Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis keterkaitan variabel modal sosial, modal intelektual, dan kinerja SDM dalam konteks teknologi informasi serta menyusun model peran teknologi informasi dalam memoderasi persamaan peningkatan kinerja SDM. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Buton yang berjumlah 75 orang. Sampel diambil dengan pendekatan sensus yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi sebagai responden penelitian sehingga jumlah sampel di dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 orang. Alat analisis adalah Sruktural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS 2.0 M3). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa modal sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja SDM dan terhadap modal intelektual. Selain itu modal intelektual juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja SDM. Teknologi informasi sebagai variabel moderasi tidak dapat memberikan efek moderating terhadap persamaan peningkatan kinerja sumber daya manusia pada sekretariat DPRD kabupaten Buton.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Peran Gaya Kepemimpinan Partisipatif dan Keterlibatan Kerja Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Sumber daya Manusia dalam lingkup Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayan Kabupaten Buton Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap komitmen normatif, pengaruh keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia, pengaruh keterlibatan kerja terhadap komitmen normatif dan pengaruh komitmen normatif terhadap kinerja SDM. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dan keterlibatan kerja sebagai variabel Independen, komitmen normatif sebagai Variabel intervening dan kinerja sumber daya manusia sebagai variabel dependen. Pengaruh antar variabel dianalisis dengan metode Explanatory Research dengan bantuan program aplikasi Smart PLS 2.0 M3. Obyek penelitian ini adalah Seluruh PNS di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayan Kabupaten Buton, penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen untuk memperoleh data, penyebarannya dilakukan dengan Total Sampling dengan teknik Sensus dari semua Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang berjumlah 49 orang, perolehan data ditabulasi menggunakan Microsoft Exel dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia.dan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen normatif. Pengaruh signifikan juga tampak pada korelasi antara keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia, keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen normatif dan komitmen normatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

The Purpose of this study is to determine the effect of religiosity, word of mouth and motivation on customer decisions to choose Islamic banks, as well as the influence of religiosity and word of mouth on customer decisions to choose Islamic banks with motivation as moderation. The method used is a quantitative approach and analysis using SEM-PLS. The sampling technique used the census method as many as 120 consumers who used the services of Bank Syariah Indonesia Baubau branch. Based on the results of the study, it shows that religiosity, word of mouth, motivation have a significant effect on customer decisions to choose Islamic banks. Meanwhile, the influence of religiosity is moderated by motivation on customer decisions, showing negative results, meaning that motivation does not moderate the relationship of religiosity to customer decisions; and the effect of word of mouth on customer decision variables moderated by motivational variables shows that motivation moderates the influence of word of mouth on customer decisions.

Abstract

This study is entitled the analysis of regional income to the regional income of South Konawe Regency. This study aims to study and analyze regional own-source revenue towards the regional income of South Konawe Regency.This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis, in which this study illustrates the regional finance to regional income using numbers by comparing the figures obtained. The results showed that the contribution of regional own-source revenue (PAD) to the Regional Revenue of South Konawe Regency in the period 2007-2017 was relatively low. Contribution of Local Own Revenue Components (PAD) such as Regional Tax, Regional Retribution, BUMD profit, and others. Regional original income to the Regional Revenue of South Konawe Regency in the period 2007-2017 is still relatively low.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of technology has a real impact on changes in various sectors, not least in the marketing sector, especially in the recording of business transactions. Based on the results of initial field observations, it was found that the Yasmin Store still uses manual recording, this is what underlies the implementation of abdimas activities in the form of developing a sales information system application and its application to the Yasmin Store so that this application can provide real benefits in terms of recording business transactions. Sales information system application designed in the form of a flow chart and user interface program design so as to form a complete system component that is incorporated in the sales application according to user needs. The program interface design is made user friendly so that user actors can easily operate the application. Methods of implementing activities include: 1) Needs analysis; 2) Application design; 3) Feasibility test; 4) Testing/Implementation; 5) Application of sales information system application; 6) Evaluation and 7) Reporting on the results of activities. The benefits of using this application include making it easier for users to check: 1) stock of goods on a regular basis; 2) customer data reports 3) supplier data reports and check sales and purchase recapitulation reports per day, month, or year. The final result expected in this activity is that the user is able to operate and use the sales information system application permanently.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbentuk pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pemilik UMKM Kenzy Profil dalam mendesain media komunikasi pemasaran terpadu (baliho/spanduk, brosur, banner dan leaflet) dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan hasil penjualalan produk batu alam yang diproduksi. Model kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah 1) pelatihan desain komunikasi pemasaran terpadu menggunakan aplikasi Canva; 2) transfer ilmu cara pemasaran yang efektif menggunakan media komunikasi pemasaran terpadu menggunakan media social online. Hasil kegiatan ini diperoleh informasi bahwa pemilik UMKM Kenzi Profil mampu mendesain media komunikasi pemasaran terpadu dengan baik dan memahami secara baik cara pemasaran yang efektif menggunakan media komunikasi pemasaran terpadu untuk meningkatkan hasil penjualan.

Abstract

One of the cases of micronutrient deficiency in Indonesia is iron anemia. Iron fortification can be done on baby porridge as Complementary Food for Breast Milk (MP-ASI) given to children aged 6 months to 24 months. production of free-range chicken, promoting the sale of free-range chicken online. In addition, knowledge transfer will be carried out to partners about processing chicken liver as fortification of iron in baby porridge in MPASI. The method used is pretest and posttest given to 20 participants to determine the extent of absorption given material. Evaluation of this activity will be carried out in a weekly period to monitor the indicators that have been set. The service was attended by 20 mothers of toddlers and cooperation partners, namely the owner of the "Mr. Desi Chicken Coop” which was carried out for approximately 5 weeks. The results of this service increase the knowledge of mothers of toddlers skills in making complementary foods (90%). This is carried out to provide provisions for partners and mothers of toddlers regarding the use of chicken liver as iron fortification in infant porridge in complementary foods, correct processing of chicken liver, sales promotion online to increase partners' earnings.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology, many activities in the trade sector have used sales applications using barcodes. It aims to streamline time and be able to control data on sales and purchases of goods in a type of business. The purpose of this community service activity is to develop a sales information system application using a barcode so that users can easily input sales and purchase data for medicines, easily record stock cards and make reports on goods data as desired by the Baubau City Health Office and BPOM. The subject of this service activity is the owner of the Mentari Medika Pharmacy located in Lowu-Lowu Village, Lea-Lea District, Baubau City. This service activity systematically starts from needs analysis, application design, testing/implementation 1, testing/implementation 2, application \ to users and evaluation of activities and follow-up plans. The results of the activity indicate that after testing the application/implementation 1, it is necessary to add a menu to the application that is made so that application/implementation testing is necessary. In addition, this application is also equipped with a user manual, so that users are helped to operate this application.
