Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate inclusive-based elementary schools in Indonesia by measuring the technical efficiency of these schools. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) was used to obtain the efficiency scores where there were two popular models; CRS and VRS model. As many as 38 primary schools in Central Jakarta in Indonesia in the period 2014/2015 were determined as decision making units (DMUs) with six inputs and four outputs. The results revealed that CRS (constant returns to scale) model produced as many as 9 schools with efficient performances while VRS (variable returns to scale) model produced as many as 25 schools that performed efficiently whereas there were 12 schools (31.58 percent) had the efficiency scores below the average scores for both CRS and VRS models. Further, the average scores of CRS and VRS models were 0.819 and 0.869, respectively. Overall, elementary schools which implemented inclusive education in Central Jakarta are suggested to improve their performances.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan Pendekatan Saintifik dengan Media Konkret dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran Matematika tentang Pecahan pada Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 1 Adikarso Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran Matematika tentang pecahan pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Adikarso tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) kolaboratif ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Validitas data pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan media konkret dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran Matematika tentang pecahan pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Adikarso Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa, yaitu pada siklus I = 86,36%, siklus II = 88,64%, dan pada siklus III = 93,18%.Kata kunci: Saintifik, Media Konkret, Matematika.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan Model Group Investigation (GI) dengan Media Puzzle dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran IPS tentang Perjuangan Mempersiapkan Kemerdekaan pada Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri Tanjungsari Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran IPS tentang perjuangan mempersiapkan kemerdekaan melalui penerapan model Group Investigation (GI) dengan media puzzle pada siswa kelas V. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) kolaboratif yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu guru dan siswa kelas V. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model GI dengan media puzzle dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran IPS tentang perjuangan mempersiapkan kemerdekaan pada siswa kelas V.Kata Kunci: Group Investigation (GI), Puzzle, IPS

Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan Model Make a Match dengan Media Grafis dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran IPS tentang Perjuangan Melawan Penjajah pada Siswa Kelas V SDN 1 Pandansari Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah, meningkatkan pembelajaran IPS tentang perjuangan melawan penjajah, mendeskripsikan kendala dan solusi penerapan model make a match dengan media grafis pada siswa kelas V SD. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif dalam tiga siklus dengan sumber data yaitu siswa dan guru kelas V SDN 1 Pandansari. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan nontes. Validitas data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model make a match dengan media grafis dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran IPS tentang perjuangan melawan penjajah pada siswa kelas V SDN 1 Pandansari tahun ajaran 2016/2017.Kata kunci: make a match, media grafis, pembelajaran IPS

Abstract

Abstract: The use of Visualization Auditory Kinestetic (Vak) Model with Multimedia in Improving IPS Learning Outcomes About Indonesian Independence Proclamation In Grade V Students of SD Negeri 1 Surotrunan of Teaching Year 2016 / 2017. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of IPS about the proclamation of Indonesian independence. This study is a collaborative action study (PTK). The subjects of this study are teachers and students of class V, amounting to 23 students. Data collection techniques in research, are observation, interviews, and tests. Data validity was using source triangulation and engineering triangulation. Data analysis was using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the application of Visualization Auditory Kinestetic (VAK) model with multimedia can improve IPS learning result.Keywords: Kinestetic Visualization Auditory, multimedia, IPS learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan Model Numbered Head Together (NHT)  dengan Media Visual dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran IPS tentang Kegiatan Jual Beli pada Siswa Kelas IIIA SDN 1 Bojongsari Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran  IPS tentang kegiatan jual beli melalui penerapan model Numbered Head Together (NHT)  dengan media visual pada siswa kelas IIIA SDN 1 Bojongsari tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Abstract

Abstract: The Use Of Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model Using Concrete Media In Improving The Learning Of Mathematics About Geometry For The Fifth Grade Students Of SDN Surabayan In The Academic Year Of 2016/2017. The objective of this research is to improve the learning of mathematics about geometry through the use of problem based learning (PBL) model using concrete media. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted within three cycles; two meetings each. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subjects of the research were 28 students. The results of this research show that the use of problem based learning (PBL) model using concrete media can improve the learning of mathematics about geometry for the fifth grade students of SDN Surabayan in the academic year of 2016/2017. Keywords: Problem Based Learning (PBL), Concrete Media, Mathematics Abstrak: Penerapan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan Media Konkret untuk Meningkatkan Pembelajaran Matematika tentang Bangun Ruang pada Siswa Kelas V SDN Surabayan Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Abstract

Illiteracy eradication will increase the quality of human resources; therefore, it should be a priority program for every country. This study applies time series analysis to predict illiteracy rates in Indonesia by using data from the Indonesia Statistic Centre from 2003 to 2017. As data on illiteracy rates are non-stationary, a differencing process is required. The results of this study indicate that the best model to predict illiteracy rates in Indonesia is ARIMA (3,3,1), which shows there are three processes of differencing to obtain stationary data. The results indicate that the point forecast of the illiteracy rate in 2025 is 1.51. Further, the results of the forecasting also reveal that over the next ten years there will a downward trend in illiteracy rates in Indonesia, with the average of the forecast points being 2.32 percent. This shows that continuity and commitment to the implementation of illiteracy eradication programs are required.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was 1) to know the concept of conducting ceremonial activities in Bumirejo State Elementary School 5 and 2) to describe the ceremonial activities in developing the discipline character of students. The method used in this study is descriptive-qualitative method with interviews, observation, and documentation that aims to get a general understanding of social conditions from the perspective of participants (Rahmat, 2009). The results of this study are 1) the concept of conducting ceremonial activities in Bumirejo State Elementary School 5 and 2) can describe the ceremonial activities in developing the discipline character of students. So, the conclusion of this study is that the ceremonial activities can develop the discipline character of students in Bumirejo State Elementary School 5.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to : (1) the existence of children with special needs in elementary schools that organize inclusive education in Kebumen District, (2) inclusion index achieved in elementary schools that organize inclusive education in Kebumen District, and (3) Implementation of school inclusive education Basic in Kebumen Regency. Inclusion index is obtained through observation in the learning process in class based on 18 indicators. The study was conducted on 10 classes from 4 elementary schools in Kebumen District which organized inclusive education. Inclusive school implementation data were analyzed using an ideal instrument index.The results of the study show that ((1) the number of inclusive elementary school children varies from 1 to 3 children). ((2) The average inclusion index is 31.46 with the ideal inclusion index 54). ((3) Implementation of inclusive education is 227 with an ideal total score of 381).The conclusion of this study is the profile of the implementation of inclusive education in the Kebumen District Primary School shows an average of 59.6% in the medium category.
