Abstract

This study aims to determine the headmaster's strategy to improve the work performance of Civil servant [administration department] at Pringgasela Senior High School. This research used the descriptive qualitative research method. The data in this study were obtained from interviews with informants and documentation. The data analysis was carried out in the following steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification (Miles and Huberman, 2014: 20). The results of this study stated that the headmaster's strategy to improve the work performance of civil servants in the administration department: Making disciplinary rules about working hours that must be on time. Building a spirit of togetherness through civil servants’ friends, superiors and subordinates, as well as communication, intimacy and mutual respect. Providing role models for all civil servants. The results of the headmaster's strategy show the work performance of civil servants [administration department] is classified good in providing services, however they have not provided satisfaction to: teachers, students or other related parties. As for the constraints faced when performing performance in providing services, by the Administrative Apparatus such as the lack of responsiveness of the Administrative Apparatus in understanding consumer psychology, the large amount of workload that is carried out in a little bit of time and the supporting infrastructure is inadequate and lack of personel.

Abstract

In the social system that applies in society, we often encounter disparities between men and women. This gap does not only occur within the family or household, but also becomes a culture in society, even a culture in national and state life. For this reason, this article will discuss the patriarchal culture between men and women from the perspective of the Qur'an. The method used in writing this article is literature study. Patriarchal culture is still very influential in people's lives, both in rural and urban areas. Men still dominate the social system of society in various areas of life, including economics, politics, religion and socio-culture. As a result, women become a marginalized group. Gender differences between men and women often lead to discrimination and gender injustice, and the victims are mostly women. The research results show that all humans, men and women, are equal and what differentiates them is their piety. Therefore, the assumption that male power leads to despotism towards women which is the beginning of violence against women, especially in the family, women have a lower status than men according to the Koran is not true, because Islam is a religion that glorifies women and Of course, Islam strictly prohibits acts of violence, especially violence against women.

Abstract

Abstract:  The purpose of this study is to understand the application of problem-based learning models that can improve the learning outcomes of SDN Inpres Sai students. The research method uses quantitative and qualitative approaches (mixed method). This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with PTK stages consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were Phase B students of SD Negeri Inpres Sai which amounted to 19 students. The research instruments used are observation sheets and tests. Analyze the data using descriptive statistics. The results showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes with classical completeness from Cycle I to Cycle II, which was 50% to 100%. From this study, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve the science learning outcomes of Phase B students of SD Negeri Inpres Sa about the material of the form of substances and their changes.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami penerapan model problem based learning  yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SDN Inpres Sai. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed method). Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan tahapan PTK terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa Fase B SD Negeri Inpres Sai  yang berjumlah 19 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi dan tes. Analisis data dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar hasil belajar degan ketuntasan secara klasikal dari Siklus I ke Siklus II yaitu 50% menjadi 100%. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa Fase B  SD Negeri Inpres Sa tentang materi wujud zat dan perubahannya.

Abstract

Abstract:  This research aims to enhance the addition and subtraction computational skills of third-grade students at SDN 1 Lenangguar through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method. Employing a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach with two cycles, the study involved 24 students as research subjects. The results indicated a significant improvement from the pre-cycle (55%) to Cycle I (65%) and achieved excellent performance in Cycle II (81%). The PBL method proved to be effective in enhancing students' understanding of mathematical computational operations, providing positive implications for the development of mathematics teaching strategies at the Elementary School level, particularly in improving computational skills and overall mathematical concept comprehension. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada materi operasi hitung penjumlahan dan pengurangan siswa kelas 3 SDN 1 Lenangguar melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus, penelitian ini melibatkan 24 siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dari pra-siklus (55%) ke siklus I (65%), dan mencapai prestasi yang sangat baik pada siklus II (81%). Metode PBL terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap operasi hitung matematika, dan hasil ini memberikan implikasi positif terhadap pengembangan strategi pembelajaran matematika di tingkat Sekolah Dasar, dengan fokus pada peningkatan keterampilan berhitung dan pemahaman konsep matematika secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Packaging beverages or soft drinks are non-alcoholic beverages, processed or powdered liquors containing foodstuffs or other additives both natural and synthetic packaged in ready-to-eat packaging. Instant powder drink is one of the fast food beverage products that contain many artificial sweeteners. The most commonly used artificial sweetener is Na-cyclamate. The use of Na-Cyclamate in large doses will cause health problems. The purpose of this research is to know and compare the content of Na-Cyclamate in instant powder drink with beverage of canned packaging traded in Delitua with provisions SNI 01-6993-2004 that is 1000 mg / kg BB. Samples were collected from drink merchants in Delitua who sold instant powder beverages according to qualitative qualitative analysis criteria that aimed to see the Na-Cyclamate content in the sample by using the sedimentation test with BaCl2. Positive samples containing Na-Cyclamate were determined by Alkalimetry. The results showed that 6 samples of instant powdered beverage and canned container beverage contained Na-Cyclamate with content: A (402,2629 mg / kg), B (395.9280 mg / kg), C (405,4303 mg / kg ), D (272.3985 mg / kg), E (269.2311 mg / kg), and F (392.7606 mg / kg). From the data obtained, it is known that the samples A, B, C, D, E and F are safe for consumption, since the Na-Cyclamate content of the sample does not exceed the limits set by SNI 01-6993-2004 based on the food category of 1000 mg / kg. Na-Cyclamate content found in instant powder drink is higher than Na-Cyclamate levels contained in beverage cans packaging.

Abstract

Background : Gastric ulcer is wound to the mucosal layer (epithelial layer) of the stomach and mucosal irritation of 5 mm or more in diameter with depth down to submucosa. The basic pathogenesis of gastric ulcers in when there is an imbalance of aggressive factor enhancement. Non-steroidal antiinflammantory drug can cause stomach ulcers in two ways, either directly or topical irritation of the epithelial tissue and inhibit the endogeneous system of gastrointestinal mucosa of prostaglandins. In this case inhibition of prostaglandin systhesis is the dominant factor of peptic ulcers by NSAIDs. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to determine the effct of NSAID drug administration on the formation of peptic ulcers and to know the difference in the rate of formation of peptic ulcers from each class. Method : Sampel method mice performed surgery on the stomach is done in Pharmacology Laboratory of Pharmacy Institute Deli Husada Deli Tua. Results : The results of this study indicate that faster drugs cause gastric ulcers with a degree of redness are Aspirin 4.03 mm, 2.01 mm mefenamat and 1.02 mm Diclofenac Sodium while Ibuprofen mwdication does not cause peptic ulcers. Conclusion : The results of this study it can be concluded that Aspirin administration with doses of 21 mg/kg faster causes gastric ulcers from other NSAID groups such as Mefenamat with a dose of 21 mg/kg BW, Diclofenac sodium at a dose of 2 mg/kg while administration, Ibuprofen for ten days does not couse ulcers in the stomach of experimetal animals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the application of the SQ3R method in improving understanding of Arabic texts and to determine the extent to which the understanding of Arabic text was increased through the SQ3R method. This study used a qualitative approach with a classroom action research (CAR) strategy. The subjects of this study were students of class VII B MTs Nurul Yaqin Legok Tangerang. Sources of data used: (1) informants, namely Arabic teachers in class VII B MTs Nurul Yaqin who are easy to communicate with (2) data or documents, in the form of reading texts, photos of teaching and learning activities, student test results, transcripts of interviews with students and teacher. The data collection technique used was data triangulation which included: (1) observation / observation, (2) interviews, and (3) documentation (4) written test assessments. The research process was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely: (1) planning the action, (2) implementing the action, (3) observing, and (4) analyzing and reflecting. Based on the results of research carried out that the SQ3R method was able to improve students' understanding of Arabic text. With an average acquisition of 64 on the pre-test results, then increased in cycle I with an average of 84, then increased again in cycle II with an average result. Average 95.5. with an average comparison of 20 between the pre-test and post-test cycle I, and the comparison between cycle I and cycle II, namely 11.5.

Abstract

Mastering Arabic for other speakers is not easy. Because it will be faced with several abilities that make him to be able to master the language. taught and learned by other speakers is not easy. Students may have difficulty learning as their second language. And some of them have errors during the application of this language, and these mistakes both in writing and in speech. This research is related to the analysis of linguistic errors in the construction of fourth semester students of the Tarbiyah Faculty of Arabic Language Education study program at the Nurul Iman Parung Islamic College of Bogor. The method used in this research is quantitative methods in the form of data collection using tests. Then group errors and interpret Corder's opinions. Based on the test results, it was found that the general error in the third semester student construction tasks of the Tarbiyah Faculty of Arabic Language Education study program at the Nurul Iman Parung Islamic High School Bogor was 29 mistakes. Then classify it based on linguistics into four parts: Phonological errors (11 errors), Morphological errors (7 errors), syntax errors (6 errors), Semantic errors and word 5 errors.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that there are still students who don't have a smartphone, and there are even parents who feel burdened with internet costs or increasing credit which makes it difficult for students to follow the learning process. This can affect students' interest in learning Arabic. so that it can be predicted that online learning has a close relationship in determining student learning interest. This study aims to find out and test empirical data related to the relationship between online learning systems and interest in learning Arabic. In this study the authors used a quantitative method with a correlational approach to quantitative data obtained from the research object, namely class VIII students at MTs Nuril Huda Tarub Grobogan. The sample of this research was 125 respondents from a total population of 182 students. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire / questionnaire technique. The type of analysis used is a simple correlation analysis which is described descriptively. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant relationship between online learning and interest in learning Arabic in class VIII MTs Nuril Huda Tarub Grobogan. This is shown by the strength of influence or the correlation coefficient of 0.7234 at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05), while the magnitude of the influence or coefficient of determination Kp is 0.5184 which means that online learning has an influence on interest in learning Arabic by 52% and means the remaining 48% is determined by other factors. For the significance test, a tcount value of 11.4 is obtained, which means that there is a significant relationship between online learning and interest in learning Arabic

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of the use of Pictorial Crossword Puzzles in improving Arabic Vocabulary for fifth grade students of SD Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Ds. Waru Jaya Kec. Parung Kab. Bogor Province West Java. This research is a classroom action research which consists of two cycles, each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collection techniques used in this study were tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that Pictorial Crossword Puzzle Media can increase the Arabic vocabulary of fifth grade students of SD Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Ds. Waru Jaya Kec. Parung Kab. Bogor Province West Java. The increase in Arabic vocabulary for fifth grade students of SD Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Ds. Waru Jaya Kec. Parung Kab. Bogor Province West Java, can be seen from memorization and pronunciation, intonation, application, sentence structure, writing lafadz. From the results of the action research conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that the Arabic vocabulary of the fifth grade students of SD Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Ds. Waru Jaya Kec. Parung Kab. Bogor Province West Java by using the application of Pictorial Crossword Puzzles to increase significantly. The students are more enthusiastic and focused in carrying out Arabic learning activities
