Abstract

ABSTRAKSurvei magnetotellurik (MT) telah dilakukan di Gunung Merapi dengan menggunakan alat Phoenix Geophysics MTU5 pada Oktober 2016 dan Mei 2017. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan jarak tiap titik sekitar 1 km, durasi pengukuran untuk satu titik ±12 jam, dan lebar dipole 50 s/d 80 meter utara-selatan dan timur barat. Sebanyak 8 titik sounding digunakan untuk menyusun profil resistivitas 2-D di lereng utara dan selatan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa resistivitas bawah permukaan Merapi terdiri dari 2 (dua) karakteristik nilai resistivitas yaitu zona resistivitas tinggi dengan nilai 183-50.000 ohm.m dan zona resistivitas rendah dengan nilai 20-175 ohm.m. Zona resistivitas tinggi dapat diinterpretasikan sebagai zona produk erupsi sebelumnya yaitu aliran lava dan material piroklastik lainnya. Sedangkan zona resistivitas rendah diinterpretasikan sebagai kantong magma terbagi menjadi dua bagian, bagian atas berada pada kedalaman 0 s/d 2.000 meter dengan diameter mencapai 1.000 meter yang mengindikasikan sebuah kantong magma dangkal, sedangkan bagian bawah terlihat menerus dari kedalaman 3.000 s/d 11.000 meter sebagai kenampakan dapur magma yang cukup besar dengan diameter rata-rata sekitar 2.000 meter yang diindikasikan sebagai kantong magma dalam. Hasil zonasi ini senada dengan posisi hiposenter dari kejadian gempa vulkanik periode tahun 2010. Selain itu, terlihat adanya struktur yang diindikasikan sebagai sesar yang memotong lintasan di sekitar puncak.Kata kunci: Gunung Merapi, kantong magma, magnetotellurik, resistivitasABSTRACTMagnetotelluric (MT) survey has been carried out on Phoenix Geophysics MTU-5 in October 2016 and May 2017. The measurement has been done with the distance between them approximately 1 km, its duration of each sounding was 12 hours, and dipole length varied from 50-80 meters on North-South and East-West direction. Here we use the result from 8 MT sounding to construct a 2-D electrical resistivity image of the northern and southern flank of Merapi. The results show that the subsurface resistivity in Merapi consists of two types of resistivity features, i.e. the high resistivity zone which having resistivity value 183-50.000 ohm.m and the low one which varied from 20-175 ohm.m. The high resistivity zone are the lava flow and another pyroclastic material, while the low resistivity zone interpreted as magma chamber divided into two parts: upper part, at a depth of 0-2,000 meters with 1,000 meters diameter which is indicated as a shallow magma chamber, lower part, continuously from the depth of 3,000-11,000 meters as the large magma chamber with an average diameter of about 2,000 meters. The zone can be correlated to the hypocenter position taken from the volcanic earthquake event of 2010 period. In addition, there is a structure which indicated as a fault that cuts the trajectory around the summit. Keywords: Merapi Volcano, magma chamber, magnetotelluric, resistivity

Abstract

Fracture healing is a complex process that requires the ordered synthesis of matrix proteins and deposition of mineral. Complications such as delayed union or non-union may arise from excessive flexibility bone because low mineral content of bone or apposition of both fracture fragments is not complete yet. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of excessive calcium carbonate (CaCO3) on the healing femoral fracture in rat by examining histopathological change of femoral fracture. Twelve male Sprague Dawley rats, 12 weeks old were subjected to this investigation. The entire rats model at 13 weeks old were treated reposition of femoral dexter fractures with intramedullary pin fixation. The rats model were evenly randomly divided into three groups of four at 15 weeks old ; group I treated with normal diet, group II with normal diet + CaCO3 supplement 75 mg/day, group III with normal diet + CaCO3 supplement 225 mg/day per oral. At the end of the experiment (19 weeks old), the rats were killed, subsequently dexter femur were taken out for determining the histopathological examination. The results showed that excessive suplementation CaCO3 to description of histopathological fracture healing on group III had even better, callus was able to bridge the fracture fragment with completely. The proportion woven bone and trabeculae were higher, while group II were cartilage dominate in callus, and group I were higher fibrous tissue. From the results can be concluded that given CaCO3 225 mg/ day accelerate the healing process of femoral fractures.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on stock returns in banking companies listed on the IDX for the period (2018-2020). The method used in this study is multiple regression analysis, which is an analysis used to determine the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. With the aim of getting a comprehensive picture of the effect of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on stock returns. The population in this study was banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the research period 2018 – 2020.The samples in this study were taken using purposive sampling techniques and the data used were secondary data in the form of financial statements for the period 2018 - 2020 published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and Indonesian stock exchange (idx). The results of this study are inflation has a positive andsignificant effect on stock returns, interest rates have a negative and significant effect on stock returns and exchange rates have a positive and significant effect on stock returns in banking companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period.

Abstract

Abstrak PenelitianFiniFbertujuanFuntukFmengujiFpengaruhFBrandFImage,Fperesepsi Harga dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Pembelian Ulang produk kopi Starbucks dikota semarang. Manfaat dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan ilmu manajemen pemasaran khususnya pengaruh Brand Image, Peresepsi Harga, Kualitas Produk terhadap Pembelian Ulang. Teknik penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan mempergunakan metode purposiveFsampling.Fmetode pengumpulan data dilakukanFmenggunakanFkuesionerFsecaraFdaringFmelaluiFgoogleFfom dengan respondenFsebanyak 110 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan X1(Brand Image) tidak berpengaruh positif, X2(Peresepsi Harga), X3(Kualitas Produk) memberikan dampak positif atau berpengaruhFsignifikanFterhadapFPembelian UlangF(Y). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Brand Image tidak hubungan positif dan berpengaruh terhadap Pembelian Ulang Starbucks, Peresepsi Harga memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap Pembelian Ulang produk Starbucks, dan Kualitas Produk memiliki hubunganpositif dan signifikan terhadap Pembelian Ulang produk Starbucks dikota Semarang. Abstract

Pada perkembangan era modern saat ini, banyak industri di bidang kuliner bersaing di pasar, sehingga industri kuliner melakukan inovasi pada produknya. Hal tersebut membuat konsumen lebih mempertimbangkan keputusan pembelian. Salah satu industri kuliner jenis restoran cepat saji adalah McDonald’s. Tujuan adanya temuan ini untuk menganalisis hubungan keputusan pembelian konsumen di McDonald's Ngaliyan Semarang yang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk, citra merek, dan persepsi harga. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan untuk penelitian ini. Jenis data primer digunakan peneliti dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada konsumen. Seluruh pelanggan atau konsumen yang sudah berkunjung pada McDonald's Ngaliyan Semarang dan melakukan pembelian terhadap produknya merupakan populasi dalam penelitian. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih sampel penelitian dengan total 100 responden. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menguji metodologi data. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam temuan yaitu citra merek secara statistik tidak mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen, dan bahwasanya untuk kualitas produk dan persepsi harga secara statistik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen McDonald’s Ngaliyan Semarang. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk; Citra Merek; Persepsi Harga; Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

The development of modernization changes the behavior of purchasing power and food needs, so that purchasing decisions by consumers also change. Changes in food needs make the retail business grow rapidly. Superindo is a company in the retail sector that has been operating since 1997. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of lifestyle, prestige, and reference groups on purchasing decisions at Superindo Semarang City. This study uses descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The data used is primary data with a questionnaire collection method. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used is 100 respondents. The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant effect of lifestyle variables on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the prestige and reference group variables have no significant effect.

Abstract

Pulau Panjang merupakan salah satu dusun yang berada Di Kecamatan Lepar, Bangka Selatan. Wilayah ini dikelilingi oleh lautan sehingga produksi sayur sangat minim. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat dapat mengimplementasikan tenaga surya untuk budidaya ikan dan sayuran di Pulau Panjang. Metode pelaksanaannya dimulai dengan persiapan alat dan bahan, sosialisasi kepada masyarakat Pulau Panjang, pembuatan akuaponik, persiapan budidaya sayuran, persiapan budidaya ikan, pemeliharaan akuaponik, pengawasan da kontrol keberlanjutan, panen bersama dan evaluasi pelaksanaan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah implementasi demplot pembuatan resirkulasi air dengan menggunakan tenaga surya dapat mencukupi suplai listrik pompa, sehingga kegiatan akuaponik dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan meningkatkan kemandirian masyarakat dalam memenuhi asupan gizi.

Abstract

Nowadays, there is a lot of competition in the food and beverage industry that has developed in Indonesia. Judging from the increasing demand and interest in beverage products among the general public. Businesses in the beverage industry are of great interest to business people. Chatime is one of the pioneers of bubble tea drinks in Indonesia which originates from Taiwan. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of price, brand image and product quality on Chatime Semarang City. This research uses descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The data used is primary data with a questionnaire collection method. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was 100 respondents. The research results found that there was a positive and significant influence on the price variable on purchasing decisions, and likewise on the product quality variable. Meanwhile, the brand image variable does not have a significant effect.
