Abstract

Keluarga berencana yang berkualitas belum sepenuhnya menjangkau seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Di Kelurahan Benteng Pasar Atas terdapat 161 PUS, yang menggunakan KB sebanyak 88 orang dan yang tidak menggunakan KB sebanyak 73 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahun dan Tingkat Pendidikan Pasangan Usia Subur dengan penggunaan Alat Kontrasepsi Dalam Rahim. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional, berjumlah 88 orang sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Total Sampling, data analisa dengan menggunakan analisa bivariat, uji statistik Chi-Square dengan menggunakan komputerisasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 36,4% responden berpengetahuan rendah, 84,2% responden dengan kategori tingkat pendidikan rendah dan hanya 8% responden yang menggunakan alat kontrasepsi AKDR. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan penggunaan AKDR (p = 0,031, p < 0,05) dan tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan penggunaan AKDR (p = 0,308, p > 0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan pasangan usia subur berhubungan dengan penggunaan AKDR serta tidak ada hubungan tingkat pendidikan ibu dengan penggunaan AKDR. Untuk itu diharapkan peran serta berbagai pihak untuk lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang alat-alat kontrasepsi khususnya AKDR agar ibu termotivasi dan tertarik untuk menggunakan kontrasepsi AKDR.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui struktur histologi kulit ikan gabus. Sampel yang diambil adalah kulit bagian dorsal dan bagian abdomen diamati dengan metode histologi eksplorasi. Pengamatan dilakukan setelah pembuatan preparat histologi yang diwarnai dengan Hematoksilin-eosin (HE) dan Masson trichrome. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan struktur histologi kulit ikan gabus terdiri atas tiga lapisan. Lapisan epidermis yang tersusun atas sel-sel epitel pipih, sel mukus, club cell, dan sel pigmen. Lapisan dermis terdiri dari stratum spongiosum dengan serabut kolagen longgar dan stratum compactum dengan serabut kolagen rapat. Lapisan hipodermis terdiri dari sel lemak, serabut kolagen, dan pembuluh darah. Pada lapisan dermis terdapat banyak serabut kolagen yang berwarna biru dengan pewarnaan Masson trichrome.ABSTRACT  This research aimed was to know the histology skin of snakehead fish. The samples was came form dorsal and abdomen of snakehead fish. The method used Haematoksilin-Eosin (HE) and Masson trichrome method. The result showed that structure of skin snakehead fish consist tree stratums. The first was epidermis stratums which are composed of squamous cells, mucus cell, club cell, and pigment cell. The second was dermis stratums which are composed stratum spongiosum and stratum compactum. The third was hypodermis stratums which are composed of fat cell, collagen, and blood vessel. Mainly collagen was located in dermis which stained by Masson tricrome.

Epidermis bagian dorsal pada kulit ikan gabus memiliki sel mukus dan sel pigmen yang lebih banyak daripada bagian abdomen, serabut kolagen lebih banyak ditemukan pada dermis bagian dorsal daripada bagian abdomen dan jariangan lemak lebih banyak ditemukan pada hipodermis bagian abdomen daripada bagian dorsal.ABSTRACTThis research aimed was to know the histology skin of snakehead fish. The samples were came form dorsal and abdomen of skin and observed by histology method of exploration. The observation of the histology was conducted after the made of histology preparation which was stained  by Haematoksilin-Eosin (HE) and Masson trichrome. The result showed that structure of skin snakehead fish consisted three stratums which epidermis, dermis, and hypodermis .Epidermis consisted of squamous epithelium  cells, mucus cells, club cells, and pigment cells. Dermis consisted of stratum spongiosum and stratum compactum. Hypodermis consisted of  fat cells, collagen, and blood vessel. The dorsal epidermis of snakehead fish had more mucus cells and pigment cells than abdomen epidermis, collagen was more prevalent in dorsal dermis than in the abdomen and the fat tissue was more common in the abdomen hypodermis than the dorsal hypodermis.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the role of individual counseling service to address bullying victims of students SMK Bina Patria 1 Sukoharjo in the academic year 2020/2021. In this research, the researcher used qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is the students of SMK Bina Patria 1 Sukoharjo. To collected the data, the researcher used interview, observation, and documentation. Inteview techniques are used to obtain direct data from source and clients. Observation is used to obtain data through observations of clients related to activities carried out by clients, and documentation techniques ia to obtain written data and photographic data of client activities. To get the validity of the data, the researcher used triangulation data and method. To analyzed data, The researcher used data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. The result of this research is explain how the role of individual counseling service to reduce victims of bullying at SMK Bina Patria 1 Sukoharjo. Seen from the counseling result, students become less frequent and moody anymore, these changes are felt by clients by filling in more useful and positive activities, so the clients can slowly forget the events they have experienced. Beside that, there are also those that cannot be controlled by the client, namely anxiety, restlessness and lazy to come to school, it cannot be practiced by clients because of the situation and conditions during the pandemic. Abstract

Abstract Community empowerment is a very important service activity and must be carried out in an effort to free the community from various adversities, backwardness and backwardness. One of the cities deemed necessary to implement community empowerment activities is Purus Beach, West Padang City. As for the community empowerment activities, the Nagari Children Festival event was held. This nagari children festival event is intended to explore, promote, and preserve cultural arts around the city of Padang through the nagari children's games, which are organized by the Association of Indonesian Tourism Ambassadors (ADWINDO) of Padang City and under the auspices of the Padang City Tourism Office on March 6, 2022. owned by a nagari child who was buried by the time At Purus Beach, West Padang City, this event is a big step in promoting, and preserving the culture of, tourism development. The effectiveness of this FAN activity at Purus Beach, Padang City on March 6, 2022 as a solution to cultural and environmental problems around Purus Beach is very effective because this activity's main goal is to revive children's and youth's interest in playing local games which as we can see at this time, most children and teenagers rarely play local games such as cakbur, cocky, galah and others.
