Abstract

The aims of this study was to examine the effect of net profit margins on profit growth at PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk. The population used is the financial statement data from 1997-2018. With a sample of research for 7 years namely 2012-2018. The method used is purposive. The type of data is secondary data sourced from financial statements. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has no significant effect on profit growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt Ratio (DR) on stock prices. This research was conducted at a banking company registered in LQ-45. This research uses associative research. The population in this study were all banking companies listed in LQ-45 based on the research period as many as 7 companies and the sample used was 5 companies with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis conducted, this study shows that Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt Ratio (DR) have no significant effect on stock prices partially but Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt Ratio (DR) have a significant effect on stock prices simultaneously.

Abstract

This service aims to further introduce alternative tourist attractions in Raba Village, Wawo District, Bima Regency. Besides that, another goal of this service is to be able to increase the village's original income and provide jobs for the local village community. The methods used in this service activity are: socialization of the program, analysis of the attractiveness of tourist objects, environmental conditions and ease of access to tourist attractions, assistance and strengthening of human resources, assistance for institutional strengthening of tourism village community groups, assistance for participatory planning and development of tourist villages, and training and entrepreneurship assistance and making souvenirs to be sold at tourist sites. The result of the dedication is the formation of a natural tourist location "Jurang Pengantin" which will become a tourist destination for local and foreign tourists from Wawo District and the formation of groups of young people who are aware of tourism and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penilaian kinerja keuangan menggunakan pendekatan metode Du Pont System. Obyek pada penelitian ini adalah PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure, Tbk. Populasi penelitian selama 16 tahun terhitung dari tahun 2006 – 2021 dengan metode sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah selama 8 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2014 – 2021. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui website resmi Perusahaan dan www.idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian secara rata – rata nilai Return On Invesment (ROI) Du Pont berada pada kinerja yang tidaka baik dikarenakan nilainya di bawah nilai standar yang di tetapkan sebagai standar kinerja baik. Begitu juga secara rata – rata Return On Equity (ROE) Du Pont berada pada kinerja yang tidaka baik dikarenakan nilainya di bawah nilai standar yang di tetapkan sebagai standar kinerja baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure, Tbk selama tahun 2014 – 2021 dilihat dari pendekatan Du Pont System ­berada pada kinerja keuangan yang tidak baik. Saran pihak manajemen untuk selalu mempertahankan dan mengevaluasi, serta meningkatkan kinerja keuangan Perusahaan serta harus lebih efektif dalam pengelolaan aktiva perusahaan guna menghasilkan penjualan, efisien dalam penggunaan modal, menekan biaya-biaya yang mampu mengurangi laba bersih dengan meningkatkan penjualan agar dan pencapaian laba yang lebih tinggi.
