Abstract

The aim of the research is to develop an Android-based learning media on basic physics courses in informatics engineering at STT Ibnu Sina which is valid, practical, effective. This study uses a method with Four-D design applied to develop and test the validity, practicality and effectiveness of android-based learning media. The stages of the research include defining, designing, developing, and distributing. The results of testing the validity of Android-based learning media indicate that the learning media are valid. Based on the response of lecturers and students about the practicality of instructional media shows that learning media is very practical and based on student learning outcomes indicate that the Android-based learning media has been effectively used in basic physics learning. The results of data analysis show that Android-based learning media is better in improving student learning in the basic physics learning process. Then concluded that the Android-based learning media can be applied in learning basic physics. Android-based learning media can be developed more broadly along with technological developments in the learning process.

Abstract

Setiap kampus atau perguruan tinggi memiliki satu layanan yang disebut bimbingan dan konseling. Peran ini dipegang oleh dosen penasehat akademik. Beban kerja dosen penasehat akademik menjadi tinggi ketika rasio jumlah dosen dan mahasiswa rendah. Untuk meringankan beban kerja dosen penasehat akademik maka dibuat sebuah sistem pakar yang dapat memudahkan mahasiswa dan dosen penasehat akademik dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Pembangunan sitem pakar ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC). Aplikasi yang dibangunkan kemudian diujikan kepada mahasiswa Teknik Informatika di Universitas Ibnu Sina. Pengujian meliputi uji Black Box. Dari evaluasi pengguna diperoleh hasil bahwa sistem pakar yang dibangunkan dapat digunakan untuk menangani masalah-masalah seperti yang telah disimpan dalam daftar data masalah dan solusi. Tampilan estetika sistem harus diperbaiki agar pengguna tertarik untuk menggunakannya. Beberapa pengguna mengusulkan elemen multimedia dimasukkan dalam tampilan sistem pakar yang dibangunkan agar tampilannya lebih menarik. Student Guidance and Counseling based on Expert System Using Certainty Factor Method Abstract: Every campus or college has one service called guidance and counseling. This role is held by the academic advisory lecturer. The workload of academic advisory lecturers becomes high when the ratio of the number of lecturers to students is low. To ease the workload of academic advisory lecturers, an expert system is made that can facilitate students and academic advisory lecturers in overcoming existing problems. The development of this expert system uses the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) development method. The application that was developed was then tested on Informatics Engineering students at Ibn Sina University. Tests include the Black Box tests. From the evaluation of the user obtained the results that the developed expert system can be used to deal with problems such as those that have been stored in the list of problem data and solutions. The aesthetic appearance of the system must be improved in order for users to be interested in using it. Some users suggest multimedia elements be included in the developed expert system view to make it look more attractive. Keywords: Guidance and Counseling, Certanty Factor, Expert Systems.

Abstract

This study discusses Arabic learning media, which is a tool to convey material used to assist teachers or teachers in delivering a lesson, as well as an alternative to facilitate students, especially students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in learning Arabic. The making of Arabic learning media uses Adobe Flash CS6 Professional, while in the design it uses Storyboards, Navigation Structures, and Flowcharts. The test results on this learning media as a whole are 33% stating Very Good, 29% stating Good, and 8% stating Less Good. This shows that more than 60% of respondents stated that this learning media has been running well. While the test on the display of learning media that can attract interest in learning is as much as 60% stating Very Good, 30% stating Good, and 10% stating Less Good. This can indicate that 90% of this learning media can attract learning interest.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Program pengembangan e-learning telah menjadi upaya yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru. Dalam era digital saat ini, e-learning telah membuka peluang baru untuk pendidikan dan pengembangan profesionalisme para guru. Program ini bertujuan untuk memperluas aksesibilitas pembelajaran, meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran, dan memberikan kesempatan bagi guru untuk mengembangkan keterampilan baru di SD Al Azhar 2 Batam. Penggunaan e-learning memungkinkan guru untuk mengakses materi pembelajaran secara fleksibel dan mandiri. Melalui platform e-learning, guru dapat mengikuti kursus online, menghadiri seminar virtual, dan berpartisipasi dalam diskusi dengan rekan sejawat dari berbagai belahan dunia. Hal ini membuka peluang untuk berbagi pengalaman, mendapatkan pembaruan terkini tentang metode pengajaran yang efektif, dan memperoleh wawasan baru dalam dunia pendidikan. Adapun e-learning yang diajarkan pada pengabdian ini yaitu edlink, google classroom, Edmodo, serta aplikasi video conference pembelajaran berupa zoom dan google meet. Melalui implementasi program pengembangan e-learning pada Pengabdian Masyarakat ini menghasilkan peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru khususnya dalam bidang teknologi. Guru akan memiliki akses yang lebih luas yaitu memperluas jejaring profesional melalui platform e-learning yang dapat terhubung dengan rekan sejawat dan memperoleh pembaruan informasi terkini dalam bidang pendidikan. Kata Kunci: e-learning, kompetensi profesional guru, pengabdian masyarakat ABSTRACT The e-learning development program has been an effective effort to improve teacher professional competence. In today's digital era, e-learning has opened up new opportunities for education and the professional development of teachers. This program aims to expand the accessibility of learning, improve teaching quality, and provide opportunities for teachers to develop new skills at SD Al Azhar 2 Batam. The use of e-learning allows teachers to access learning materials flexibly and independently. Through the e-learning platform, teachers can take online courses, attend virtual seminars, and participate in discussions with colleagues from around the world. This opens up opportunities to share experiences, get the latest updates on effective teaching methods, and gain new insights into the world of education. The e-learning taught in this service is edlink, google classroom, Edmodo, as well as learning video conference applications in the form of zoom and google meet. Through the implementation of the e-learning development program in community service that we carry out, it is hoped that the professional competence of teachers can be significantly improved. Teachers will have access to a wider range of learning resources, upgrade technology capabilities, and stay up to date with the latest in education. In addition, by expanding professional networks through e-learning platforms, teachers can connect with colleagues and collaborate in improving teaching quality. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan nntuk membuat geographic information system untuk pelaporan dan pelacakan kegiatan patroli Satuan Sabhara 10411 dengan perangkat website maka maka dibuatlah sebuah media agar dapat mempermudah petugas dan pimpinan melihat secara langsung bentuk informasi tersebut. Sistem saat ini pengumpulan dan pengolah data masih dalam bentuk lembaran, dan juga ada beberapa data yang diolah dengan aplikasi Microsoft Office word dan excel, mengakibatkan memakan waktu yang tidak sedikit dan belum terintegrasi dengan baik penggunakan sistem informasi dan masih terkendala terhadap aksesibilitas kelancaran informasi dan komunikasi data yang mengakibatkan data dan informasi tersebut diolah dan disimpan pada masing-masing komputer. Dengan menggunakan tahapan perancangan sistem dengan metode waterfall dengan tahapan lima yaitu analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian program dan penerapan program. Sedangkan pemodelan yang digunakan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang terdiri dari yaitu Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram dan Sequence Diagram. Geographic Information System untuk pelaporan dan pelacakan kegiatan patrol yang dirancangan berbasis website yang dibuat dengan Bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL dan Google Maps sebagai pemetaan lokasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapakan dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam mengelola data pelaporan dan pelacakan kegiatan patroli Satuan Sabhara 10411.Untuk mendukung sistem yang ada maka diperlukan peningkatan sumber daya manusia, yaitu sumber daya dalam pengoperasian sistem dan mampu merawat, memelihara sistem tersebut dengan baik dan aplikasi yang ada dapat ditambahkan untuk menjadi lebih lengkap dalam bentuk dashboard.
