Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price perception on Oppo smartphone buying interest in the community of Sukamulia Village Dusun II, Pagar Merbau District. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. With a population of 1,174 respondents with a tolerance limit of 10% which is calculated by the Slovin formula, a total sample of 92 respondents was obtained with a sampling technique using random sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out by giving a list of statements to respondents, namely the people of Sukamulia Village Dusun II, Pagar Merbau District. This study uses the technique of simple Linear Regression Analysis, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained Y = 3.292 + 0.389X. Partial test results (t test) indicate that price perception variable it has a significant effect on buying interest in oppo smartphones. This can be seen from the value of t arithmetic (3,080)> t table (1,662) with a significant 0.003 < 0.05. With an R square value of 0.521. This means that the effect of variable X on variable Y is 52.1%, while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Pada Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sumatera Utara Jl. Sisingamangaraja Medan”. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja keuangan Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sumatera Utara dilihat dari analisis rasio keserasian belanja, besarnya belanja tidak langsung dan sisanya dialokasikan untuk belanja langsung. Besarnya belanja tidak langsung berada pada kisaran 82%, 78%, 83%. Hal ini disebabkan oleh besarnya belanja pegawai yang terdiri dari gaji dan tunjangan serta tambahan penghasilan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) sebesar 17,5%, 30%, 16,9%. Selama periode tiga tahun anggaran kinerja keuangan Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sumatera Utara dinilai tidak baik selama tahun 2018-2020. Kemudian kinerja keuangan Dinas Kehutana Provinsi Sumatera Utara dilihat dari analisis efektivitas belanja selama tiga tahun sudah efektif 100% yaitu sebesar 291,30%, 140,56%, 160,16%. Sedangkan kinerja keuangan Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sumatera Utara dilihat dari analisis efisiensi belanja daerah bahwa realisasi anggaran belanja Dinas Kehutanan tergolong tidakn efisien karena interval efisensinya diatas 100%. Hal ini diketahuai bahwa efisensi belanja Dinas Kehutanan sebesar 632,02%, 462,15%, 407,92% selama 2018-2020.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location and product quality on purchasing decisions of Mulia Garden Subsidized Housing (Case Study of Mulia Garden Subsidized Housing in Naga Rejo Village). This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. With a total population of 56 respondents. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, so the number of samples obtained is 56 respondents. Data collection is done by providing a list of statements to respondents, namely to consumers of Subsidized Housing Mulia Garden, Naga Rejo Village. This study uses the technique of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-test, F-test, and Coefficient of Determination. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained Y = 1.146 + 0.260X1 + 0.801X2. The results of the partial test (t test) show that location (X1) has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. It can be seen from tcount 3,292 > ttable 1,674 with a significant 0.002 <0.05. Meanwhile, the Product Quality variable (X2) has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions. This can be seen from the value of tcount (18.702) > ttable (1.674) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test (f test) of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that the location and product quality variables together had a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions, it was seen from the value of fcount (324,256) > ftable (3.17) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. With an R square value of 0.924. This means that the effect of variable X1 and variable X2 on variable Y is 92.4%, while the remaining 7.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan tarif terhadap minat beli tiket penumpang Bus A.L.S. Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling berjumlah 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 2,914 + 0,186X1 + 0,772X2. Pada uji parsial (Uji t) variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (2,223 > 1,984) dan nilai signifikan 0,028 < 0,05 dan variabel tarif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (9,325 > 1,998) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji signifikan simulatif (Uji F) variabel kualitas pelayanan dan tarif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel (286,977 > 3,09) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,855, artinya variabel minat beli dapat dijelaskan sebesar 85,5% oleh variabel kualitas pelayamnan dan tarif, sementara sisanya 14,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the relationship of competence and individual characteristics to the performance of Civil Servants in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Serdang Bedagai Regency. The population in this study were all employees in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Serdang Bedagai Regency with a total of 50 employees and a sample determination technique with saturated samples, so the sample amounted to 50 employees. The data analysis technique that I use in this research is quantitative descriptive. The results of this study were obtained from the regression equation Y = 18.602 + 0.194 X1 + 0.394X2 + e. Constant value (a) of 18,602 indicates that if the competency variable (X1) and individual characteristics (X2) value is 0, then the employee's performance is 18,602. The variable regression coefficient X1 of 0.194 indicates that the competency variable (X1) influences employee performance and X2 variable of 0.394 individual characteristics (X2) influences employee performance. The partial test results of competency variables (X1) and Characteristics (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Population and Civil Registration Service in Serdang Bedagai Regency where the value of t count> t table (2,288> 1,677) Competency Variables (X1) and (3,399> 1,677) Individual Characteristics variable (X2) with a significant level of 0,000 <0.05. The R square value obtained is 0.870. Then it can be seen the influence of variables X1, X2 on Y variables by calculating the coefficient of determination = R2 x 100% = 87.0%. The figure shows that the influence of variable X1 (Competence), Individual Characteristics (X2) on Variable Y (Employee Performance) is 87.0% and the remaining 13% is influenced by other variables not in this study
