Abstract

This study aims to determine the ethics of government officials to the quality of service of making the deed of sale of land and determine the factors that influence the ethics of government officials to the quality of service of making the deed of sale of land in District Panca Chert. The design study is quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study is the entire community that takes care of making the deed of sale of land in District Five Chert in January-December 2014 as many as 136 people. The samples in this study is Simple Random Sampling whereas the members of a sample of 58 people from a population of 136 people was randomly without regard to strata that exist in this population. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews (interviews), Questionnaires, and a Research Library. The data obtained were then processed using frequency tables. The conclusion of this thesis research is ethical government officials classified in either category. Reflected in the results of this study which shows the scope of applicability of 57.33%. And quality of service are classified in either category. Reflected in the results of this study which shows the level of implementation of 57,60%. As for the temporary factors that influence the ethics of government officials to service quality land purchase deed, among others: (a) Awareness Officials, with the percentage rate of 53.5%. (B) Rules, with the percentage rate of 34.75%. (C) organization, with a percentage rate of 59.5%. (D) Skills Officer, with the percentage rate of 70.75%. (E) Support, with the percentage rate of 61.25%. (F) Supervision, with the percentage rate of 48.25%. (G) Consistency bureaucratic apparatus, with the percentage rate sebesar49,5%. (H) Communication, dengantingkat percentage of 58.25%.

Abstract

This research was conducted in 2015 with the objective to know the professionalism of Civil Servants in One Stop Service Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency and determinant factors related to Civil Servant professionalism in providing license issuing service at One Stop Service Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Research location at One Stop Service Office of Sidenreng Rappang District. Data collection techniques used: a) observation, b) questionnaires, c) interviews, and d) documentation. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of the research described in Chapter 4 above, the authors can be concluded that the professionalism of civil servants in public service in integrated service office one door kab. Sidrap is already good, it can be seen from the results of research through research indicators, such as; 1) Honesty of civil servants, 2) Work ethic owned by civil servants, 3) Creativity owned by civil servants, 4) Obstacles in running the rules, 5) Timeliness in the execution of duties and functions, 6) Simplicity, 7) Economical, 8) Fast, 9) Means and prasaranan, 10) Motivation work, 11) Leadership.

Abstract

This research provides a purpose to understand culture on prosperous rice management in Bulucenrana Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence organizational culture in Bulucenrana Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this research was 119 people. A sample of 54 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics and with the help of the SPSS version 21 application. The results showed that the influence of organizational culture in Bulucenrana village with a percentage of 59.58% was in the unfavorable category. Rastra management in Bulucenrana Village with a percentage of 55.66% is in the poor category. Based on the value of t count> t table or 2.750> 2.006, then H0 is rejected, meaning that the influence of organizational culture has a significant effect on the management of prosperous rice in Bulucenrana Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a contribution percentage of 57.1%. Factors Affecting Organizational Culture: 1. Organizational history factors 58%, 2. Cultural factors 58.4% and 3. Language factors 54.4%. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that factors affecting the Organizational Culture in Bulucenrana Village with a percentage of 56.66% are in the unfavorable category.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the management of the village owned enterprises to increase community participation in the village if Riase District Pitu Riase District Sidenreng Rappang. The population in this study is 83 community figures in the village Bila Riase where the sampling used is Probability Sampling, with purposive sampling technique using formula Slovin with the number of samples 45 community leaders, This research uses quantitative dexsriptif methods. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaire (Angket), interview, literature study. The data analysis techniques used are the DEKSRIPTIF statistics, the Data quality test, the classic assumption test using SPSS 16.0 and the Likert scale. The results of the study showed that the influence management of BUMDes with a value of 62.12% is categorized as "influential". The factors that affect the management of BUMDes are participation (67%) human resources (64%) with accumulated results of 65.5% or categorized as "influential". To improve the management of village owned enterprises to increase community participation in the village if Riase District Pitu Riase District Sidenreng Rappang with results 50.02% categorized less influential.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the village government about the management of village-owned enterprises in the village of Bina Baru Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were 266 heads of families in Bina Baru Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This study uses the Slovin formula to a sample of 73 people based on data with incidental sampling techniques. Quantitative descriptive is the type of research used by this research. This research uses data collection techniques, namely observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the assistance of the IBM SPSS statistic 21.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the role of the village government is 48.9% less good. Management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Bina Baru Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency 47.9% Poor Role of Village Government "Influential / Important" on Village-Owned Business Management in Bina Baru Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang District with t table t table value (4,980> 1, 66660) with a percentage of influence of 50.9% is not good, so that the role of the village government in the management of village-owned enterprises in Bina Baru Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang District has not been effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between policy and performance of village officials on the welfare of the community in Bulo Timorang Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 128 people (families of recipients of direct cash assistance) while the number of samples was 56 people (families of beneficiaries of BLT assistance). Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was validity test, data reliability test, frequency tabulation analysis, and multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis with the help of SPSS version 16 application. The results showed that the policy relationship. The results showed that the policy relationship (X1) obtained a tcount value greater than ttable (2,938> 2,006) then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So that the hypothesis which reads the relationship of policy to the welfare of society is partially accepted. The Independent Variable of Village Apparatus Performance (X2) obtained that the tcount value is smaller than ttable (0.821 < 2.006), so H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected. So that the hypothesis which reads that the performance of village officials on community welfare is partially rejected means that there is no effect of X2 on Y. The results of the F test show that the value of Fcount > Ftable or 6.403> 3.17. And a significant level of 0.003 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that the independent variable (policy relationship (X1) and the performance of village officials (X2) simultaneously or simultaneously affects the dependent variable (community welfare) positively and significantly. the coefficient of determination (R²) shows Adjusted R Square 0.164 or 16.4%, which means that the variation of the community welfare variable can be explained by the policy relationship variable (X1) and the performance of the village apparatus (X2), the remaining 83.6% can be explained by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the regional policy of 2016 waste management regulation at Sidenng Rapang Regency, and to find out what factors influence the implementation of the 2016 regional policy on the management of waste management. The population in this study was 319.990 people in Sidenng Rappang Regency, where sampling was used with a probability of sampling with a simple random sampling technique using the Slovine formula with a total sample of 106. Information collection techniques Used were observations, questionnaires, interviews, revision of literature. . The information analysis technique used are descriptive statistics, linear regression, hypothesis test using SPSS 16.0 and a Likert scale. The results of this study show that the effect of policy implementation variables on management management is 55.4%, a. Communication with interpretation 54.8%, resources 50.8%, 51% arrangement / attitude, bureaucratic structure 52.2%, categorized as is not good, while waste management has been classified, b. Planning of 53.8%, organizing 55.6%, which works 54.2% and supervision of 52.8% with the "not good" category. The factors that influence the management of waste management are the participation of the Community (55%) with the category is not good "and human resources (58.6%) (58.6%) with the category of the It's not good.

Abstract

This research aims 1). to find out the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Village Office in Timoreng Panua, District of Panca Rijang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. 2). To find out the Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Timoreng Panua Village Office, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. 3). To determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Village Office in Timoreng Panua, District of Panca Rijang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 46 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Quantitative data analysis techniques used are frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program.Based on the results of the processing of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 for windows, the influence of Organizational Culture (X.1) on Employee Performance (Y) is calculated t value 0.969 <t table = 1.680 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with a percentage of 54%. Effect of Discipline (X.2) on Employee Performance (Y) is known t count value of 0.420 <t table = 1.680 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with a percentage of 46.3%, and the influence of Organizational Culture (X.1), Discipline (X.2) on Employee Performance (Y) is known t count value of 8.083> t table = 1.680 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with a percentage of 48%, it can be said that the positive hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the negative hypothesis (Ho) rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Communication on the Work Effectiveness of Apparatus in the Arateng Village Office, Sidenreng Rappang District. The population of this study was 2,133 people and a sample of 32 people. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, data quality tests (validity and reliability), classic assumption tests, linear regression and hypothesis testing.The results showed that organizational communication 62.68% influential categories include wise and politeness 61.8%, feedback acceptance 63%, information sharing 60%, giving information assignments 66.8%. reduce task uncertainty 61.8%. work effectiveness 61.4% influential categories include the quantity of work 61.8%, work quality 62.4%, time utilization 60.%. The factors that influence organizational communication 58.26% are quite influential include horizontal communication 62.4%, diagonal communication 56.2%, vertical communication 56.2%. This shows the effect of Organizational Communication on the Effectiveness of Workers in the Arateng Village Office Sidenreng Rappang District is 61% of the 100% expected results, which is classified in the category of "influence".

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of the professionalism of the apparatus work towards the quality of public services in the Anabannae Village office, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 1,181 people and a sample of 92 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, data quality tests (validity and reliability), classic assumption tests, linear regression and hypothesis testing and with the help of SPSS version 21 application. The results showed that the professionalism of the work apparatus 59.6% was not good. the quality of public service 59.16% is not good. Factors that influenced the professionalism of work 60.32% were unfavorable including 31.4% proficiency, 58.6% readiness, 60% responsibility, 61.2% discipline, and 60.4% employee attitude. This shows the Effect of Professional Workers' Apparatuses on the Quality of Public Services at the Anabannae Village Office in Pitu Riawa Subdistrict is 59% of the 100% expected results, which are classified as "not good".
