Abstract

Learning is essentially a process of interaction between students and their environment, so there is a change in behavior to be better. In learning, the most important task of the teacher is to condition the environment so that it supports behavior change for students. The use of appropriate learning strategies will also determine the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. Learning needs to be done with fewer lectures and teacher-centered methods, and more emphasis on student interaction. The use of a variety of strategies will greatly assist students in achieving learning objectives. One good learning strategy is contextual learning strategy. Because contextual learning strategies can combine three aspects of intelligence, including cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. Contextual learning strategies can provide space for students to be directly involved in the learning process. So students are no longer seen as objects, but subjects who can show their existence and contribution in education. Contextual learning and teaching involve students in important activities that help them relate academic learning and the real life contexts they face. By linking the two, students see the meaning in schoolwork. Fiqh subjects in madrasah ibtidaiyah with a contextual learning strategy approach provide opportunities for students to explore cognitive abilities in implementing material in the process of teaching and learning activities more innovative and comprehensive.

Abstract

In Indonesia in 2019 in December, a disease caused by the Coronavirus SARS-COV-2, which is now better known as Covid-19, emerged. Covid-19 is a type of disease that attacks the respiratory tract and is very dangerous for human life. The level of knowledge about Covid-19 is still very little, even the public still does not understand correctly about Covid-9 so that awareness of the dangers of Covid-19 is very minimal. Meanwhile, the spread is always increasing. Covid-19 prevention must be done immediately. The IAINU Tuban tertiary institution also participates in the prevention of covid-19 transmission through one form of activity Against Covid-19 Prevention at SDN Sugiharjo II, Tuban Regency. The objectives of this research are: (1) Describing and Analyzing the Implementation Process of Prevention of Covid-19 at SDN Sugiharjo II, Tuban Regency, (2) Describing and Analyzing the Prevention of Covid-19 at SDN Sugiharjo II, Tuban Regency, and (3) Describing and Analyzing the impact of Implementation on Prevention of Covid-19 at SDN Sugiharjo II, Tuban Regency. This study uses qualitative research types of field research (field research). Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative, which describes or describes in detail the data found. The technique of checking the validity of the data used the data triangulation method, peer discussion, attendance extension, and informant reviews. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The Implementation Process of Covid-19 Prevention at SDN Sugiharjo II, Tuban Regency, which goes through two processes before its implementation: First, the process before going to the field, and secondly the process of field work (implementation of the implementation of prevention of Covid-19 at SDN Sugiharjo 2). (2) The role of preventing covid-19 at SDN Sugiharjo. (3) The impact of this activity is to add insight to the public about the importance of preventing Covid-19, the community is increasingly more aware of Covid-19, and the community applies 3M (wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining distance).

Abstract

Pesantren is an Islamic educational institution with advantages in terms of its scientific tradition and the transmission and intensity of Muslims. The swift current of globalization has threatened the existence of Islamic boarding schools. The idea of ​​modernization emerged within the pesantren environment to answer the challenges of social transformation needs. However, many people are worried about the idea of ​​modernizing pesantren, which is oriented to the present. It can affect the identity and primary function of pesantren. This research focuses on the Problems and Efforts to Reform Institutional, Curriculum, and Islamic Boarding School Methodologies from Azyumardi Azra's Perspective. The purpose of this study is to find out the Problems and Efforts to Reform Institutional, Curriculum, Islamic Boarding School Methodology from Azyumardi Azra's perspective. The result of this research is that the modernization of pesantren in institutions such as agriculture, fisheries, or public schools within the pesantren environment has led to a decline in the identity of pesantren as educational institutions for Tafaqquh fi Al-Din and producing ulama'. The idea of ​​orienting pesantren to the "current" curriculum needs to be revisited because this idea may hurt the existence of the main tasks of the pesantren. Islamic boarding schools should be oriented towards improving the quality of their students towards the mastery of Islamic religious sciences. The use of strict and rigid methodologies in the curriculum system that prioritizes cognitive knowledge alone, according to it, can result in the process of forming the character and personality of students being neglected. So the pesantren must maintain its methodology, namely towards the learning process, taklim, and takdib so that pesantren can shape santri to become pious Muslims.

Abstract

Iklim birokratisasi dalam dunia pendidikan begitu kental, terbukti dengan begitu dominannya penguasa dalam pengambilan kebijakan pendidikan. Ironisnya kebijakan yang diambil terjadi tumpang tindih khususnya kebijakan yang dulunya sentralistik bermasalah pada kebijakan otonomi pendidikan. Sehingga berpengaruh pada peningkatan mutu satuan pendidikan. Adanya tumpang tindih kebiajakan berpengaruh pada kebijakan yang dilakukan pemimpin lembaga, dalam hal ini kepala sekolah. Karena, maju mundurnya sebuah institusi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan kepala sekolah. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa peran kepala sekolah begitu signifikan dalam melaksanakan program-program yang nantinya akan berdampak kepada mutu satuan pendidikan. Fokus artikel ini mencoba memotret bagaimana peran kepala sekolah dalam MPMBS di SMPN 13 Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan adanya pemahaman konsep MPMBS dengan baik, dengan ditunjukkan kinerja kepala sekolah yang telah mengarah pada pengembangan visi sekolah yang realistis dan rasional. Peran yang dilakukan dalam aktualisasi MPMBS yakni sebagai: (a) manajer: dengan membuat perencanaan, pengorganisasian, menggerakkan warga sekolah serta mengawasi pelaksanaan peningkatan mutu sekolah. (b) pendidik: meningkatkan kualitas guru dengan mengirim mengikuti pelatihan, seminar, dan MGMP. Serta meningkatkan prestasi siswa dengan menambah jam pembelajaran, mengadakan try out, dan mengembangkan ekstrakurikuler (c) supervisor: melakukan pengawasan dan pengendalian dalam meningkatkan kinerja PTK dan menyelesaikan permasalahan guru secara baik; (d) pemimpin: melibatkan warga sekolah dalam pengambilan kebijakan. Dari hal diatas dalam implementasi MPMBS direkomendasikan pentingnya kepala sekolah yang berkemampuan, kemauan dan komitmen yang tinggi kearah kemajuan sekolah yang berorientasi pada kemajuan IPTEK agar tercapai sebuah visi yang telah direncanakan secara maksimal.

Abstract

This research was motivated by researchers who had conducted pre-research at MI Hidayatun Najah Tuban, in the process of implementing Indonesian language learning activities, they were still driven by Yudistira's book and local books devoted to learning MI Hidayatun Najah Tuban. The educators stated that teachers tend to focus more on books and have not used a variety of learning media on the theme of my ideals. From the methods and learning media used by teachers in the learning process, problems arise when teachers test students' understanding with questions and answers conducted by teachers to students. In fact, in learning Indonesian, they have completed and understand the material on ideals and material about poetry. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the validity, practicality and effectiveness of comics media in learning Indonesian with the theme of Cita-citaku class III E at MI Hidayatun Najah Tuban. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method which takes the 4-D development model. The 4-D development model goes through 4 stages, namely defining or defining, planning or designing, developing or developing, and disseminating or disseminating. However, the researcher limits the research stage to only the development stage. The research subject is in class III MI Hidayatun Najah Tuban. Based on the results of research that has been carried out by researchers, the results show that the validity test with a score of two validators, namely material expert validators 96% and media expert validators 87% with an average validation result of 91.5% with a very valid / very feasible category through the results the percentage of feasibility so that the Indonesian language learning comic media is feasible to use. The results of the practicality test from the results of the observation sheet on the implementation of learning obtained based on observations of the learning that have been carried out obtained a total score of 10 aspects with a percentage of 91% in the very good category. The results of student questionnaires obtained 90%, namely students who are interested in Indonesian language learning comics media can improve students' understanding. The results of the teacher's questionnaire were 83%, namely that comic media could improve students' understanding in the Good category. So that Indonesian comics are practically used for the learning process. The effectiveness of comics media is seen from the increase in student learning outcomes in the high category according to the gain score category with a total of 19 in the high category. From this development, it can be concluded that the Indonesian Language Learning Comic Media is categorized as very valid, practical, and effectively used in learning Indonesian to improve the understanding of third grade students of MI Hidayatun Najah Tuban.

Dari hal diatas dalam implementasi MPMBS direkomendasikan pentingnya kepala sekolah yang berkemampuan, kemauan dan komitmen yang tinggi kearah kemajuan sekolah yang berorientasi pada kemajuan IPTEK agar tercapai sebuah visi yang telah direncanakan secara maksimal.
