Abstract

Work stres is a state of physical imbalance that causes physical and psychological tension that affects the way of thinking, emotions and working conditions. Work stres among health workers is quite high, as are the public health workers who work in puskesmas. Work stres affects the workload which is too high. The influencing factor is the workload. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between workload and work stres in public health workers at the Pekalongan City Health Center. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 26 public health workers in 14 Community Health Centers in Pekalongan City. Based on the results of the analysis of the Pearson Correlation Test, a significant value (p) was obtained between workload and work stres which was 0.019 or p-value <0.05. If you look at the interpretation above, the test results show that the test results stated that there was a significant relationship or that there was a relationship between workload and work stres in public health workers at the Pekalongan City Health Center.

Abstract

The X-ray beam collimation test, voltage accuracy test, reproducibility test, and fourth is the X-ray beam output test (Half Value Layer) on the Mobile X-ray aircraft. This testing aims to determine the standards that have been set. Tests that have been carried out on the illumination and the difference between the collimation field of the beam and the X-ray beam show that the results obtained have passed the test on an X-ray aircraft. Both tests are in accordance with established standards. Reproducibility testing is carried out by measuring the radiation output (mGy) at the same settings repeatedly. The data shows a corrected mean of 0.075 mGy with a standard deviation of 0.0034, indicating that the X-ray aircraft has good reproducibility in producing consistent radiation output. The mobile X-ray unit tested had sufficient accuracy and reproducibility that complied with established standards and demonstrated the reliability of the device in clinical practice. X-ray beam output testing was carried out and a corrected HVL value was obtained which was greater than the test pass value. The results obtained are in accordance with established standards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adanya: (1) hubungan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPA; (2) hubungan lingkungan belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPA; dan (3) hubungan kemandirian belajar dan lingkungan belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi berganda. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 725 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 312 siswa yang dipilih secara acak dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat: (1) hubungan positif dan signifikan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPA (Sig. 0,000 < 0,05) dengan koefisien korelasi 0,461; (2) hubungan positif dan signifikan lingkungan belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPA (Sig. 0,000 < 0,05) dengan koefisien korelasi 0,446; dan (3) hubungan positif dan signifikan kemandirian belajar dan lingkungan belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPA (Sig. 0,000 <0,05) dengan koefisien korelasi 0,488. Berdasarkan analisis dan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan kemandirian belajar dan lingkungan belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar
