Abstract

Latar belakang : Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan merupakan proses berkesinambungan dari janin sampai dewasa dan proses itu membutuhkan stimulasi agar tercapai pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang optimal. Salah satu stimulasi yang dapat diberikan adalah bermain. Kegiatan bermain seharusnya di berikan pada setiap anak, baik sehat maupun yang sedang mendapatkan perawatan di rumah sakit. Ketika anak di rawat di rumah sakit, perawat maupun mahasiswa keperawatan sangat berperan dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan tanpa mengabaikan kebutuhan anak untuk bermain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan terapi bermain oleh mahasiswa profesi Ners di ruang C1L2 RSUP Dr Kariadi Semarang. Metode : Jenis penelitian diskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan pengamatan, kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, dan diskusi kelompok terarah. Subyek adalah mahasiswa profesi Ners yang belajar di ruang C1L2 RSUP Dr. Kariadi, yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sample. Hasil : Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa profesi Ners kurang menguasai materi, tetapi terampil dalam melaksanakan terapi bermain sesuai satuan angka pembelajaran (SAP) dan standar prosedur operasional (SPO). Kegiatan terapi bermain yang kurang dipersiapkan dengan baik akan menghambat dalam pelaksanaan terapi bermain, untuk itu diperlukan supervisi oleh pembimbing akademik dan pembimbing klinis. Diperlukan rekomendasi untuk yang dapat dipakai sebagai acuan dan pengembangan pelaksanaan terapi bermain. Simpulan : Mahasiswa profesi Ners kurang menguasai materi terapi bermain, walaupun trampil dalam melaksanakannya. Kata kunci : Terapi Bermain, mahasiswa Profesi Ners, Bangsal Perawatan Anak

Abstract

Buku ini ditulis oleh Endang Fatmawati, M.Si., M.A. Kepala Perpustakaan FEB UNDIP dengan judul “Matabaru Penelitian Perpustakaan Dari SERVQUAL ke LibQUAL ⁺™ “ ditujukan bagi para  pustakawan, praktisi maupun akademisi yang memerlukan pedoman dalam menentukan metode penelitian, khususnya untuk evaluasi kualitas layanan perpustakaan berdasarkan harapan dan persepsi pemustaka, serta untuk mengetahui dimensi layanan perpustakaan apa saja yang belum memenuhi harapan dan persepsi pemustaka di suatu perpustakaan. Buku ini membahas inti sari konsep LibQUAL ⁺™, sebuah metode  khusus untuk riset evaluasi kualitas layanan perpustakaan. Dimensi LibQUAL+TM yang dibahas meliputi: Kemampuan dan sikap pustakawan dalam melayani (service affect – SA), fasilitas dan suasana ruang perpustakaan (Library as place – LP), petunjuk dan  sarana akses (Personal control – PC), dan akses informasi (Information acces – IA).

Abstract

The concept of an environmentally friendly library office can cut operating costs. The impact of excessive energy consumption is one of the factors behind the need to conceptualize library space with the green office principle. Librarians as the main actors who manage the library, must be trained and have the competence to realize the green office. In the context of college library space, the green office can be explained as a concept for managing an environmentally friendly work environment and reducing the adverse effects of space building on the campus environment. The management in question includes: designing, building, and maintaining rooms to increase productivity for the inhabitants of the library. The library office is designed to collaborate with the surrounding environment whose activities are carried out with environmentally friendly principles. The goal is that the work environment in the library will be a comfortable, conducive, clean, shady, beautiful and healthy place for the knowledge-takers who are in it. Some programs that can be done include representative buildings, flexible space design, energy efficiency, power management features; saving water; resources efficiency; green information technology; physical design; waste management; air quality; minimize noise; space design; air freshener; or utilizing scrap paper. Abstract

Librarian is a certain functional positions. If the number of credits already completed and elements of performance appraisal or implementation work in DP3 at least good, so a librarian could be promoted every two years or up positions every year. In practice many factors that influence the promotion / librarian position. These factors can be categorized into internal factors and external factors. Competency of librarians into the resulting performance parameters of a librarian and can be assessed by the number of credits. In addition to the competence of the librarian is concerned, the party who was also influence in the career development librarians are: immediate supervisor, the employee, and the assessment team.

Abstract

The shift in the culture of information digitization affects librarians in managing knowledge. Moreover, information becomes the main door to gain knowledge so that technology literacy and information access competency becomes very important. The shifting of information sources from printed form to digital is due to the presence of digital reproduction means. Librarians must be able to manage knowledge holistically in creating community knowledge. Digital media transfer needs to be done as an effort to maintain the library collection. Knowledge is considered the most strategically important resource and learning capability for library. Social media is also seen as an effective outreach tool, helping librarians promote their library and connect more deeply with the broader library community.

Abstract

This article discusses the library preparedness in the face of flood disaster. Disaster management planning is one of the important elements of a preventive corservation action. Damage to library materials caused by flood disasters is a complex phenomenon that requires serious handling. For the library is very important to prepare for the flood disaster that during the rainy season can occur at any time. Librarians should be able to participate in the preparedness of flood disasters. The goal is to prevent libraries from being flooded and minimizing damage to library materials due to flood waters. Disaster preparedness planning stages include: prevention, response, reaction, and recovery.

Abstract

User now use the computer while the media access to information. One aspect that emerged from the development of new media is a meeting between user in the area of virtual communication. This is called the computer mediated communication and represented by text. The presence of cyber media to form a new way of communicating, because the process through which the message are distributed via the internet. Changes in library communication is Zuckerberg time. Transformation can strengthen the role of libraries.

Abstract

The library has undergone several evolutions in its development. Libraries will nevertheless continue to play a very important role as a source of lifelong knowledge. The impact of the 4.0 industry has integrated the advanced technology in a library. In addition, the user can work to analyze information independently. Today’s libraries are about engagement, collaboration, communication and partnerships. The librarian is there to solve the problem of the user in searching for information. Physical and digital technologies can be combined so as to provide complete information to make decisions and answer the needs of the user. The key to dealing with disruption is innovation and continuing to improve competence with technology.Keywords: disruptive 4.0, industrial revolution, innovation, collaboration.
