Abstract

Abstract – The aim of the study was to analyze financial distress in cigarette companies list in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 using 3 methods, Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski, and Springate. Purposive sampling is used in this study to determine the sampling technique. The sample used in this study released 4 cigarette companies. Descriptive asalysis with quantitative models was used to analyze data in this research. Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski, and Springate in 2015-2019 PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk, PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, and PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk is related to safe, but it is needed a company that is estimated to be grey in the Altman Z-Score calculation in 2018, PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk. The Z-score is at the limit because the companie has a ratio with a lower value in market value of equity to book value of liabilities Abstrak – Penelitian ini memiliki bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kesulitan keuangan dalam perusahaan sun sektor rokok di Indonesia Stock Exchange periode 2015-2019 menggunakan tiga metode. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski, dan Springate. Purposive sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menentukan teknik pengambilan sampel. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 4 perusahaan rokok. Analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan financial distress yang dihitung menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski , dan Springate pada tahun 2015-2019 PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk, PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, dan PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk mengalami dalam kondisi keuangan yang sehat, namun terdapat perusahaan yang diestimasi rawan kebangkrutan pada perhitungan Altman Z-Score pada tahun 2018 yaitu PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk. hal ini dapat terjadi karena nilai Z-Score PT. Wismilak Inti MakmurTbk berada pada Z < 1,81 salah satu penyebabnya ialah rendahnya rasio market value of equity terhadap liabilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the realization of the expenditure budget at the Regional Secretariat of the City of Magelang Development Administration in 2017-2019. Type of descriptive research that was studied quantitatively. The source of the data used in this study is secondary data in the form of the Realization of the Regional Budget Setda Magelang Document of the Development Administration Section. Data collection techniques carried out by interviews, documentation, and study of literature. The results showed that the realization of the expenditure budget in the activity program of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Magelang Development Administration for the period of 2017-2019 was quite effective. However, the calculation of the growth in expenditure realization shows that the total budget realization from year to year tends to decrease

Abstract

Abstract: The role and contribution of Islamic finance on economic growth in Indonesia has increased gradually and steadily. This is because the Islamic economy's universal and comprehensively basic principle is the primary foundation of Islamic banking. This research aimed to analyze the role of Islamic Banking on Indonesia's real sector during 2007.01 – 2016.04. This study used the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) as a tool to analyze secondary data. The result showed that in Indonesia, sharia deposit positively and significantly influenced actual output in the short term. In addition, in the long-term, sharia financing positively and significantly influenced actual output. Moreover, Granger Causality Test proved the occurrence of one-way causality between actual output and inflation. Thus, Islamic banking can encourage actual output in Indonesia. The results of this study become a consideration for stakeholders and policymakers to pay more attention to strategies and policies that support economic growth in Indonesia.Abstrak: Perkembangan keuangan syariah di Indonesia semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Prinsip-prinsip dasar ekonomi syariah yang universal dan komprehensif merupakan landasan utama perbankan syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menginvestigasi peran perbankan syariah terhadap sektor riil di Indonesia selama periode 2007.01 – 2016.04. Penelitian ini menggunakan Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) sebagai alat untuk menganalisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dalam jangka pendek deposito syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap output rill. Selain itu, dalam jangka panjang pembiayaan syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap output riil di Indonesia. Lebih lanjut, Uji Kausalitas Granger membuktikan terjadinya kausalitas satu arah antara output riil dan inflasi. Dengan demikian, perbankan syariah mampu mendorong output riil di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi para pemangku kepentingan dan pengambil kebijakan untuk lebih memperhatikan strategi dan kebijakan yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Otonomi daerah merupakan hak dan wewenangdaerah untuk mengelola sumber daya yang dimiliki daerahnya untuk kepentingan daerah itu sendiri.Pemerintah Kota Magelang melalui Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Magelang berusaha menggali potensi keuangan daerah dalam rangka meningkatkan penerimaan bagi Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat efektivitas dan kontribusi penerimaan retribusi pasar pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Magelang selama periode tahun 2017-2019.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi lapangan dan kepustakaan.Metode analisis yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Untuk menganalisis data realisasi dan target penerimaan retribusi pasar tahun 2017-2019 dengan menggunakan analisis efektivitas dan analisis kontribusi. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan analisis efektivitas menunjukan bahwa rata-rata tingkat efektivitas penerimaan retribusi pasar sebesar 128,33% artinya penerimaan retribusi pasar sudah sangat efektif, dan hasil analisis kontribusi penerimaan retribusi pasar terhadap retribusi daerah sudah sangat baik dengan rata-rata tingkat kontribusi sebesar 86,33%, sedangkan hasil analisis kontribusi penerimaan retribusi pasar terhadap PAD Kota Magelang sudah sangat baik dengan rata-rata 79,67%.

Abstract

This research examined the influence of foreign proportions in the shares of banking companies and financial ratios on the performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018.The proportion of foreigners in a banking company uses a comparison of the total amount of foreign shares with the total share ownership.While the proxies of financial ratios are measured using several ratios, including Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and BOPO.Performance proxies are measured using ROA and ROE proxies. The method used is data panel regression using stata 13.0 software.The results of research on the proportion of foreign to the company's performance have a significant effect on ROA alone.Keywords: Banking Company, Financial Ratios, Proportion of Foreign Ownership

Abstract

Generasi Z dan Milenial menjadi penduduk yang mendominasi Indonesia didominasi oleh usia produktif. 90 persen barang yang dijual online adalah produk impor dari negara asing, terdapat tiga platfrom marketplace yang paling sering digunakan oleh pembeli online warga Indonesia yaitu Alibaba dan Aliexpress asal Cina, serta Amazon asal Amerika Serikat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang bersifat sekunder dan primer, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui kuisoner / angket dan studi pustaka. Jensi data yang diambil adalah data yang berjenis crossection. Dalam penelitian ini teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Uji Validitas, Uji Realibilitas untuk menguji kusioner yang diberikan dari indikator yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian disini menyatakan bahwa variabel kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sehingga Hipotesis 1 ditolak. Sedangkan harga berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan sehingga hipotesis 2 diterima. Kualitas produk dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Kepuasaan Pelanggan

Abstract

Balesari village Windusari District of Magelang District designated as a village built Tidar University during the period of 3 years. So, the researchers wanted to identify the productivity of SMEs in the village Balesari and the government's contribution to improving the welfare of society, especially in order to realize Balesari village as a tourist village. The observations were made with the sorting of data samples that match the criteria, using purposive sampling research sample using at least 5-8 respondents in each village, bringing the total amount to more than 30 samples. This study examined the role of accounting information system through the development of SME productivity. The mechanism accounting information system development there are some procedures that need to be understood and followed by the village community in order to obtain authorization Balesari administratively, ie License, IUI, TDI, HO Permit and others. Exploration Balesari village aims to create value added activities so that it can bring in revenue and tourists.

Abstract

Generation Z and Millennials become the population that dominates Indonesia dominated by productive age. 90 percent of goods sold online are imported products from foreign countries, there are three marketplace platforms that are most often used by online buyers of Indonesian citizens, namely Alibaba and Aliexpress from China, and Amazon from the United States. Data collection techniques that are secondary and primary, the data used in this research is through kuisoner / questionnaire and literature studies. The data taken is crossection data. In this study the data analysis technique used is the Validity Test, a Realibility Test to test the given custody of a predetermined indicator. The results of the study here state that the product quality variable has no effect on customer satisfaction, so Hypothesis 1 is rejected. While the price affects the customer satisfaction variable so that hypothesis 2 is accepted. Product quality and price simultaneously affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menyelidiki leverage terkait, peringkat obligasi perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Peningkatan jumlah leverage tidak akan berdampak pada penurunan peringkat perusahaan selama peningkatan leverage berdampak pada peningkatan profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan yang lebih besar. Perusahaan meningkatkan leverage melalui penerbitan utang secara substansial menanggapi kebutuhan operasi daripada keinginan untuk melakukan pembayaran ekuitas besar. Sampel diambil dalam studi 20 perusahaan manufaktur dengan metode purposive sampling untuk periode 2012-2016. Pelepasan peringkat obligasi oleh PT. Pefindo dan ICMD 2012-2016. Rasio leverage yang terdiri dari Rasio Hutang terhadap Ekuitas (DER), Rasio Hutang terhadap Total Aset (DAR), Tingkat Imbalan Finansial (DFL), dan Rasio Cakupan Utang (DCR) tidak dapat memprediksi penghitungan obligasi perusahaan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leverage tidak berpengaruh pada peringkat obligasi. DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/afr.v1i2.2787

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) is a provider of electrical energy services in Indonesia. Technological developments encourage the innovation of prepaid electricity programs in providing effective and efficient services to consumers. So marketing communication is one of the strategies used to introduce prepaid electricity products to the public. marketing communication is communication that is used to improve marketing strategies in expanding the target market segmentation. PT. PLN (Persero) Temanggung Customer Service Unit uses socialization techniques in delivering prepaid electricity programs to the Temanggung community. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of marketing communication channels used by PT. PLN (Persero) Temanggung Customer Service Unit to provide prepaid electricity program information to consumers in order to increase prepaid electricity usage in Temanggung. This study uses a qualitative description method. Research data obtained by interview and observation conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Temanggung Customer Service Unit. In this study conducted with triagulation techniques. The research results of PT. PLN (Persero) Temanggung Customer Service Unit uses marketing communication channels in promoting prepaid electricity programs. The message delivered contains the difference between prepaid and postpaid electricity, benefits, token costs or electricity energy vouchers and how to purchase tokens on the prepaid electricity program.
