Abstract

Humans are creatures created by Allah SWT who are concrete and most perfect in reason and reasoning, so it is impossible for other creatures who do not have good reasoning to receive Islamic education, which must carry out the Shari'a and fulfill the mandate of Allah SWT as caliph on earth. This article aims to find out the object of education that was the earliest received by humans. This study uses a qualitative approach, provides a basic overview of the topic of discussion, generalizes ideas and develops a tentative theory, opens the possibility for further research on the topic discussed. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive data analysis. The result of this research is that the object of education is the most important and the earliest is the self and then the family, especially the children. Children are a mandate that is entrusted to be educated properly. In fact, a mother must equip herself with knowledge, be willing to continue to learn, and be patient in nurturing and educating her children.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an as a holy book with three roles, namely as a guide (al-huda), an explanation of these instructions (al-bayyinah), and a distinction between rights and vanity (al-furqan), is a solution to deal with various problems that arise. in today's society. This research aims to. First, to find the concept of religiosity in the Qur'an. Second, looking for a relationship between the morals in the Qur'an and the cultivation of religious character. Third, enriching the treasures of Islamic scholarship regarding the values ​​of religiosity and morals. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that focuses on literature review with descriptive analysis that describes, explains and analyzes data in a detailed and informative manner. The research used comes from primary and secondary data including books of interpretation, both tahlili and maudhu'i, moral books both salaf and modern, books on science and technology and their implications as well as journals and websites that are relevant to the discussion. The results of this study can be concluded that there are many verses of the Qur'an relating to morals. The author only lists a few. The verses relating to these morals and their interpretations become standardization in the formation of religious character, by doing and getting used to things that are ordered or recommended and leaving everything that is prohibited by the Qur'an. With this standardization, religious character values ​​emerge, including: idealism, youth struggle and pioneering, having a pattern of logical and critical thinking, being responsible for actions, daring to accept punishment, youth's firmness in defending the faith, and so on.

Abstract

This study explores the application of multimedia cognitive theory in learning to understand its effect on learners' emotions and mental feelings. The focus of this study is on classroom conditioning and the use of multimedia elements such as images, sounds, music, animation, and text on the screen, along with the instructor's expressions. The purpose of the study is to increase the effectiveness and motivation of learners and make learning more interesting and meaningful. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature research methods. Primary data sources come from Qur'anic exegesis, while secondary data sources involve books, journals, and related research. Data analysis is carried out through content analysis methods, focusing on identifying key patterns and concepts. By combining both data sources, this study forms a strong basis for understanding the impact of multimedia cognitive theory on learners' emotions and motivation in the context of learning. Research findings indicate that the use of images and sounds as stimuli through two sensory channels, eyes and ears, can evoke emotions in the hearts of learners. The study also draws on concepts in the Qur'an, reinforcing the idea that eyes and ears have an important role in influencing human understanding and feeling. The conclusion of this study confirms that the application of multimedia cognitive theory in learning can increase the effectiveness and motivation of learners. By referring to these findings and ethnographic analysis approaches, this study provides new insights into the potential of multimedia in creating more engaging and meaningful learning experiences.

Abstract

In the social system that applies in society, we often encounter disparities between men and women. This gap does not only occur within the family or household, but also becomes a culture in society, even a culture in national and state life. For this reason, this article will discuss the patriarchal culture between men and women from the perspective of the Qur'an. The method used in writing this article is literature study. Patriarchal culture is still very influential in people's lives, both in rural and urban areas. Men still dominate the social system of society in various areas of life, including economics, politics, religion and socio-culture. As a result, women become a marginalized group. Gender differences between men and women often lead to discrimination and gender injustice, and the victims are mostly women. The research results show that all humans, men and women, are equal and what differentiates them is their piety. Therefore, the assumption that male power leads to despotism towards women which is the beginning of violence against women, especially in the family, women have a lower status than men according to the Koran is not true, because Islam is a religion that glorifies women and Of course, Islam strictly prohibits acts of violence, especially violence against women.

Abstract

The impression among students in Indonesia is generally that Arabic is a difficult language to learn. This impression forms an a priori mindset of students towards Arabic. So that their participation in Arabic subjects is not motivated by curiosity but because of compulsion. Moreover, as proof of the results of learning Arabic, namely maharah al-kalam (speaking Competence), it is still very lacking so that very few students are able to express their thoughts and feelings orally. This was also experienced at Al-Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Middle School where the cause was the lack of intensive oral practice in speaking Arabic and the lack of creativity of the teacher in applying innovative learning methods. Based on previous research, one of the treatments in solving the problem is by applying the right method, namely; Game of the human senses (KIM). KIM is a method that uses the five senses to improve the intelligence of left brain thinking, this game aims to train students' memory, creativity and accuracy, in addition to developing speaking skills. This study aims to increase maharah kalam through the method of human sensory abilities (KIM) for class VIII C students of Al-Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Middle School. The research subjects were 23 students. This research is an action research, which was carried out in three cycles. The research results determined in the form of activities and student learning outcomes. Based on observation data and final test results in cycle 1, the student activity value was 11 and increased in cycle II to 21, increasing to 26 in cycle III. As for the percentage of students' complete learning outcomes on maharah kalam Arabic in the first cycle, there is no complete increase, increasing to 47.8% in the second cycle, increasing to 86.9% in the third cycle. Thus, there is an increase in maharah kalam through the method of human sensory abilities (KIM) for class VIII C students of Al-Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Middle School.

Abstract

Pasca pandemic, there are still many students who lack self-confidence in themselves. This lack of self-confidence, among other things, is usually caused by internal or external factors. And there are still student problems where the students are less responsible in lessons. This research was conducted at Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Parung Middle School, Bogor, with the aim of finding out whether there was relationship between self-confidence and the Arabic language learning outcomes of Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Parung Middle School students, Bogor. The method used is a quantitative approach, using correlational techniques. The sample used in this research was a saturated sample using all 59 class VIII G students as research respondents. For data collection, researchers used instruments in the form of questionnaires for variable This is shown by the strength of influence or correlation coefficient of 0.523 at a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05), while the magnitude of the influence or R-square coefficient of determination is 27.35, which means that self-confidence has an influence on learning outcomes. amounting to 27.35% and means the remaining 72.65% is determined by other factors. For the direction of influence or regression coefficient, Ŷ = 42.077 + 0.652.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach which discusses the problems that occur at Al-Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Parung Bogor High School in the Problems of Implementing Arabic Language Learning in the Merdeka Curriculum for Class XI. The Merdeka Curriculum is a new curriculum which has been implemented as a refinement of the previous curriculum, namely the 2013 curriculum. In its implementation in learning, the Merdeka Curriculum has been developed into a more variable curriculum but still focuses on basic materials, character development and competence in students. As stated in the review, the independent curriculum aims to restore the learning crisis which is getting worse due to the pandemic. Apart from that, it also aims to provide freedom to institutions and teachers to develop and manage curriculum and learning that is adapted to the characteristics of educational units and students. This research took several respondents consisting of school principals, Head of Curriculum, Arabic Language Teachers and several students who were thought to be capable and understood this research. In collecting data, interview techniques, field observations and documentation were used. The results of this research state that there are several problems, namelychanging old thought patterns or habits in teaching, lack of detailed understanding regarding differentiated learning, lack of up-to-date information, students' understanding of the implementation of Independent Curriculum Arabic Language Learning, lack of facilities that support the Independent Curriculum Arabic Language Learning Implementation project, the number of students is very diverse

Abstract

Maqashid al-Shari'ah is an alternative in an effort to solve socio-religious problems in the current era. This is because it is realized that the texts, both the Qur'an and Hadith as the main sources of Islamic law, are very limited in number while social problems continue to emerge one after another. The purpose of this paper is to describe the concept of maqashid al-syari'ah both at the theoretical level and in its application. This study is included in the category of library research by utilizing data or information from ushul fiqh books as a primary source, then assisted by some information obtained from journals, other relevant books as secondary sources. The data obtained were described and then analyzed. This paper finds that: 1) maqashid al-syar'iah is part of qa'idah ushuliyyah and also approaches in understanding the texts of the Qur'an and the Prophet's Hadith. 2) Mujtahids must understand maqashid al-syariah in an effort to capture and interpret the divine verses hidden behind their textual folds. 3) Maqashid al-Sharia as an approach, needs to be refreshed and rearranged according to the current context.

Abstract

Licensing for polygamy is the granting of rights by the Religious Courts to someone to marry more than one wife. As for efforts to implement a polygamy permit, it must comply with the applicable terms and conditions, as stated in Article 4 paragraph (2) and Article 5 paragraph (1). This article aims to analyze the provisions of the decision No. 2126/Pdt.G/2021/PA. Pbg, regarding polygamy licensing. The type of research used is a normative legal research model. The primary data source used is a copy of the decision No. 2126/Pdt.G/2021/PA. Pbg, while secondary data is in the form of books, journals, and interviews. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, where the data obtained is described and then analyzed. The findings of this article are several considerations that are used as a reference for judges in making decisions no. 2126/Pdt.G/2021/PA. Pbg, namely: 1) Based on Article 4 paragraph (2), Article 5 paragraph (1), and law number 1 of 1974. 2) Based on written and oral evidence from the respondent and the statements of the two witnesses. 3) Based on benefit considerations
