Abstract

Educators must realize that students are unique creatures that have distinctive differences, such as differences in intelligence, interests, talents, hobbies, behavior and attitudes. In addition, their differences are also caused in terms of social, economic, and family care background. For this reason, educators must understand the differences in individual students in order to be able to serve education in accordance with these differences. The existence of teacher knowledge about students' differences will deliver the development and potential of students optimally. That is, educators who provide learning according to the development and needs of students in accordance with the development of students are inseparable from soft skills and and the methods used in Learning. Sample is taken from high school students in the city of Bekasi, as many as 30 students. One of the approaches used is the critical lesso study. Improvement is expected to be realized. This research method uses 2 cycles of classroom action research methods. The results of my research, the critical LSson study approach can improve students' soft skills, as much as 0.6.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship lessons and crafts are often overlooked. Subjects that are sometimes forgotten to be developed and integrated in other subjects. On the one hand, other subjects received attention, especially the subjects tested in the National Examination, such as mathematics, Indonesian, English and others. Attention in the area of ​​entrepreneurship lessons requires more attention, considering the nature of this lesson can instill independent values. This study aims to examine and apply the methods of cooperative learning in entrepreneurship and craft lessons. Research site at Alihsan High School, Bekasi. A sample of 30 classical students was conducted using the normality test and homogeneity test. The results of the study pointed out that the cooperative learning method can improve entrepreneurial learning outcomes and craftsmanship.

Abstract

Supervision of the teaching and learning process was a series of final activities in assessing an activity. Class supervision carried out by the principal is an activity that determines the success of a teaching class supervision activity carried out by the principal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of classroom supervision and monitoring on teacher performance, the effect of supervision on teacher performance and monitoring of teacher performance. This research method using survey method. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all teachers, totaling 21 junior and senior high school principals in the Bekasi city environment. The data were processed using SPSS 21. The data were processed using normality and homogeneity tests. After that the data were analyzed using multiple regressions. The results showed that supervision had an effect on performance, monitoring had an effect on performance and the effect of simultaneous supervision and monitoring on performance.

Abstract

Perkembangan Information and Communication Technology (ICT) menuntut perkembangan dunia perpustakaan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang lebih memuaskan kepada penggunanya. Perpustakaan Nasional RI menyediakan layanan perpustakaan digital (e-library) untuk mempermudah pengguna perpustakaan dalam mencari literatur. Perpustakaan Nasional RI selama ini berasumsi bahwa pelaksanaan sistem e-library sudah berjalan efektif, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi/penelitian untuk mengukur efektivitas penerapan e-library dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penerapan e-library di Perpustakaan Nasional RI. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur tingkat efektivitas penerapan e-library. Pengukuran efektivitas sistem e-library menggunakan Teori Kesuksesan Information System Succes Model DeLone and McLean 2003. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna perpustakaan digital yang ada di Perpustakaan Nasional RI. Data primer diambil dari survey lapangan, yaitu melaksanakan pengamatan,wawancara dan menyebar kuesioner terhadap sampel yang dipilih dengan menggunakan Metode Purposive Sampling, sedangkan data sekunder menggunakan literatur sebagai pendukung teori. Pengolahan data dan analisis menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling)/Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural, dengan menggunakan software statistik AMOS (Analysis Moment Of Structural) versi 21. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa penerapan sistem e-library di Perpustakaan Nasional RI sudah berjalan efektif dengan garis variabel Kualitas Informasi (KI) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (KL) terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna (KP); Kepuasan Pengguna (KP) terhadap Manfaat Bersih (MB). Artinya Kualitas Informasi (KI) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (KL) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna (KP), Kepuasan Pengguna (KP) berpengaruh terhadap Manfaat Bersih (MB).Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, E-library, DeLone and McLean, SEM, AMOS

Abstract

Interest in reading among students is still low. Students are only able to understand the procedural text well. Procedure text is a text description that contains the text of a program and tool. Students are expected to have an interest in reading well. Entrepreneurial practice is an important factor in the success of entrepreneurship lessons. This research uses quantitative. There is an influence of reading interest on entrepreneurship learning outcomes, there is an influence of practice on entrepreneurship student learning outcomes and there is a guide for reading interest and entrepreneurship practice on entrepreneurship learning outcomes for students of SMK Mulia Kencana, Bogor district. Respondents were 43 students of class XI SMK Mulia Kencana. Data is processed using SPSS 22. Data is processed by reliability and collinearity tests, then processed by hypothesis testing and the r Square test. Entrepreneurship learning needs to be improved in quality and attention for teachers and the government. Schools can reactivate programs to increase interest in reading and entrepreneurial practice
