Abstract

Traditional fishers play an essential role in Indonesia's fishing business because most fishers are small-scale fishermen who are commonly referred to as conventional fishermen. This study's aim was to determine the factors that affect the income of traditional fishers in Bone Regency. The data used were cross-section data of 30 traditional fishermen in Tanete Riattang Timur and Sibulue Districts, Bone regencies. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable price, amount of catch, and experience in fishing had a positive and significant effect on increasing fishermen's income in Bone Regency. Meanwhile, the variables of capital, number of workers, level of education, and number of dependents had no significant effect on fishermen's opinion. So the stability of fish prices during the fishing season needs attention from the government to increase fishermen's income.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the effectiveness of the Village Fund management in Sibulue District, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province. With Village Funds, village governments are given sufficient authority and resources to improve the economy and the welfare of rural communities. The results of the study show that the use of village funds is quite good and effective to develop the economic potential of the village. The main problem that arises in the management of village funds is the lack of knowledge of human resources related to village financial planning and management.

Abstract

This research aims to find and find the right and effective way to improve the cauldron of human resources (HR) of rice paddy farmers through agricultural extension methods. The research method used is qualitative research that is descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and other data that support research. The results showed that the most appropriate and effective method of agricultural extension towards improving the quality of human resources (HR) of rice paddy farmers is Demplot and Field School because of its informal nature, the learning process is carried out in the field where there are real objects in the form of rice plants that are used as learning materials, the implementation is done by providing guidance then invited directly to the field to see and do joints. Ri by looking at the examples given by extensionists, so that farmers more easily absorb it. With the real evidence seen by farmers, this field school was able to change the mindset of farmers who initially tried to farm in the traditional way then become farmers who follow innovative technology. This method lasted about 4 months or 1 growing season.      Keywords: Quality, Extension Methods, Farmer Groups

Abstract

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara bimbingan belajar dengan kesulitan belajar matematika Siswa SD Inpres Bertingkat Butung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Siswa SD Inpres Bertingkat Butung. Sampelnya yaitu Siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Bertingkat Butung yang berjumlah 36 orang dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Hasil analisis statistik deskriftif menunjukkan bahwa Bimbingan belajar Siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Bertingkat Butung secara kualitatif dikategorikan baik dengan skor rata-rata 85,88 dan angket kesulitan belajar matematika secara kualitatif dikategorikan “rendah” dengan skor rata-rata 14,41. Analisis korelasi sederhana digunakan dalam menguji pengaruh antara Bimbingan belajar dengan kesulitan belajar matematika Siswa SD Inpres Bertingkat Butung. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan 36 responden tersebut menunjukkan hasil sebagai berikut : didapat bahwa thitung sebesar 2,643 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel sebesar 1,690 atas dasar taraf signifikan sebesar 5 % dengan jumlah responden 36 orang. Variabel kesulitan belajar yang disebarkan pada ke 36 Siswa yang terpilih sebagai responden penelitian dengan menggunakan angket terdapat 6 orang dalam kategori sangat rendah, 13 orang dalam kategori rendah, 8 orang dalam kategori sedang, 9 orang dalam kategori tinggi, dan tidak ada Siswa dalam kategori sangat tinggi, sedangkan variabel bimbingan belajar diperoleh dari nilai tes hasil ulangan tengah semester pada mata pelajaran Matematika terdapat 10 orang dalam kategori sangat baik, 11 orang dalam kategori baik, 3 orang dalam kategori cukup baik, 8 orang dalam kategori kurang, dan 4 orang dalam kategori sangat kurang. Berdasarkan uraian diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari tabel Distribusi t untuk  a = 0,05 dan dk n-2 =34 diperoleh t tabel = 1,690. Katena t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel 2,643 1,690 maka Ho ditolak sehingga disimpulkan terdapat Pengaruh yang signifikan antara Bimbingan Belajar dengan Hasil Belajar Matematika. Dan dikatakan korelasi “cukup kuat” yang ditunjukkan oleh harga rhitung sebesar 0,413.

Abstract

Keberpihakan pemerintah daerah terhadap penduduk miskin dalam era otonomi perlu dilakukan, mengingat jumlah penduduk miskin relatif masih tinggi. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas kebijakan pemerintah daerah terhadap angka kemiskinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel tahun 2012 sampai 2018 pada 24 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Data diperoleh dari;  Dirjen Perimbangan keuangan Kementrian Keuangan, badan pusat statistik kabupaten kota, dan Pemerintah Daerah. Data yang dugunakan meliputi; angka kemiskinan, belanja modal, belanja sosial, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Data kemudian analisis dengan analisis tipologi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa daerah yang berada pada kuadran pertama adalah daerah dengan angka kemiskinan tinggi, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi tinggi, belanja modal tinggi, dan belanja sosial tinggi. Karena itu daerah yang berada pada kuadran pertama kurang efektif dalam mendukung penanggulangan kemiskinan di daerahnya. Dalam penelitian terdapat tiga kabupaten kota yang konsisten berada pada kuadran ini. Sementara kuadran empat mencerminkan kondisi dimana pemerintah daerah memiliki kebijakan yang cukup efektif dalam menurunkan angka kemiskinan. Hanya saja dalam penelitian ini  hanya terdapat satu kabupaten/kota yang konsisten berada pada posisi ini. Dalam upaya untuk menurunkan angka kemiskinan, maka keberpihakan pemerintah daerah terhadap program penanggulangan kemiskinan mutlak diperlukan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the role of Prepopulated Data in increasing the ease of reporting Value Added Tax at the North Makassar Tax Service Office. The research method used is descriptive and tends to use analysis with a qualitative approach to describe how much superiority there is before the prepopulated data and after the prepopulated data. The results of this study indicate that with the new E-invoice feature 3.0, it helps taxpayers to comply and reduce the risk of errors in reporting Value Added Tax. With the 3.0 feature, it is very easy for taxpayers to report their taxes.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the problem regarding the Application of Tariff Changes for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to the compliance of the Makassar City UMKM Taxpayers. This research is a type of research that uses descriptive qualitative methods. This research data includes primary data and secondary data. The results showed that after implementing the policy of changing the MSME rate from 1% (PP 46 2013) to 0.5% (PP 23/2018) the level of taxpayer compliance has increased. This is evidenced by the increasing number of new taxpayers who register to obtain Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP). The advantage felt by MSME players is that the tax imposed is now much lower than before. West Makassar KPP Pratama also benefited, as evidenced by the amount of tax revenue from West Makassar KPP Pratama in 2018 experiencing a significant increase.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the impression / influence of students' knowledge on the decision to become a customer of Islamic banks. This study uses a quantitative descriptive study with pourposiive samples of 50 VII semester students of the Department of Development Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University, Makassar. Data collection techniques are observation and questionnaires while data analysis techniques are using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that students' knowledge had a positive and significant effect on the decision to become a customer of a Sharia Bank.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of social media marketing and e- word of mouth on purchasing decisions; social media marketing and e-word of mouth influence purchase intention; social media marketing and e-word of mouth influence purchasing decisions by mediating purchase intention. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research approach using data obtained from a sample of the study population and analyzed according to statistical methods. The population in this study uses an infinite population, where the infinite population in this study is taken from consumers who have purchased Zoya's hijab products. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total sample of 70 respondents. The analysis technique used is path analysis technique. by collecting data through research instruments, by distributing questionnaires to consumers. The results of the study found that based on the results of the study found that social media marketing and e-word of mouth had a positive effect on purchasing decisions; social media marketing and e-word of mouth have a positive effect on purchase intention; social media marketinghas a positive effect on purchasing decisions through mediation of purchase intention; e-word of mouth has a positive effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention. social media marketinghas a positive effect on purchasing decisions through mediation of purchase intention; e-word of mouth has a positive effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention. social media marketing has a positive effect on purchasing decisions through mediation of purchase intention; e-word of mouth has a positive effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the result of 1) customer satisfaction over digital marketing; 2) customer satisfaction over product quality; 3) purchasing decisions over digital marketing; 4) purchasing decision over product quality; 5) customer satisfaction with purchasing decisions; 6) digital marketing on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction; 7) purchasing decisions on product quality through customer satisfaction. A type approach used in this study is a quantitative approach method. The targeted people in this study are Makassar citizenship which has accounts and users of Shopee services. This study used purposive sampling with a type of judgment sampling is 95 samples. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires to students of Office Automation Management. This study uses the Structural Equational Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis method. The study result found: 1) a significant result in customer satisfaction over digital marketing; 2) a significant result in customer satisfaction over product quality; 3) a significant result in purchasing decisions over digital marketing; 4) a significant result in purchasing decision over product quality; 5) a significant result on purchasing decisions customer satisfaction; 6) through customer satisfaction, digital marketing has a significant impact on purchasing decisions; 7) customer satisfaction has a significant impact on purchasing decisions due to product quality.
