Abstract

Provision of an incentive is one of important things that must be considered by a company. The work performance of an employee is also influenced by the amount the incentive he receives. If an employee does not get an incentive according to the amount of work he has done, his work performance will deteriorate. Employee’s performance is measured by looking at his quality of work, quantity of work, and work time-spending efficiency. Giving bonus, commission, or reward is expected to improve these criteria with the hope that the company's goals can be achieved. This study aimed to determine whether an incentive has influence on employee’s work performance. In this descriptive qualitative study, the author applied questionnaires and documentation data collecting techniques. The data were analysed with simple linear regression technique. The primary data of this study were obtained directly from the place where this study was conducted. The population was all of the fifty employees of PT Bali Jaya. The result of this study showed the provision of incentive was very influential on the employee’s work performance.   Pemberian insentif merupakan salah satu hal pokok yang harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan. Semangat tidaknya karyawan bisa juga disebabkan oleh besar kecilnya insentif yang diterima. Apabila karyawan tidak mendapatkan insentif yang sesuai dengan besarnya pengorbanan dalam bekerja, maka karyawan tersebut cenderung malas bekerja dan tidak bersemangat yang ada akhirnya mereka bekerja semaunya tanpa ada motivasi yang tinggi. Pengukuran kinerja karyawan dilihat dari kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, dan pemanfaatan waktu kerja. Dengan memberikan bonus, komisi maupun pemberian reward diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerja karyawan, kuantitas kerja karyawan dan karyawan lebih memanfaatkan waktu kerja dengan sebaikbaiknya, sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Adapun jenis dari sumber data, penelitian ini yaitu data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari sumber atau tempat dimana penelitian dilakukan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan (i)di PT. Bali Jaya yang berjumlah 50 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang peneliti lakukan di PT. Bali Jaya bahwa pemberian insentif sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine whether there is a significant effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at Hermess Kopi Dalung shop in 2021. (2) To determine whether there is a significant influence on the quality of Barista service on consumer satisfaction at Hermess Kopi Dalung shop in 2021. (3) To find out whether there is a significant effect of product quality and barista service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Hermess Kopi Dalung shop in 2021. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Research informants in this study were consumers of the Hermess Kopi Dalung Store in 2021. Sampling was done by interviewing 5 respondents, including students, students and private employees. This method provides direct answers from informants, so that answers can be found from the questions of interviewees given by the researcher. Researchers can conclude that the quality of products from the Hermess Kopi shop is very popular with customers, not only on the coffee menu that is of interest but many also like it from the non-coffee / frappe menu and from the snacks provided. Apart from the quality of the product, it is also greatly influenced by the barista. which is friendly to the customers of the Hermess Kopi Dalung shop which makes customers not feel awkward to shop at the Hermess Kopi Dalung shop. Thus, customers will feel satisfied with the service received by customers, plus the quality of the menu is not less competitive with well-known Coffee Shops. Therefore, product quality and service quality together greatly affect consumer satisfaction at the Hermess Kopi Dalung shop in 2021.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan Sejarah Puputan Margarana untuk pegawai TPB Margarana supaya lebih memahami Sejarah Perang Puputan Margarana, yang nanti bisa sebagai informan sekaligus untuk mengedukasi para pengunjung (para pelajar maupun masyrakat umum). Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di Monumen Nasional Taman Pujaan Bangsa (TPB) Margarana diikuti lebih kurang 20 peserta. Selama kegiatan ini berlangsung, peserta yang hadir mengikuti semua rangkaian kegiatan dengan baik dan antusias. Diharapkan minat para karyawan TPB untuk mempelajari Sejarah Puputan Margarana semakin meningkat setelah dilakukan pelatihan ini, kemudian agar bisa menjadi pemandu wisata internal.
