Abstract

Abstract

The era of business competition in culinary field has experienced drastic changes along with the emergence of the Covid-19 Pandemic and the era of digitalization which requires every business actor to move on to the internet communication and information network. This development will certainly make the restaurant of Okoy Flower Garden Tomohon survive and continue to exist to serve consumers. The purpose of this study is to optimize the restaurant's marketing strategy in order to increase consumer buying interest. The research approach was more directed at quantitative methods with causal research on each of the variables studied. This study showed that the promotional strategy carried out by Okoy Flower Garden has not been implemented optimally. The effect of promotion has not been able to significantly increase consumer buying interest. The marketing strategy in terms of promotion in order to attract consumer buying interest has not been implemented optimally. The marketing strategy for promotion that does not have a strong effect on consumer buying interest at Okoy Flower Garden can be seen from the regression coefficient of the Consumer Buying Interest value of 0.135. The regression coefficient is positive, so it can be stated that the direction of the influence of the variable X on Y is positive.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a vision of Agriculture 5.0 in North Sulawesi, and to create strategic programs to realize the vision of Agriculture 5.0 in North Sulawesi. This research is policy research to realize the vision of Agriculture 5.0 in North Sulawesi using the Competitive Intelligence (CI) method. The results of the study indicate that the existing facilities and infrastructure in North Sulawesi Province can support the Vision of Agriculture 5.0 in North Sulawesi. The vision of Agriculture 5.0 in North Sulawesi is the use of robotic systems to increase the efficiency of agricultural businesses and take advantage of this economic growth to improve the quality of human resources and natural resources by prioritizing sustainable development. The robotic system in question uses unmanned ground vehicles for agricultural land processing, nurseries, plant planting, and plant maintenance, and unmanned aerial vehicles for soil monitoring, plant maintenance, phenotype observation, and plant health mapping. Strategic programs to realize the vision of Agriculture 5.0 are establishing an agricultural information system, farmer organization, and farmer partnership with stakeholders.

Abstract

A smart environment is a necessity in many modern cities when information technology becomes the choice of communication and interaction. The purpose of this research is to formulate a proposed strategy that is measurable and easy to operate in implementing a smart environment in cities in developing countries. We use a competitive intelligence approach to build a smart environment strategy. The results of this study, we formulate a smart environment strategy in cities whose countries are developing based on the smart city model in one of its dimensions, namely the smart environment dimension. We formulate Strategic Alignment by making a mapping based on the mission and goals of city leaders to the dimensions of the smart environment. We also conducted a gap analysis using SWOT analysis and developed a smart city implementation strategy with 4 categories, namely strategic, key operational, high potential, and support

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the plant spacing of salak-pangu on sloping land which gives high yields. This study held on January until June 2020 with survey method and data collection techniques using structured interviews with 28 salak-pangu farmers in Pangu Raya village and field observations. The samples of this study were purposively. The variables in this study were the plant spacing of salak-pangu (X) and the plant production of salak pangu per hectare (Y). The collected data were analyzed descriptively followed by the t-test to determine the plant spacing that gave high production. The result shows that plant spacing affects the production of salak-pangu per ha. The production response forms a production function curve with the plant spacing of salak-pangu that gives the highest yields production is 1x3 meter spacing.*eprm*
