merupakan inovasi yang harus diterapkan petani dalam menguranggi penggunaan pestisida. Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan tingkat penerapan PHT oleh petani. Metode penelitian survei bersifat dekriptif. Jumlah responden 90 petani Kenagarian Koto Tinggi. Penelitian lapang April-Mei 2015. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif yang didukung dengan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerapan komponen PHT meliputi pemanfaatan musuh alami sebesar 53,05% responden dalam kategori rendah. Komponen budidaya tanaman terdiri dari pengolahan lahan, pemeliharaan dan panen/pascapanen, penggunaan benih/bibi, penggunaan pupuk dan pengendalian OPT secara keseluruhan sebesar 62,78 % dalam kategori cukup sesuai dengan yang telah direkomendasikan. Komponen pengamatan berkala tergolong sedang dan tinggi sebesar 77,78% .Kata kunci : Penerapan, Petani, Peran penyuluh, PHT

Hypertension is one of the serious health problems. The World Health Organization (WHO) revealed that there were 839 million cases of hypertension in 2014, and it is estimated that there will have been 1.15 million cases in 2025. The data from Putri Hijau Level II Hospital showed that there were 226 cases of hypertension in the Indonesia soldiers in 2016. The objective of the research was to find out the determinants of hypertension in ≤ 40 year-old Indonesian soldiers at Putri Hijau Level II Hospital, Medan, in 2017. The research used observational analytic method with case-control study design. The samples were 44 respondents with hypertension in the case group and 44 respondents without hypertension in the control group. The result of multivariate analysis showed that consuming coffee (OR=15.514, 95%CI=4.275-56.297), consuming fat (OR=4.987 95%CI=1.380-18.021), smoking (OR=7,072 95%CI=1,344-37,209),and psychosocial stress (OR=4.858 95%CI=1.312-19,988) were the predictors of hypertension with the equation for hypertension of -4.510 + 2.742 (consuming coffee) + 1.607(consuming fat)+1.956 (smoking)+ 1.581 (psychosocial stress). It is recommended that the health care providers intensify promotion about healthy lifestyle, including quitting smoking, curbing fat and coffee consumption, and avoiding stress so that the risk for hypertension can be forestalled in the Indonesian soldiers as the persons who defend their nation.

Perkawinan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat didambakan oleh setiap pasangan, perkawinan merupakan gerbang awal dalam membentuk suatu rumah tangga, perkawinan diatur dalam Undang-undang Perkawinan, karena keterbukaan Indonesia kepada dunia Internasional berdampak cukup besar terhadap sendi-sendi kehidupan masyarakatnya termasuk soal perkawinan banyak terjadi persoalan dimana perkawinan tidak hanya antara sesama penduduk Indonesia yang tentunya dapat dipastikan berkewarganegaraan Indonesia pula tetapi seiring perkembangan zaman yang terjadi banyak warga Negara Indonesia melakukan perkawinan dengan warga Negara asing atau yang sering disebut dengan Perkawinan campuran dalam perkawinan campuran terdapat perbedaan antara kewarganegaraan laki-laki serta perempuan maupun sebaliknya, perkawinan campuran itu sendiri dapat dijumpai landasan hukumnya pada Pasal 57 Undang-undangNomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan, pada hakikatya dalam perkawinan campuran warga negara Indonesia dapat memilih kewarganegaraan mengikuti suami maupun isterinya sesuai dengan isi dari Pasal 26 Undang-undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2006 Tentang kewarganegaraan Republik Indonesia, Penelitian Hukum yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Hukum Normatif dalam hal ini mengkaji adanya konflik norma antara ketentuan undang-undang yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Warga negara Indonesia yang melakukan perkawinan campuran untuk memisahkan seluruh harta benda antara pasanganya masing-masing selama masa perkawinan dapat membuat suatu perjanjian perkawinan dengan tetap mempertahankan status kewarganegaraanya itu. ABSTRAK Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan kegiatan penelitian dalam bentuk siklus yang berawal dari masalah yang terdapat dikelas, diselesaikan dengan melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Dari hasil pengamatan proses kegiatan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X AK I belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar minimum (KBM) pada mata pelajaran dasar perbankan simpanan deposito. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui model discovery learning dengan menggunakan media powtoon yang dilaksanakan selama dua siklus pada kelas X AK I SMK Negeri Mojoagung berjumlah 35 peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dari penerapan model discovery learning menggunakan media powtoon menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru pada siklus I mencapai skor 2,86 dengan kategori “Baik” menjadi 3,28 pada siklus II masuk kategori “Baik Sekali”, aktivitas peserta didik pada siklus I mencapai skor 2,70 dengan kategori “Baik” menjadi “Baik Sekali” sebesar 3,54 pada siklus II. Hasil belajar yang diperoleh peserta didik mendapatkan nilai 71,85% menjadi 89,22%. Respon peserta didik dalam penerapan model discovery learning memperoleh persentase jawaban “Setuju” sebesar 89,90% dan yang “Tidakm Setuju” sebesar 10,09%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan model discovery learning menggunakan media powtoon untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran dasar perbankan kelas X AK I SMK Negeri Mojoagung. ABSTRACT Class action research (PTK) is an activity of research in the form of a cycle starting from the problem that there are processed, completed with through planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Of learning activities process observations show that the results of the learning learners class X AK I havent reached the minimum learning ketuntasan (KBM) in the basic subjects of banking deposits deposits. This research aims to improve the learning results of learners through discovery learning model by using powtoon media conducted during two cycles in the class X AK I SMK Negeri Mojoagung totaled 35 learners. The methods used are observation, test, question form, and documentation. Research results from the application of the model of discovery learning using media powtoon shows that the activity of the teacher in the cycle I achieve scores 2.86 with "good" categories be 3.28 on cycle II entered the category of "Excellent", the activity of learners at cycle I achieve a score 2.70 with the category of "Good" to "Excellent" of 3.54 in cycle II. The results of the study obtained the learners get value 71.85% to 89.22%. The response of the learners in the application of the model of discovery learning gain percentage answers "Agree" of $89.90% and the "Disagree" of 10.09%. Thus it can be concluded that the model through the application of discovery learning using media powtoon to enhance student learning outcomes basic banking classes of subjects X AK I SMK Negeri Majoagung. Patients intubated and using ventilators for a long time are at risk of developing a nosocomial infection called Ventilator Associated Pneumonia (VAP). VAP events in the ICU can be minimized by the action procedure, VAP Bundle (VAPb). This study aims to describe the implementation of VAP Bundle (VAPb) in patients who have ventilators in the ICU. The research design used quantitative descriptive and the study sample was patients who were newly installed ETT / Intubation with mechanical ventilation within 1x24 hours, totaling 33 respondents were taken based on inclusion criteria with purposive sampling technique. Data collection tools in the form of VAPb observation sheets that have been modified and validated, data analysis is univariate analysis. The study was conducted by observing each VAPb applied by nurses to newly intubated patients and using a ventilator. The results of the study of the majority of respondents were 33.3% of late adulthood, male sex 60.5%, diagnosis of surgical disease 69.7%. Through univariate analysis, out of 33 respondents the percentage picture of hand hygiene by nurses, patient's oral hygiene and management of oroparyngeal and tracheal secretions was 100%. The percentage picture for setting the position of the patient's head is 72.8%. Of the 33 respondents who were supported, respondents agreed to document nursing in awakening patients every day in making integration reports (100%).The results showed that overall the implementation of VAPb in patients with ventilators not yet in accordance with predetermined VAPb, was due to the diagnosis and specific conditions of patients who restricted the administration of medicamentos and non-medicamentos. Suggestion: even though the administration of medicamentosa is not given related to the diagnosis and condition of the patient, documentation of nursing is still carried out. Job market or often known as job expo is an annual event organized by the City Workforce Pekanbaru with the aim to reduce unemployment in the City Pekanbaru. In the implementation of this job expo the City Workforce Pekanbaru cooperating with the company in the City Pekanbaru. In the implementation job expo is still low placement of workers absorbed, the number of job vacancies ar little considering the number of job seekers are increasing, then the law number 13 0f 2003 on employment to give authority to the company as a provider of job vacancies provided by the company in the activity of job expo.The method used in this study is purposive sampling, the data source used in this study is covering primary data and secondary data, the location of research conducted on the Labor and Transmigration office of Pekanbaru City. Informant of this research head of placement of employment, head of section of employment of domestic worker, PT. Swakarya Mandiri, PT. Inter Boga Nusantara and job seekers.The concept of theory used by research is the theory of coordination according to sugandha wich consist of : organizational structure, planning, procedures and supervision. This research use qualitative descriptive data assessment, data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. To ensure the validity of research data using data source tringulation.From the results of the research, it is known that the coordination of job expo implementation by City Workforce Pekanbaru not implemented well, because the low labor absorbed in the placement and available job vacancies are still small. As for the factors that hinder the coordination of job expo implementation by the Workforce Pekanbaru namely: budget, communication/ information and job vacancy.Key Words: Coordination, Implementation and Job Expo

Abstract: Development Of Android-Based Learning Media In Class IV Theme 6 Subtema 1 Thematic Learning In Basic School This study was conducted to determine the feasibility and stages of developing Android-based learning media in the fourth grade thematic learning theme 6 sub-theme 1 in elementary schools. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D). The data collection technique used an instrument sheet for the evaluation of the validation results of material experts and media experts which was carried out by 2 material experts and 2 media experts. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and percentage with the results obtained, namely: the results of the material expert validation obtained a percentage of 96.4% with a very high interval, the results of the media expert's assessment obtained a percentage of 91.7% with a very high interval. Based on the results of the validation of material experts and media experts for developing Android-based learning media in thematic learning for class IV theme 6 sub-theme 1 in elementary schools, it is declared valid and feasible to be applied. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan tahapan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Android pada pembelajaran tematik kelas IV tema 6 subtema 1 disekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar instrumen penilaian hasil validasi ahli materi dan ahli media yang dilaksanakan oleh 2 ahli materi dan 2 ahli media. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan presentase dengan hasil yang diperoleh yaitu: hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh presentase 96,4% dengan interval sangat tinggi, hasil penilaian ahli media memperoleh presentase 91,7% dengan interval sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi dan ahli media pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Android pada pembelajaran tematik kelas IV tema 6 subtema 1 disekolah dasar dinyatakan valid dan layak untuk diterapkan. So far, people consider rambutan seeds as unused waste, even though rambutan seeds have many health benefits. The purpose of the activities carried out by UNRAM Integrated KKN students is so that people can utilize rambutan seeds into products that have sales value. This activity was carried out in Karang Bayan Village, Lingsar District, West Nusa Tenggara. The approach used in this activity is Learning by Doing. UNRAM's integrated KKN student team learned by practicing directly how to process rambutan seeds with the tools and materials that had been prepared. This approach is expected to be more effective in achieving the output targets in KKN activities in Karang Bayan Village. The results of the implementation of the Integrated Community Service Program (KKN) activities are able to provide information and innovation about processing rambutan seed waste so that the community is able to process rambutan seed waste into a creative business venture, which is able to show creativity in turning unused waste into a valuable product. In addition, this activity can also be an option to reduce waste, especially rambutan seeds.

This research is based on the new paradigm of agricultural development is the development of integrated farming. Agricultural development aims to optimize the utilization of natural resources and advanced technology is cheap, simple, and effective accompanied by the arrangement and development of agricultural institutions in rural areas. Integrated farming as a solution to problems in economic development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the income of farmers in the corn-cattle integrated farming model. This study uses a descriptive method, which is carried out in Lima Puluh Kota Regency, precisely in Payakumbuh District. The selection of the research area was carried out in purposive method. The study was conducted in Juli - Oktober 2022. Determination of the research sample using the snowball sampling method. Collecting data using interview method using questionnaires to obtain primary data and documentation method to obtain secondary data. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis using analysis of farm income, and using analysis of R/C ratio and profitability.The results showed that the average production amount of corn produced was 3.48 tonnes /hectare, with total revenues obtained amounting to IDR 11,327,000 and total cost of IDR 8,759,250/hectare. So, the total income obtained from corn integrated farming are IDR 2,567,750. The total revenues obtained from integrated farming of cattle farming are IDR IDR 98,441,500 with a total cost of IDR 78,910,069.57 /head. So the total income obtained from integrated farming of cattle are IDR 19,531,430.43. The value of the R/C ratio of integrated corn farming is 1.26; with a profit rate of 30.54%. Whereas, the R/C ratio for integrated cattle farming is 1.22, with a profit rate of 22.37%. The value of the R/C ratio and the profit level obtained showed that the corn-cow integrated farming model is feasible to be cultivated and developed.
