Abstract

Mutu pendidikan ditingkatkan melalui standarisasi dan profesionalisasi yang sedang berjalan, hal ini menuntut pemahaman dari berbagai pihak atas perubahan yang terjadi. Melalui kebijakan otonomi daerah, menjadikan daerah mengurus daerah masing-masing yang meliputi hampir keseluruhan bidang yang di bebankan kepada daerah. Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah yang efektif yaitu kepemimpinan yang lebih mendasar pada tugas yang akhirnya akan menghasilkan penilaian yang positif terhadap keberhasilan kerja. Kepemimpinan Kepala juga  mendasar pada orang dan penempatan guru, staf administrasi, tenaga kependidikan dan siswa sesuai proporsinya masing- masing. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian naturalistik kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian naturalistik adalah untuk mengetahui aktualitas, realitas sosial dan persepsi manusia melalui pengakuan mereka melalui penonjolan pengukuran formal atau pertanyaan penelitian dipersiapkan sebelumnya.Kepala Sekolah SMK Negeri 1 Sukapura telah menjalankan tanggung jawabnya sebagai pimpinan secara keseluruhan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat diketahui melalui kinerja yang dilakukan utamanya dalam hal peningkatan mutu tenaga pendidik yang ada disekolah. Program-program yang dijalankan seperti IHT (In house training) dan pemberian  kewenangan pada berbagai macam kegiatan seperti MGMP, pendidikan dan pelatihan, seminar, dan kewirausahaan. Kinerja Kepala Sekolah dapat dipengaruhi oleh: 1). Kondisi geografis sekolah, 2). Pemberian pembelajaran yang belum sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan. dan 3). Lingkungan yang kondusif karena dikelilingi dengan hasil perkebunan yang dapat dijadikan sumber belajar dan pendidikan kewirausahaan yang akan menjadi modal bagi siswa dan tenaga pendidik sebagai wawasan mereka. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu : 1). supervisi pendidikan 2). Penilaian kinerja guru (PKG). dan 3). program evaluasi diri (EDS) sekolah.

Abstract

Stakeholders hope that their requirements and expectations will be understood and fulfilled. One of the requirements from stakeholders is related to standardization and certification of the company's products and operational processes. PLN, with its very complex business processes, is also affected by the consequences of demands for various standardizations and certifications, so efforts must be made to fulfill various permits, standardizations and certifications. In the end, managing and monitoring this matter requires large resources, not only costs but also employee time which should be allocated to more essential things in the service aspect. However, in its development, even though the stages of standardization and certification to integration have been implemented, in reality the series of management systems are still not able to eliminate the stigma of normative activities whose form is unclear, the existence and benefits of which are not well known to the staff in the unit. Therefore, the authors are trying to bring about a change in management patterns from conventional methods towards implementing online digital-based innovation in managing the integrated management system at PLN. After digital-based innovation for SMT management was implemented, it was proven to bring major and fundamental changes, including that SMT management became clear in its form and accessibility. The level of concern for collaborative development in order to fulfill requirement demands is increasing. Apart from that, the confidence of the team and management in facing audit activities shows increased readiness which is the impact of increased understanding and preparedness for well-documented evidence.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan dapat menjadi salah satu tolak ukur tentang bagaimana sumber daya manusia yang ada pada suatu perusahaan sudah berperan terhadap kemajuan perusahaan atau belum. Dalam meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan, bisa dimulai dengan meningkatkan kesadaran dari karyawan tersebut untuk mampu berinovasi dan memotivasi diri sendiri untuk melakukan pekerjaan sebaik-baiknya, Kontribusi karyawan terhadap organisasi akan makin tinggi jika organisasi dapat memberikan hal yang menjadi keinginan karyawan. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merupakan istilah bagi karyawan yang memberikan nilai lebih terhadap pekerjaan yang menjadi tugasnya maupun nilai tambah bagi perusahaan. penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Bhumi Jati Power, subjek penelitian atau responden adalah Karyawan PT Bhumi Jati Power tersebut dimana dalam penelitian ini penulis akan menganalisis deskripsi tentang gambaran serta hubungan kausalitas antara Organizational citizenship behaviour dengan kinerja karyawan PT Bhumi Jati Power.Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian berdasarkan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Organizational citizenship behaviour pada PT Bhumi Jati Power menunjukan hasil yang tinggi, dan Kinerja karyawan pada PT Bhumi Jati Power menunjukan hasil yang tinggi juga. Serta Organizational citizenship behaviour terbukti secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT Bhumi Jati Power

Abstract

Currently, sports are not only limited to physical demands to improve health and fitness but also become a place for meetings, friendships, building business relationships, to a more serious direction, namely achievement and prestige. Therefore, the sports sector becomes a timeless business opportunity and can target various groups regardless of age. This study aims to conduct a feasibility study on the business development plan of Ajwa Archery which is located in Pangkalpinang City, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The study was developed on aspects of decoupling and SWOT, business management, marketing, production/operations, human resource management, as well as finance and investment. The results of the study show that with improvements and innovations in several related aspects that are optimistic that they can be executed, the results of calculations and financial analysis will show that conditions are feasible to be realized

Abstract

Nowadays saving the planet from the climate crisis become a theme being campaigned around the world, including Indonesia. The implementation of the Electrifying Lifestyle encourages the transition of old appliances to more eco-friendly electrical appliances. This new all-electric lifestyle is a good business opportunity to develop. This research aims to conduct a feasibility study on the development plan of the Koperasi PLN Babel located in Pangkalpinang City, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. This research analyzes the existing internal and external conditions of Koperasi PLN Babel and evaluates from various aspects of the company, including aspects of business management, marketing, operations, human resources, and finance. The results showed that with innovation in all aspects analyzed it will perform results that are feasible to be realized in determining company policies for optimizing working capital turnover and revenue enhancement.

Abstract

Today's competitive business environment requires much greater interaction between customers and businesses. The implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is one of the strategies that are widely used by companies to improve the quality of their information systems. This is because ERP is part of the company's infrastructure that can support the smooth business processes of companies that implement it. In addition, ERP is also considered as a supporter of business functions, and can increase the company's competitiveness. ERP implementation is a complex step, because of the relationship between one function and another within the company. The information system for the Notification of Import of Goods is very important for companies carrying out import activities due to the efficiency and effectiveness of the customs process for compliance and costs that arise from the implementation of import activities
