Abstract

A textbook development research on biodiversity topic was aimed to make a valid STES-based (Science, Technology, Environment, Society) biodiversity textbook for training students’ critical thinking skills which were assessed through the contents, presentations, and linguistics. The method used for this research was ADDIE development models, validity, and readability. Validity was tested by an educational expert, a biodiversity expert, and a 10th-grade biology teacher. The readability obtained by determining its’ readability level based on a Fry Graph, which was counting the number of sentences and syllables of 100-words sample. The result showing that a STES-based biodiversity textbook is appropriate for training 10th-grade students’ critical thinking skills. Validity was interpreted as highly valid at a score of 3.73. The textbook’s readability score was at the 10th level, which means that a biodiversity textbook is proper to be read by 10th –grade students. Abstract

Crocus sativus L atau dikenal di masyarakat sebagai saffron atau kuma-kuma yang berasal dari marga crocus dengan famili iridaceae. Kandungan utama di dalam saffron yaitu Crocin, Crocetin, Picrococin, dan safranal yang memiliki khasiat sebagai anti kanker, anti inflamasi, dan anti artritis. Kandungan antioksidan yang ada pada saffron diantaranya adalah senyawa fenolik dan karotenoid. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan review artikel ini adalah pengumpulan literatur dari sumber jurnal yang ada yang berkaitan dengan safron (Crocus Sativus L), dimana pencarian literature jurnal yang bersumber dari Google, google scholar, libgen, dan pubmed. Pengujian antioksidan saffron menggunakan sel A549, crocin, dimethylcrocetin, crocetin, dan crocin. Selain iu ada pula apocarotenoid, cocetin, safranal. Eksrak saffron secara in vitro diuji dengan konsentrasi 200-2000 microgram/ml dapat menurunkan viabilitas sel MCF-7 dengan dosis waktu IC50 400 +/- 18,5 mikrog / ml setelah 48 jam.

Abstract

Pemisahan kimia adalah cara untuk memisahkan bagian tertentu dari suatu campuran. Pemisahan fitokimia secara umum sistematisnya adalah pembuatan simplisia, skrining, ekstraksi, fraksinasi, isolasi, dan identifikasi senyawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan pemisahan yang cocok terhadap senyawa tannin yang cenderung polar, baik tannin terkondensasi atau proantosianidin maupun tannin terhidrolisis. Metode penelitian ini dengan melakukan penelusuran terhadap beberapa literatur jurnal ilmiah yang telah terpublikasi sebagai acuan penulisan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada sejumlah tanaman yang dijadikan sampel terbukti memiliki kandungan tannin. Hal ini dilakukan melalui beberapa metode pemisahan yang efektif yakni, fraksinasi berupa ECC atau kromatografi, isolasi berupa KLT atau KLTP, serta pengidentifikasian senyawa melalui Spektrofotometer UV-VIS dan FTIR.

Abstract

Not everyone who becomes a victim Robbery is silent and resigned. There are also victims of robbery who make every effort to defend themselves, their property, their honor, and their lives. In an effort to protect himself, someone who fights back by attacking the perpetrator who tries to take his property is a form of defense from someone under compulsion or in the Criminal Code is known as Noodweer. This study uses a type of normative research. The data collection method used in this research is library research. The source of the data in this study is secondary data, namely data obtained indirectly from the source from literature studies that have a relationship with the research object taken in the protection of robbery victims in perforce reviewed. Noodweer is used as a justification, but not as a reason to justify an unlawful act, but rather someone who is forced to commit a crime is forgiven because there was a violation of the law that preceded the act. The causal relationship between attack and mental shock is perforce reviewed, and cannot eliminate the nature of breaking the law, but in conditions of mental shock, it can be a justifying reason or excuse that can abolish the punishment. Legislators must provide more detailed explanations of the articles so that they are more easily understood by the public, besides that it is hoped that there will be an update from the colonial Criminal Code into a new law. In addition, law enforcement officials must be able to pay more attention to the problem of victims with dual status so that legal protection for victims with dual status gets clarity about the rights they deserve.

Abstract

Globalisasi di bidang ekonomi telah membawa dampak yang luar biasa dalam bidang hukum bisnis. Salah satu yang paling terkena dampak dari globalisasi tersebut ialah lembaga perbankan. Bank adalah lembaga keuangan yang kegiatan pokoknya menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dan menyalurkannya kembali kepada masyarakat melalui pemberian pinjaman atau kredit. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang ada, bank memiliki berbagai fasilitas-fasilitas yang dapat dinikmati dan digunakan oleh masyarakat luas. Banyaknya fasilitas yang diberikan oleh jasa perbankan dalam menunjang kegiatan usaha bank, ditujukan untuk memikat masyarakat supaya menggunakan fasilitas bank yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan transaksi pembayaran secara mudah dan cepat. Fasilitas yang dimaksud tersebut adalah berbagai bentuk pinjaman berbentuk kredit, seperti Kredit Pemilikan Kendaraan Bermotor, Kredit Tanpa Agunan, Kredit Pemilikan Rumah, ataupun Kartu Kredit. Pengguna kartu kredit yang terlilit hutang dalam jumlah yang besar dan tidak mampu melunasi tagihan yang diminta oleh bank harus berurusan dengan debt collector. Atas dasar hal tersebut penulis mengangkatnya menjadi pembahasan  dalam artikel ini.Kata Kunci : Debtcollector, Kredit Macet

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the feasibility of the learning media website chatbot based on problem-solving in present data for grade 4 elementary school at SDN Kapuk 05 Pagi. This study used research and development as the research method with four stages 4-D Thiagarajan development model, namely: 1) define, 2) design,3) develop, and 4) disseminate. The product of this research was a website chatbot learning media based on problem-solving in present data for grade IV elementary school. The feasibility level based on the results of the percentage assessment of material experts got 78%, learning media experts got 95.5%, linguists got 85%, the instructional design got 92%, one to one evaluation 90,9%, small group evaluation 84%, field test 82,1%, and teacher response assessment results produced was 93,75 %. Based on this result, it could be concluded that website chatbot learning media based on problem learning achieved the category of “very good” and "very decent" to be used as mathematics learning media for present data.
