Abstract

Home is an essential sanctuary for all living beings, holding profound significance regardless of time or place. Ensuring the well-being of our habitation sites is imperative, necessitating vigilant protection and prudent care. Both local and central governments have embarked on diverse avenues to secure improved living conditions in novel environments. This paper endeavors to illuminate the landscape of capacity building initiatives and improved environmental conditions, encompassing not only the current inhabitants but also extending to the broader community. These endeavors harbor long-term implications, benefiting society and governance structures, and casting a positive influence on forthcoming generations. The responsibility of the succeeding generation lies in the preservation, cultivation, and effective management of newfound environmental potential, offering benefits to all stakeholders. Equipping communities and future generations with the requisite training to harness and nurture environmental resources emerges as a pivotal strategy in realizing this potential.

Abstract

The development and management of a program must involve the community, as well as the development of Majapahit Maritime Tourism. This community involvement aims to make the program development sustainable and improve welfare. This research is considered necessary as an initial measurement (assessment) of the readiness of the community in the Ngotok River Basin, Rejoto Bridge, Pulorejo Village, Prajurit Kulon District, Mojokerto City. The analysis is viewed from the socio-economic setting of the community, the readiness of stakeholders to face socio-economic changes, and the readiness to manage the Majapahit Marine Tourism village. The mixed method research method was chosen as an approach in answering research problems. The number of respondents in this study were 101 people who were selected by clustered random sampling. Data was collected by distributing semi-closed-end questionnaires, interviews with stakeholders determined by purposive sampling and field observations. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive analysis of cross tables (crosstabulation), weighting and review of several related spatial planning documents. Test the validity of the study using data triangulation. Regarding the development plan for Majapahit Maritime Tourism, this study concludes that the readiness of the Mojokerto community is at the Preparation stage. Abstract

The word “Branch Purnama” is a word that is often read, heard and is a favorite of consumers and lovers of local roadside food in Indonesia, especially in East Java. The word has automatically become a "stamp" to convince new consumers and loyal consumers that they have culinary products and tastes that are the same and "in line" with many other micro, small and medium enterprises everywhere. Although in reality, the facts are not as expected, that is, all of their culinary products refer to a slightly different center, will not the same, for those who know (Aaker, D.A., 2004). However, all of this has aroused the curiosity of many people outside their scope, especially consumers, how come hundreds of micro, small and medium enterprises have made or pinned the same name on the front banner of their culinary establishment, namely the Purnama Branch. What is even more interesting is that these micro, small and medium enterprises mix and set the seasoning for their respective products, not based on ready-to-eat product shipments from the central "Purnama Branch" which most likely does not recognize the "branches" that have existed so far in Indonesia. many places in East Java, especially in Surabaya and its surroundings

Abstract

Kalimantan heritage is one of the many cultural assets owned by the Indonesian nation from hundreds of other cultures. One culture that is highly admired is the typical Kalimantan batik which is liked not only by native people of Kalimantan. However, it seems that these batik motifs have not been attached to the brands of each entrepreneur who produces them, the brands are only pinned by boutiques or small business entities that market them (Kapferer, J.-N., 2004). This needs to get support in the ease of processing and obtaining it for batik cloth production actors from the authorized agency. All of this needs to be done so that the works of local sons and daughters are protected from irresponsible parties. The wealth of Kalimantan batik motifs in general comes from the original motifs of the rich indigenous culture of Kalimantan. Based on several facts, it can be concluded that almost all original batik makers do not have personal brands for the batik works they have made and marketed. For this reason, it is necessary to provide an understanding of the importance of brands on patents for the creative ideas of batik motifs that they make by people who are experts in their fields (Keller, K.L. and Lehmann, DR, 2006).
