Abstract

The author's aim in researching waste banks is to provide an understanding of waste management with a new paradigm in waste management, namely waste banks. Based on Law Number 18 of 2008, the use new paradigm of collect-transport-dispose in the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation Number 14 of 2021, namely with the issuance of a circular. This research was carried out using the legal research method. This type of empirical legal research is descriptive in nature, explaining what happened in Sukoharjo Regency and analyzed qualitatively. Results from several literature and interviews with the existence of waste bank regulations, local governments carry out and implement them. Sukoharjo Regency has the role of the environmental service in carrying out environmental management, especially waste management. However, there are areas where not all of them have active waste banks, so this research is interesting to examine waste banks in realizing the legal principles of a sustainable environment in Sukoharjo Regency. The research results show that the implementation of waste banks in Sukoharjo Regency must be further optimized to achieve environmental law objectives with the principle of sustainability and waste banks as a circular economy.

Abstract

Kelelahan kerja menyebabkan kasus kecelakaan kerja dan berakibat dua juta pekerja meninggal dunia hampir setiap tahunnya.  Selain itu, data menyebutkan bahwa sebanyak 32,8% atau sekitar 18.828 kasus dari  58.115 sampel dinyatakan kelelahan kerja. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi determinan variabel independen (umur, shift kerja, masa kerja waktu istirahat dan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dengan variabel dependen yaitu kelelahan kerja pada pekerja di PT PLN.  Penelitian ini berupa penelitian analitik, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif serta desain cross sectional yang menggunakan data primer. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh pekerja di bagian pelayanan teknik PT. PLN (Persero) Sawangan berjumlah 45 pekerja, dengan teknik total sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian frekuensi kelelahan pada pekerja pelayanan teknik PT. PLN (Persero) Sawangan, sebagian besar mengalami kelelahan kerja tinggi yaitu sebanyak 82,2%. Berdasarkan analisis bivariat dapat diketahui bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara umur (p value=0,037), masa kerja (p value=0,000), dan waktu istirahat (p value=0,000), dengan kelelahan kerja dan diketahui tidak ada` hubungan yang signifikan antara shift kerja (p value=0,469) dan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) (p value=0,156) dengan kelelahan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, untuk dapat mengurangi kelelahan kerja disarankan bagi pekerja untuk mengoptimalkan  dan memanfaatkan waktu istirahat yang sudah diberikan. Selain itu, pada saat sela-sela pekerjaannya, disarankan untuk meregangkan otot.

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Fruit flies are one of the pests on eggplant plants with a wide distribution, in high populations fruit fly attacks can potentially damage fruit up to 100%. This survey aimed to determine the population of fruit flies on eggplant plants, gender and what species are attracted to methyl eugenol. The method used in carrying out this survey is a sampling method using methyl eugenol modified with a bottle called the hanging bottle trap or attractant trap with a diagonal pattern, which was carried out in 3 replications in Palem Raya Village, Tanjung Pering Village, and Ulak Segelung Village, Indralaya District. North, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The results of the three replicate surveys showed that the population of fruit flies on eggplant plantations in Ulak Segelung Village was higher than in Tanjung Pering Village and Palem Raya Village. The number of fruit fly population sampling in the village of Palem Raya there are 1,426 fruit flies. The fruit fly population in Tanjung Pering Village are 1,276 fruit flies, and in Ulak Segelung Village there are 2,215 fruit flies. Based on the survey conducted, it showed that fruit flies attract to methyl eugenol were male fruit flies with the species Bactrocera dorsalis. There was a decrease in the population in each sampling replication that had been carried out in 3 villages in Ogan Ilir Regency. The conclusion of this survey, that using of methyl eugenol is very effective to determined the population of fruit flies on eggplant plants. The use of methyl eugenol could be used as an alternative material for controlling fruit flies.
