Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Jambi Province's economic growth on the number of workers and local revenue. This quantitative research uses secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Directorate General of Financial Balance (DJPK) for the 2018–2022 period. This data consists of time series and cross-sections. The Random Effect Model (REM) panel data regression method is used. The results of this research show that the t test influences the economic growth of Jambi Province positively and significantly, while the f test shows that the number of workers and local income influence the economic growth of Jambi Province simultaneously or simultaneously. Abstract

Mekanisme Tata Kelola Perusahaan merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Suatu Perusahaan yang sudah terbukti memperhatikan mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan akan cenderung memiliki sistem tata kelola yang baik pula. Apabila hal tersebut sudah terlaksana maka perusahaan dapat membina hubungan yang baik dengan para stakeholder. Namun penerapannya masih banyak perusahaan yang belum mampu menerapkan tata kelola yang baik dalam perusahaannya sehingga banyak masalah-masalah yang timbul dalam sistem pengelolaannya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Mekanisme Tata Kelola Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index Tahun 2017-2022. Mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan diproksikan dengan menggunakan Kepemilikan institusional, Dewan Komisaris, Komisaris Independen, Dewan Direksi dan Komite Audit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan Analisis Regresi Data Panel, Pengujian Model, Uji Asumsi Klasik Dan Uji Hipotesis dengan alat bantu aplikasi eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Komite Audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan Kepemilikan Institusional, Dewan Komisaris, Komisaris Independen, dan Dewan Direksi berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Serta hasil dari uji F yang dilakukan menyatakan bahwa variabel independen yaitu Kepemilikan Institusional, Dewan Komisaris, Dewan Komisaris Independen, Dewan Direksi, dan KomiteAudit mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen yaitu Nilai Perusahaan sebesar 84.61 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 15.39% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya diluar penelitian seperti Kepemilikan Manajerial, kepemilikan saham asing, ukuran perusahaan, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of celebrity endorsements, product variety, and product quality on the decision to purchase a mobile phone case at anyacollection_. The population and sample used in this study were coustemers from the anyacolection_ online shop who had bought cell phone case products at anyacolection_. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with Likert scale measurements. Then, the data testing techniques used in this study were validity and reliability tests, R-Squer tests, and hypothesis testing through bootstrapping using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results showed that celebrity endorsements and product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product variations had a negative effect on purchasing decisions. The better the promotion and the level of product quality, the more it will influence the decision to buy a cellphone case at the anyacollection_ online shop

Abstract

Pada saat ini fashion Muslim sedang mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan, setiap toko berusaha menghadirkan produk-produk unggulan yang sesuai dengan trend yang sedang terjadi di pasaran dan diminati para konsumen. Semakin banyaknya pilihan membuat konsumen bingung untuk menentukan membeli produk yang mana. Strategi pemasaran dan kepuasan konsumen menjadi pembanding bagi konsumen agar dapat mengetahui perbedaan antara toko satu dengan toko lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbedaan strategi pemasaran dan kepuasan konsumen Butik L By Laudya Cynthia Bella dan Butik Audira di Kota Jambi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif komparatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji independent sample t-test. Hasil uji independent sample t-test menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara strategi pemasaran Butik L By Laudya Cynthia Bella dan Butik Audira. Untuk kepuasan konsumen, diperoleh nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,467 > 0,05 yang berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kepuasan konsumen Butik L By Laudya Cynthia Bella dan Butik Audira.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of sharia microfinance institutions in strengthening the economic independence of communities in Malaysia. The main focus of this research is to analyze the contribution of sharia microfinance institutions in increasing financial access for society, especially in the context of sharia economics. The research method used is descriptive analysis by collecting primary data through interviews and secondary data from related literature. It is hoped that the findings from this research will provide in-depth insight into how sharia microfinance institutions can be an effective instrument in building the economic independence of communities in Malaysia, as well as provide relevant policy recommendations to support the development of the sharia economic sector more broadly

Abstract

Financial management plays an important role in promoting independence and prosperity in communities, especially in rural areas where economic resources are often limited. This paper explores the importance of community financial management training as a catalyst for creating independent and prosperous villages. By equipping community members with important financial literacy skills, such as budgeting, savings, and investment strategies, villages can better manage their resources and increase their economic stability. This training focuses on empowering community leaders and residents to understand basic financial concepts and implement sustainable financial practices adapted to their local context. Through workshops, seminars, and practical exercises, participants learn to develop financial plans, identify potential sources of income, and reduce financial risks. In addition, this training emphasizes the importance of transparent financial governance and accountability to build trust and cooperation within the community. In addition, case studies and success stories from similar initiatives show the positive impact of financial management training on village development. These examples illustrate how better financial decision making can lead to increased household income, better infrastructure development, and higher social welfare. Ultimately, the goal is to create self-sufficient villages that can develop independently by utilizing their resources effectively and responsibly.

Abstract

Achieving gender equality and economic independence. These programs aim to increase women's access to financial services, promote entrepreneurship, and facilitate economic participation through the use of digital technology. By providing training in personal financial management, e-commerce, and online banking applications, women can overcome traditional barriers such as limited access and cultural norms that limit their financial inclusion. This research explores the transformational potential of these empowerment programs, highlighting the importance of cross-sector collaboration and supporting policies to achieve the full potential of women's empowerment through digital financial skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh pengetahuan investasi, modal minimal dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah pada pengusaha sawit di Kecamatan Sumay Kabupaten Tebo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan investasi (X1) menunjukan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Modal minimal (X2) menunjukan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dan persepsi risiko (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Sedangkan pengetahuan investasi (X1), modal minimal (X2) dan persepsi risiko (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Adapun pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut sebesar 24,5%% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 75,5% yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.
