Service Biology Teachers in Indonesia. Objective: This study aims to improve students creative thinking skills by applying project-based learning through lesson study. Method: This research uses classroom action research through lesson study with three open classes with a total of 16 subjects of departement biology education, Universitas Hamzanwadi . The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Findings: Student activity scores during the learning process from the first, second and third open classes were 73.62 percent, 80.09 percent and 84.72 percent there was an average increase in activity of 5.56 percent. Data on students’ creative thinking ability were obtained successively by 75 percent, 81.25 percent and 93.75 percent, there was an average increase of 9.38 percent. Conclusion: The application of project-based learning through lesson study can improve students creative thinking skills.Keywords: project-based learning, creative thinking, lesson study.Abstrak: Aktivitas-Aktivitas Berbasis Proyek melalui Lesson Study: Peningkatan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Calon Guru Biologi di Indonesia. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa dengan menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis proyek melalui lesson study. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas melalui lesson studi dengan tiga open class dengan subyek berjumlah 16 orang mahasiswa program studi pendidikan biologi Universitas Hamzanwadi. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Temuan: Skor aktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran dari open class pertama, kedua dan ketiga sebesar 73, 62 persen, 80,09 persen dan 84, 72 persen terdapat peningkatan rata rata aktivitas sebesar 5,56 persen. Data kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa diperoleh berturut turut sebesar 75 persen, 81,25 persen dan 93,75 persen, terjadi rata rata peningkatan sebesar 9,38 persen. Kesimpulan : Penerapan pembelajaran project based learning melalui lesson study dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa. Abstract

In preparing students who have the skills to respond to the challenges of the times and face the demands of 21st century learning, teachers need to develop students' science literacy and design learning in accordance with the characteristics and learning outcomes of students. The purpose of this study is to develop learning with PjBL with STEAM approach model integrated science literacy. Research is carried out through the stages of needs analysis, product design, product development, product implementation and evaluation. The research object was grade X students of SMAN 2 Selong totaling 35 students with 25 female students and 10 male students. Research instruments include needs analysis questionnaire guidelines, product validation guidelines, product practicality guidelines, teacher response guidelines and learning outcomes tests on ecosystem materials.  The collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis.  Data analysis showed that the product developed was classified as valid with an average score of validation by 3 experts, namely linguists, material experts and learning technology experts respectively 83.91, 84.64 and 83.73.  The product is also classified as practical with an average practicality score of 82.63. The product is classified as effective with an effectiveness percentage of 88.57%. The developed product has high potential in improving student learning outcomes on ecosystem materials with an N-Gain of 0.76

Abstract

Facing today's 21st century learning, teachers need to foster science literacy and consider learning strategies that are appropriate to the conditions and potential of learners. This study aims to develop a PjBL with STEAM approach model in improving  science literacy ability of high school students. This study is a development research with the Borg Gall development model. The sample of this study was class X students of SMAN 2 Selong, totaling 35 students. The instruments used to collect data include guidelines for validating learning design, practicality questionnaires and science literacy ability tests on ecosystem materials. The data analysis used in this study used descriptive analysis. Based on the validation analysis, the products developed are included in the valid category indicated by the average score of product validation by 3 experts, namely linguists, material experts and learning technology experts successively 83.91; 84.64 and 83.73. Similarly, in terms of practicality, the products developed are also classified as practical with an average practicality score of 82.63. The product is also classified as effective with a percentage of effectiveness of 88.57%. The product developed has a potential effect in the high category to improve science literacy ability on ecosystem materials with an N-Gain of 0.76

Abstract

Nowadays people are increasingly aware of the importance of returning to nature to cure various diseases. Increased awareness. so scientific research is increasingly directed at natural ingredients. Herbal medicines that are processed in a modern way and are supported by research results are increasingly available. The use of traditional medicine has long been practiced in developing countries and developed countries. The use of various types of plants is influenced by ethnic groups or ethnic level culture. Exploring the perceptions and conceptions of traditional community knowledge about the plants around them is an activity of gathering local wisdom with the local community. Interactions between humans and plants are studied through ethnobotany studies. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential use of medicinal plants by the East Lombok Sasak etnic and the use of research results as a source of ethnobotany learning. The method used is ethnometodology.  The results of the research have been obtained 32 types of potentially medicinal plants that are often used by the Sasak people of East Lombok Regency to treat various diseases. Utilization by processing the parts of plants, namely leaves, fruit, seeds, stems and roots. The results of this study will continue to be used as a source of ethnobotany learning

Abstract

Based on the purpose of this study, namely to determine “The Effect Of Liquid Organic Fertilizer On The Growth Of Land Kale Plant (Ipomoea reptas Poir)”. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 10 replications. In the control media treatment without using liquid organic fertilizer while in the experimental media using liquid organic fertilizer with each different concentration .data analysis used the T test at a significan level of 5%. The results of this study showed that the growth on syem height of land kale plants averaged 4 days in control A, while in experimental B the concentration of 20 ml averaged 5,1 days, and experimental C concentration of 25 ml averaged 5,4 days and experimental D concentration of 30 ml an averaged of 6,8 days. While the results of the study on the number of leaves with control A average of 3,2 days, while in experimental B the conzentration of 20 ml averaged 3,6 days, and axperimental C the concentration of 25 ml averaged 3,8 days, and experimental D the concentration 30 ml an average of 4,4 days. This shows that the content of liquid organic fertilizer from banana weevil waste has no effect on the growth of land kale plants. Keywords: POC, Banana Weevil, Growth Of Land Kale

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Distribution Pattern of Nail Plants (Pteridophyta) in the Community Forest Area of Pemotoh Hamlet, Aik Berik Village, North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency, NTB. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The data collection instrument regarding the types of ferns in this study used an observation sheet or observation sheet. The observation sheet in the form of a table is used as a place to record the results of observations to determine the number of types and individuals of terrestrial ferns in each quadrant and the total number of individuals. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by counting: 1) Species diversity index and 2) Morisita index. Based on the research, there are 17 types of terrestrial ferns found in the area of the Benang Stokel Tourism Forest. The most dominating species (quadrant I-X), namely Cyclosorus Interruptus [INP= 46,431], the average index of fern species diversity found in the Benang Stokel Tourism Forest area in the observation quadrant (quadrant I-X) of H’= 1.138. This diversity index is in the medium category [H'= 1,0-3,322], and the average Morisita index on the observation (quadrant I-X) is Id= 0.113 with criteria [Id1]. It can be concluded that the distribution pattern of terrestrial ferns in the area of the Stokel Yarn Tourism Forest is uniform.
