Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the effects of Work-life balance on job satisfaction of women workers were studying, how the effects of stress work on job satisfaction women workers were studying, how the effects of role conflict on job satisfaction and how the effects of work-life balance, Job Stress, role conflict on job satisfaction women workers were studying. The samples on this research are 100 respondents. The respondents are the Women Workers were studying In Private University On West Jakarta. The methods of analyze in this research is linear regrestion. The results showed that simultaneous Work-life balance, Job Stress, and Role conflict on Job Satisfaction on Women Workers were studying In Private University on West Jakarta. Partially work-life balance, job stress, and role conflict on job satisfaction on women workers were studying In Private University on West Jakarta and variable work-life balance as a dominant variable.  Keywords: Work-life balance, Work Stress, Role Conflict and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The concept applied to the design of stool furniture this time carries the theme that will be used, namely Scandinavian. A product that will be designed through trend analysis, through the uniqueness of the design owned. The uniqueness is presented through a combination of foreign and traditional cultures, being a style inspiration for designers and becoming the first choice product for the community in its needs. Qualitative methods with an event approach that is carried out make a direct source for designers to conduct a renewable data research so as to gain knowledge about the style and concept of a broader design to be applied to a design design this time. Market segmentation or User is intended is an urban society that has a standardization of modern living, as well as the characteristics of users who have uniqueness in a work such as creative workers oriented in the field of art or creative. This product is intended for families who have a modern lifestyle, with the implementation of modern product styles making this design has a concept of styling organic design that is combined with the application of batak toba motifs as the preservation of cultural products to preserve cultural knowledge to make their own scandinavian-style products

Abstract

Readiness to change is a basic thing that teachers must have to be able to adapt to technology and scientific developments. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and transformational leadership on job engagement. Then to determine the effect of self-efficacy and transformational leadership on readiness to change. This research is descriptive and quantitative research conducted on 124 junior high school teachers in Pringsewu Lampung using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that self-efficacy and transformational leadership had a positive effect on work engagement. Transformational leadership also has a positive effect on readiness to change, but self-efficacy does not directly affect readiness to change. Furthermore, job engagement mediates the effect of self-efficacy and transformational leadership on readiness to change. This research has implications for being applied to teachers during the process of being more open to accepting change

Abstract

This This study aims to better understand how to create customer loyalty to one of the existing products at the Pekalongan branch of the Sharia pawnshop using brand image, trust and cost of ujrah for gold pawn products. It can also increase customer loyalty at the Pekalongan branch of Islamic pawnshops, both new customers and customers. a long time ago. This research includes field research using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on Pekalongan Branch Sharia Pawnshop customers using accidental sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis technique with multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a positive effect on customer loyalty, trust has a positive effect on customer loyalty, and the cost of ujrah has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Based on the F test, it is known that the three independent variables studied simultaneously affect customer loyalty with an adjusted R Square value of 0.272. . which shows that 27.2% of the customer loyalty variable can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 72.8% is influenced by other variables outside the three variables in this study.

Abstract

Etika dalam pekerjaan menjadi daya tarik baru dan isu untuk diekplorasi lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana peran ethical leadership dan ethical ambiguity dalam mengurangi stres kerja serta dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas kinerja karyawan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kesenjangan pada penelitian sebelumnya dengan membuktikan apakah pemimpin etis mampu mempengaruhi ethical ambiguity, stres kerja dan kualitas kinerja pada industri makanan cepat saji. Sampel pengambilan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 149 karyawan restoran cepat saji yang berhubungan langsung dengan pelanggan. Metode analisis yang digunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan menggunakan Patrial Least Square (PLS) untuk menguji kekuatan dari pengaruh antar variabel. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pandangan karyawan yang berhubungan langsung dengan pelanggan tentang perilaku ethical leadership oleh pemimpin mereka terkait dengan tingkat ethical ambiguity dan stres kerja yang lebih rendah. Ethical ambiguity secara positif berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja, yang secara negatif berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kinerja karyawan yang berhubungan langsung dengan pelanggan. Ethical leadership yang dirasakan secara positif mempengaruhi kualitas kinerja. Berdasarkan temuan, implikasi disediakan untuk teori dan manajemen, dan arah untuk penelitian di masa depan.

Abstract

Desa Tempuran memiliki potensi pengolahan ikan menjadi produk makanan siap jual karena bersebelahan dengan Desa Ciparagejaya yang merupakan lokasi TPI terintegrasi. Produktivitas tangkapan ikan nelayan Ciparagejaya seluruhnya masuk ke TPI. Jika dihitung, perharinya mencapai 10 – 20 ton ikan. Desa Tempuran yang memiliki jumlah wanita 2.641 jiwa (data tahun 2019). Berdasarkan survey awal, diketahui bahwa jumlah wanita di desa ini berpotensi untuk melakukan kegiatan produktif pada fase proses produksi maupun pasca produksi sehingga pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat meningkat. Wanita di desa ini dapat mengembangkan hasil ikan dari Desa Ciparagejaya dengan mengolahnya menjadi produk makanan bergizi dan siap jual. TIM PKM melakukan pelatihan pembuatan 3 olahan makanan bergizi berbahan dasar ikan dan siap jual serta pelatihan digital marketing, kemasan, perencanaan keuangan dan akuntansi sederhana. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah, peningkatan pengetahuan wanita di Desa Tempuran tentang pengolahan produk makanan berbasis ikan.

Abstract

Era Society 5.0 memunculkan tuntutan baru dalam dunia kerja mengenai kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh para mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Berbagai tuntutan tersebut seringkali membuat merka merasa cemas dalam menghadapi dunia kerja. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kecemasan adalah self-efficacy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kecemasan dalam menghadai dunia kerja era society 5.0 pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, berjenis kausal komparatif, dengan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 100 mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Provinsi Banten sebagai responden. Alat ukur self-efficacy memiliki nilai (α)= 0,902 dan 22 aitem valid, sedangkan kecemasan dengan (α)= 0,917 dan 25 aitem valid. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan dari uji regresi linier sederhana diperoleh nilai sig. (p) sebesar 0,000 (p < 0.05) dan Y= 96,341- 0,676X, artinya hipotesis diterima, yaitu terdapat pengaruh negatif signifikan self-efficacy terhadap kecemasan dalam menghadapi dunia kerja era society 5.0 pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Provinsi Banten. Self-efficacy mempengaruhi kecemasan sebesar 41,1%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 58,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci: Self-efficacy, kecemasan, Era Society 5.0 Era Society 5.0 raises bew demands in the world of work regarding the competencies that final year students must possess. These demands often make them feel anxious in facing the world of work. One of the factors that influence anxiety is self-efficacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect od self-efficacy on anxiety in dealing with the world of work in the era of society 5.0 in final year students in Banten Province. This research is a quantitative, causal comparative study, using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 final year students in Banten Province as respondents. Self-efficacy measurement showed (α)= 0.902 with 22 valid items, while anxiety showed (α)= 0.917 with 25 valid items. The results of this study show that from the simple linear regression test, the sig.(p) of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and Y= 96.341-0.676X, meaning that the hypothesis can be accepted. So, there is a significant negative effect of selfefficacy on anxiety in facing the work world of Society 5.0 for final-year students in Banten. Keywords: Self-Efficacy, Anxiety, Society 5.0 Era

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, job crafting, and job embeddeness on turnover intention. Compensation is important for retaining employees who can contribute to the company's sustainability. This type of research is quantitative through a purposive sampling technique with 220 respondents who are employees of Telecommunication companies in Jakarta. Primary data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that turnover intention can decrease if compensation is high and is influenced by job crafting and job embeddeness. In this study, there are three hypotheses that have a negative effect: compensation has a negative effect on turnover intention, job crafting has a negative effect on turnover intention, and job embeddedness has a negative effect on turnover intention. Thus, the findings of this study can be used to evaluate telecommunications companies.
