Abstract

Contextual ambidexterity merupakan kapasitas keperilakuan untuk memadukan aktivitas eksplorasi dan eksploitasi secara simultan. Dalam konteks manajemen pengetahuan, aktivitas eksplorasi sama dengan akuisisi pengetahuan, sedangkan aktivitas eksploitasi sama dengan berbagi pengetahuan. Pada penelitian ini, pencapaian kemampuan contextual ambidexterity akan dianalisis pada level individu dengan melihat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, serta peran kompleksitas tugas sebagai variabel pemoderasi dengan menggunakan teori jalur sasaran dan teori pembelajaran organisasional sebagai pondasi teoritis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Pembina Kesejahteraan Umat Muhammadiyah, Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan hasil survei, sebanyak 114 responden memenuhi kriteria sampel berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi moderasian untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan contextual ambidexterity, sedangkan pengujian efek moderasi menunjukkan bahwa kompleksitas tugas tidak memoderasi pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap pencapaian kemampuan contextual ambidexterity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and self-efficacy on employee performance. The object of this research is a historical and tourism site in the Semarang City, namely the Sam Poo Kong Temple and Lawang Sewu. The research was conducted in quantitative method by distributing questionnaire to the employee in the both locations. The sampling method that purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents are employee has been working for at least one year. Based on the data collection, a sample of 107 employees was obtained to be analyzed. The data were analyzed using regression analysis method. The results of the study strengthen the findings of previous studies that work environment and self-efficacy have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines how the Theory of Planned Behavior and perceived risk can affect the intention to switch users of free versions of freemium online applications and games to use paid versions of freemium online applications and games. Data was collected using an online questionnaire which was distributed to 226 students at several universities in Indonesia. This study was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Amos. The results showed that attitude proved to have a positive effect on intention. Subjective norms proved to have a positive effect on perceived behavioral control and attitudes. Perceived behavioral control has a positive effect on attitudes and intentions. Subjective norms were not shown to have a negative effect on intentions. Perceived performance risk does not affect attitudes and intentions to use freemium paid versions of online applications and games.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and Work-Family Conflict on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of teachers under the auspices of the Islamic Education Welfare Foundation, Susukan, Cirebon Regency which consists of kindergarten, elementary, junior high, MTs, MA, SMA and SMK. This study uses a survey method using path analysis techniques including: model analysis, hypothesis testing and determining the level of influence. The process of collecting data for teachers of the Islamic Education Welfare Foundation, Susukan, Cirebon Regency used a questionnaire as a research instrument which was distributed to the entire population with the following criteria: 1) Married teachers, 2) Teachers who already had children. With these criteria, 107 samples were collected. Based on the data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that first, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, secondly, Work-Family Conflict has a positive but not significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

Studi ini bermanfaat menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, kerjasama tim dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT POS INDONESIA Cabang Erlangga Semarang. Dalam mengambil sampel menggunakan teknik sampel acak sederhana sebanyak 120 karyawan sebagai responden. Tipe data yang dimanfaatkan yaitu jenis data kualitatif dan menggunakan sumber data utama berupa kuesioner. Skor di dalam angket ini diukur menggunakan skala likert. Uji Statistik yang digunakan ialah regresi linear berganda.  Perolehan riset ini menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Lingkungan Kerja berdampak positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan. Hasil studi menujukkan bahwa yang berpengaruh dominan adalah kepemimpinan. Nilai dari Adjusted R Square adalah 55,8 % hal tersebut menujukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, Kerjasama tim dan lingkungan kerja mampu menjelaskan 55,8%, maka dalam penelitian selanjutnya diperlukam variabel-variabel lain untuk diteliti sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Kerjasama Tim, Lingkungan dan Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, transactional leadership and rewards on employee turnover intention at PT. Bakti Putra Nusantara. Primary data is used here, which means that the data obtained is the original data from the source through a questionnaire. Employees of the production division of PT. Bakti Putra Nusantara was used as a sample. This sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with a conditional sampling technique (purposive sampling) and the number of samples was 182 respondents. The research data was then analyzed using multiple linear analysis to test the magnitude of the influence partially or simultaneously the dependent variable on the independent variable. The results showed that transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and reward simultaneously have an influence on turnover intention with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.423. The results of the partial test found that transformational leadership has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Transactional leadership partially has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Reward partially has a significant negative effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya karyawan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Obyek penelitian dalam penulisan ini adalah PT. Sejahtera Sunindo Trada Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitiannya adalah : (1) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, artinya semakin baik budaya organisasi maka akan meningkatkan komitmen organisasi. (2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, artinya  tingkat kepuas kerja tinggi maka komitmen organisasi juga tinggi.

Abstract

Batik is a traditional cloth of Indonesia made by writing or waxing it on the cloth. Information related to batik products will be very crucial because this product has been acknowledged as World cultural heritage by UNESCO. This study aims to examine the influence of culture and motivation on the practice of sharing knowledge about batik. The object of this research was Batik artisans and entrepreneurs in Yogyakarta. The number of samples used was 237 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed by statistical testing using the SEM test with the AMOS program. The results showed that organizational culture positively influences the practice of sharing knowledge. Furthermore, organizational culture has a positive role in motivating batik artisans and entrepreneurs. The following finding is that intrinsic motivation influences someone to share knowledge, while extrinsic motivation does not influence batik artisans and entrepreneurs to carry out knowledge-sharing activities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the significance of organizational commitment and self efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior at BPSDMD Central Java Province. This research uses a quantitative approach and uses a sample of 43 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. While the analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis which is equipped with instrument testing, model testing, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25 software. The result of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and self efficacy has no significant effect on organizational citizenhip behavior. Abstract

Penelitian“ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara tantangan dan kesadaran karyawan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja di lingkungan kerja PT Telkom Akses Semarang. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bidang teknisi PTTelkom Akses Semarang. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan Teknik sampling Non-Probability Sampling (Sampling Purposive). Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 111 (seratus sebelas) orang. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisisregresi linier berganda dengan Teknik menggunakan angket atau kuisoner diolah menggunakan program SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variable tantangan dan kesadaran karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja (K3).Berdasarkan hasil terdapat beberapa saran yaitu manajemen perusahaan harus memastikan bahwa staf pekerja peka dan peduli terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan karyawan terkait K3 dan secara tidak langsungakan terjadi perbaikan lingkungan kerja.”.
