Abstract

The decline in the culture of literacy and numeracy in Lubuk Linggau City has resulted in low interest in reading among the public, especially students, as well as a lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure to support these activities. To coincide with the commemoration of National Education Day, a literacy and numeracy festival at elementary, middle and high school levels was held. The aim is to arouse students' interest in improving the culture of literacy and numeracy, the method used in this activity is holding several competitions, the aim of holding the competition is to increase students' enthusiasm in competing to improve the culture of literacy and numeracy. The results obtained from this activity are very beneficial for the community, especially students, with this literacy and numeracy festival, students can develop and improve literacy and numeracy culture for the advancement of education in Lubuk Linggau City..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu Kantor ATR/BPN Kabupaten Musi Rawas dalam menangani pengarsipan dokumen penting dalam bentuk digital. Penggunaan metode pada penelitian ini untuk pembangaunan sistem pengarsipan digital ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, analisa kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, perancangan perangkat lunak. Perancangan sistem pengarsipan digital ini menggunakan tool UML dan pemrograman sistem menggunakan php serta perancangan database menggunakan MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program Sistem pengarsipan digital pada ATR/BPN kabupaten Musi Rawas menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL. Penyimpulan yang didapat pada penelitian ini yaitu dapat membantu pihak ATR/BPN Kabupaten Musi Rawas dalam digitalisasi arsip dokumen penting dari kehilangan maupun kerusakan dari dokumen tersebut.

Abstract

The problem in this research is currently, public information to every village community is not carried out effectively because public information is carried out directly so that people who want to know village information must come directly to the Ngestiboga Village office 1. For the process of serving the letters needed by the community through a long process. The community must take care of, for example, a cover letter from the head of the hamlet and then forward it to the Ngestiboga 1 Village Office, where to carry out the service process to take care of the letters is difficult for the community because it is a long process. This study used data collection methods by conducting observations in Ngestiboga 1 Village, Jayaloka District, interviews with staff or the head of Ngestiboga 1 Village, Jayaloka District and literature on books related to the author's title, The results of the research are Public Information System Design and Rubber Production Prediction, the application is built using the PHP programming language with MYSQL as the application database and the application interface is built based on a Website and nave Bayes will be used as an algorithm for rubher production prediction. It can be concluded that the system can provide information and public services online to the community of Ngestiboga I Village, Jayaloka District and apply the Naive Bayes Algorithm so as to produce information on rubber production in the future.

Abstract

Hypertension is a disease that has a high mortality rate every year and can attack individuals of all ages. Hypertension is also one of the entry points or risk factors for diseases such as heart disease, kidney failure, diabetes mellitus and stroke. The aim of this research is to be able to help the community when there are limited tools and experts which cause the community to have difficulty in diagnosing hypertension, on the other hand there are also people who have limited time or money to diagnose hypertension at health facilities such as Community Health Centers, Homes. Hospitals, Clinics and other health facilities. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall method, the waterfall method is a system development method that provides systematic and sequential approaches to software development such as requirements specifications, software design implementation, testing and so on, as for the stages in The waterfall system development method starts from analysis, design, coding and testing. The expert system used in this research uses a certainty factor in diagnosing the percentage of hypertension. The certainty factor method is a method for proving the uncertainty of an expert's thinking, where to accommodate this one usually uses a certainty factor to describe the expert's level of confidence in The problem being faced. The results of this research have a contribution, namely that the application of this expert system can quickly and precisely diagnose whether someone is suffering from hypertension or not based on the data set that has been compiled.

Abstract

The rise of disease attacks on plant leaves causes huge losses for farmers, especially rice farmers. Lack of knowledge in identifying the symptoms of disease in rice plants can cause farmers to have difficulty in dealing with diseases that attack their rice plants, causing errors in handling diseases in rice plants that result in crop failure. When looking at the facts that occur today, it is very necessary to have a technology that can be used to recognise diseases in rice plants, so that it can help rice farmers in recognising a symptom of a disease that attacks their rice plants. With the application of computer vision using the YOLOv5 algorithm, we can create an introduction system related to diseases in rice plants based on the type of disease. In the process of applying the YOLOv5 algorithm, we will collect as many as 1500 images of 2 types of diseases and 1 type of normal rice leaves and each class we collect 500 images, and divide the data into 3 parts, the percentage of which is 70% for train data, 20% for valid data and 10% for test data and this process we do in Roboflow for image labelling and dataset creation. We will process the dataset from roboflow using the YOLOv5 algorithm. Based on the model evaluation results, the highest value of mAP 95%, precision 88%, recall 100% is obtained. The last stage is testing the system in real-time with a webcam and producing a test accuracy value in the Narrow Brown Spot class of 93%, in the Leaf Blight class of 81%, and Normal Rice Leaves 91%.
