Financial management in government agencies is very important as it has a "specific" concept of performance, namely responsibility, synergy, transparency and innovation. The financial information system is one of the tools used to record various information system transactions that affect the operation and management of business support activity. The financial management process in the work unit of the Class I, Non-TPI Immigration Office in Karawang can be considered less effective and efficient as it goes through multiple stages with different applications, which underlie changes in the use of financial information. This article is to explain the implementation of changes in the financial information system in the Immigration Service Class I No TPI Karawang The method of writing this article is to combine descriptive qualitative research methods with observations, use of survey techniques, analysis, interpretation of data. and triangle. The results obtained are (1) Changes in the application system in the work unit of the Immigration Office Class 1 Non TPI Karawang generally facilitate tasks and work for users. (2) Comparing time effectiveness is not very important, but using an application to be able to perform different types of financial operations can minimize the occurrence of errors or non-response on a PC during the recording work. (3) The effectiveness of the work summary occurs in the reconciliation phase, where with the latest system the E-Recon reconciliation process between the work units and the PCPN is automated (it is not necessary to use CDA (Computer Data Archive). ) of ABAS (Accrual Based Accounting System) in E-Commerce.econ). (4) The SAKTI application can replace the 6 previous applications used in the Karawang Class 1 Immigration Office. (5) Changes in the financial information system do not reduce the existing existing tasks and functions as financial documents.

Bank sebagai salah satu perusahaan jasa yang mementingkan kepuasaan nasabah melalui penawaran layanan dan produk perbankan yang diminati oleh nasabah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan prioritas dan kualitas produk yang ditawarkan oleh Bank BTN Prioritas terhadap kepuasaan nasabah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner pada 87 responden yaitu nasabah BTN Prioritas yang masih menjadi nasabah aktif di BTN Cabang Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa layanan prioritas memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kepuasaan nasabah bank prioritas dibandingan dengan pengaruh dari kualitas produk prioritas.Kata Kunci : Kualitas layanan, Kualitas Produk, Kepuasaan Nasabah

The multidimensional crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic has come so quickly and exposed the fragility of a country in various fields. In the health sector, this pandemic, for example, shows how inadequate and evenly distributed health facilities are in many countries, including the United States and Italy, which were previously considered to be quite advanced in terms of public health facilities. In the economic field, the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has developed in such a way and caused a contraction in the global economy. world financial institutions estimate that the Covid-19 pandemic will cause a contraction in the world economy by -2.0% to 2.8% in 2020, from previously growing by an average of 2.9% in 2019. At the same time, the Covid-19 pandemic it is also expected to reduce global trade and investment flows by up to 30%, as well as increase world financial market volatility by up to 215%. This research will discuss the activities of the Indonesian capital market during the pandemic and post-pandemic eras. This research uses qualitative methods because this research only describes situations or events and does not look for or explain relationships and does not test hypotheses or make predictions. The results of the research show that the performance of the Indonesian Capital Market in 2021 showed stable and improving performance, which was reflected in, among other things, market stability, trading activity, the amount of fundraising and the number of retail investors which reached a record high.

The capital market is an alternative for students or investors to invest both in the short and long term. Stocks are one of the most popular and traded capital market financial products. Investment knowledge is an understanding that one must have about various aspects of investment, starting from basic knowledge of investment appraisal, the level of risk and the rate of return on investment.

Saat ini perkembangan bisnis sangat pesat ini karena pengusaha selalu memunculkan ide-ide kreatif dan inovatif. Dengan berkembang nya ide-ide tersebut, konsep pemasaran juga dipelajari perkembangannya. Toko Kue Lestari adalah toko roti dan kue yang menawarkan berbagai roti dan kue berkualitas. Lestari Cake Shop bertujuan untuk mempertahankan kualitas yang baik sebagai toko kue dan bakery, hanya menawarkan roti dan kue terbaik, agar konsumen tetap setia kepada Toko Kue Lestari. Maksud dari kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti pendekatan yang digunakan. Toko Cake Lestari dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan melalui kualitas produk dan pelayanannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Toko Cake Lestari memenuhi indikator 8 dimensi kualitas produk dan 5 dimensi dalam kualitas pelayanan. Saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya adalah hendaknya peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif untuk mengukur seberapa Dampak mutu pelayanan dan produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. yang ada di Toko Cake Lestari. Adapun saran bagi Toko Cake Lestari adalah Toko Cake Lestari harus mempertahankan mutu pelayanan dan mutu produk yang dimiliki kini
