Abstract

This study aims to explore sublimation of adolescent character education through religious content . This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach that utilises interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects in this research are teenagers in Nagori Pamatang Sidamanik who sublimate character education and follow religious content. The data analysis technique refers to the concept of the Miles and Huberman model, namely the interactive model. The results of this study are This study found that there was a sublimation of adolescent character education through religious content through three stages, namely: primitive id encouragement, da'wah content as a super ego shaper and desire diversion into positive things. And this study found that there are three benefits of sublimation of adolescent character education through religious content including preventing or relieving anxiety, producing creative activities and full self-acceptance.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate guidance and counseling modules to improve students’ responding activities when learning in class and to describe the level of applicability used by counselors. The method used was ADDIE model development. The properness test was done by three experts, and the practicality test was done by three counselors. The object of this research is students who have low criteria in terms of responding to learning. This research was conducted at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, Medan. The instruments used were a questionnaire and focus group discussion (FGD). The data were analyzed descriptively. Based on these results, in general, it was concluded that the module developed was appropriate and could be used to help the students improve their responding activity when learning in class.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the benefits of educator certification in the performance and commitment of teachers or educators in providing maximum learning to students in return for the welfare of educators in Medan City. The consequences of this research show that the commitment to sending expert remittances to educators is very important, especially considering the government's strategy in government assistance to educators in Indonesia. To produce educators who have great capacity and gifts in educational experience, government assistance and salaries must be provided. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques, data reduction, and data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation to get the results the researcher needs. From the results of the research, it was found that professional allowances or educator certification allowances help increase the wages or rewards of teachers or instructors in their daily lives because certified educators are no longer in doubt in carrying out teaching and learning activities due to obtaining educators certification first. First, go through the requirements that must be met as an educator.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of communication in sex education on 2022 standard Communication Science students at UIN North Sumatra in the context of reducing the number of cases of casual sex. This approach integrates communication theories such as information reception and processing theory, interpersonal communication, and persuasive communication theory to understand how communication influences students' sexual understanding and behavior. The results of statistical analysis using the T test and simple regression show that communication in sex education has a significant and positive influence in reducing cases of casual sex among students. This research offers deep theoretical insights and practical implications in designing effective sexual education programs in Islamic academic settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji problematika komunikasi antara pengasuh dan santriwati dalam membina akhlak di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Qur’an Tazkiyah Batang Kuis. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan memahami kendala-kendala komunikasi yang terjadi serta bagaimana komunikasi tersebut mempengaruhi proses pembinaan akhlak santriwati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa kendala utama dalam komunikasi antara pengasuh dan santriwati, termasuk perbedaan pemahaman, kesenjangan generasi, serta kurangnya keterampilan komunikasi dari kedua belah pihak. Komunikasi yang kurang efektif seringkali menyebabkan salah pengertian dan ketidakjelasan dalam penyampaian pesan moral dan nilai-nilai akhlak. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa dengan adanya komunikasi yang lebih terbuka dan penggunaan metode pengasuhan yang lebih interaktif, pengasuh dapat lebih efektif dalam membina akhlak santriwati. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang dinamika pengasuhan dan pembinaan akhlak di pondok pesantren, serta menawarkan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi antara pengasuh dan santriwati. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi pengembangan metode pengasuhan yang lebih baik dalam konteks pendidikan pesantren.
