Implementing the Teaching Supervision by Principals in Improving the Performance of Teachers in Aceh Besar Ashlan, Said

Teaching supervision by principal in Aceh Besar State High Schools (especially in Excellent Senior High School 2 of Ali Hasjmy and Senior High School 1 Baitussalam) is one of factors to improve the quality of professional teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to identify the activities, techniques, implementations, supporting and inhibiting factors in teaching supervision by principals in improving teacher performance. The subjects of this research were principals, vice principals, and teachers. This study used qualitative approach and descriptive method. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors of teaching supervision were the principals had other activities outside the school and did not have adequate time for the supervision, principalâ€™s demonstration technique was still conventional, there was lack of fund, and there were teachers who were not creative and some of them were susceptible to illness (age factor).

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan quantum teaching pada kemampuan profesional guru dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada SD Negeri 35 kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa SD Negeri 35 kota Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan, wawancara kepada guru kelas yang terkait, observasi untuk sumber data peristiwa dan analisis dokumen, selanjutnya dengan menggunakan teknik snow ball sampling melalui siklus penelitian yang terdiri dari perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan (acting), pengamatan (observing), dan refleksi (reflecting) terhadap tindakan. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar, hal ini terlihat dari tingkat persentase (%) keaktifan siswa mau melakukan tugas dan aktif dalam kegiatan diskusi, nilai siklus I mencapai nilai 22% dari 5 orang siswa, siklus II mencapai nilai 70% dari 16 siswa dan pada siklus III dari 21 siswa mencapai nilai 91%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan quantum teaching pada kemampuan profesional guru dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: Quantum teaching, Profesionalitas guru, dan Motivasi belajarThis study was conducted to determine the extent to which the application of quantum teaching on the professional ability of teachers in Indonesian subjects can increase students' learning motivation at SD Negeri 35 Banda Aceh. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The research subjects were the students of SD Negeri 35 Banda Aceh, totaling 23 students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews with related class teachers, observations for event data sources and document analysis, then using snow ball sampling technique through a research cycle consisting of planning (planning), acting (acting), observing (observing). , and reflection (reflecting) on the action. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive statistics. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes, this can be seen from the percentage level (%) of active students willing to do assignments and be active in discussion activities, the value of the first cycle reached a value of 22% of 5 students, the second cycle reached a value of 70% of 16 students and in the third cycle of 21 students achieved a score of 91%. Thus, it can be concluded that by applying quantum teaching to the professional ability of teachers in Indonesian subjects, it can increase students' learning motivation.Keywords: Quantum teaching, teacher professionalism, and learning motivation.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk penerapan pembelajaran daring melalui aplikasi power poit dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas 2 MIT Tanzil Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjeknya adalah siswa kelas 2 MIT Tanzil yang berjumlah 20 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes, dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan statistik deskripstif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar, hal ini dapat dilihat dari ketuntaasan KKM siswa pra tindakan dan setiap siklus yaitu pada pra tindakan sebesar 66,67%. Pada siklus 1 (satu) 33,33% dan siklus 2 (dua) 27,78%. Hal tersebut diiringi dengan peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa dari para tindakan sebesar 65, siklus 1 72,22 dan siklus 2 sebesar 82,78. Begitu juga motivasi siswa dari siklus 1 juga mengalami kenaikan pada siklus 2. Dari rata-rata siklus 1 sebesar 76,5 kategori cukup pada siklus 2 sebesar 87 kategori baik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran daring menggunakan media power point dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: Motivasi, Hasil Belajar, Pembelajaran Daring, PowerpointThis research was carried out with the aim of implementing online learning through the power point application to increase motivation and learning outcomes in grade 2 students at MIT Tanzil City, Banda Aceh. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects were grade 2 MIT Tanzil students, totaling 20 students. Data collection techniques using observation and tests, and interviews. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive statistics. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes, this can be seen from the completeness of the pre-action KKM students and each cycle, namely in the pre-action by 66.67%.In cycle 1 (one) 33.33% and cycle 2 (two) 27.78%. This was accompanied by an increase in the average student learning outcomes from the actions of 65, cycle 1 was 72.22 and cycle 2 was 82.78. Likewise, the motivation of students from cycle 1 also increased in cycle 2. From the average cycle 1 of 76.5 categories, it was sufficient in cycle 2 of 87 good categories. Thus, it can be concluded that online learning using power point media can increase students' motivation and learning outcomes.Keywords: Motivation, Learning Outcomes, Online Learning, Powerpoint

THE EFFECT OF VISIONER LEADERSHIP, AND LEARNING INNOVATION ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE ALIYAH STATE MADRASAH MEDAN CITY-INDONESIA Said Ashlan; HAMBALI HAMBALI

The reason for this research is to find out and analyze: (1) the effect of visionary leadership on teacher performance, and (2) the effect of learning innovation on teacher performance. The research subjects were the teachers of the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Medan City with a total sample of 182 people taken by means of stratified proportional random sampling, the data were analyzed using path analysis after calculating the correlation of all research variables in the form of a matrix. The results of the analysis of the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables in each substructure obtained (1) visionary leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance by 5.2% (2) learning innovation behavior has a positive effect on teacher performance by 3.1%. The results of the study illustrate that (1) there is a positive direct influence of visionary leadership on teacher performance by 5.2%, and (2) there is a direct positive influence of learning innovation on teacher performance of 3.1%

Effect of Work Environment and Innovative Behavior on Teachers Work for Motivation State High School in Banda Aceh City Said Ashlan; Samsul Bahri

The purpose of the research entitled Work Environment and Innovative Behavior on Teacher Work Motivation State Senior High School in Banda Aceh is to identify and analyze: (1) the influence of the work environment on teacher work motivation, and (2) the effect of innovative behavior on teacher work motivation. The subjects of the study were teachers of the Banda Aceh State Senior High School with a sample of 252 people. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling, which is proportional and random sampling. The data were analyzed using path analysis after calculating the correlation of all research variables in the form of a matrix. The results analysis of the effect exogenous variables on endogenous variables in each substructure obtained (1) The work environment has a positive effect on teacher work motivation of 0.524 (2) Innovative behavior has a positive effect on teacher work motivation of 0.309. The results of the study illustrate that (1) there is a direct positive effect of the work environment on teacher work motivation by 22.9%, and (2) there is a direct positive influence of innovative behavior on teacher work motivation of 17.6%. Based on the research results, it was found that the work environment and innovative behavior described have shown a positive and significant influence on teacher work motivation

This study entitled The Influence of Development Programs, Organizational Culture, and Work Environment on the Quality of Human Resources for Peukan Bada Aceh Besar District Office Employees, aims to determine the extent of the partial and simultaneous influence. Employees of the Peukan Bada Aceh Besar sub-district office made up the study's sample of 30 subjects. A questionnaire or list of questions was used to collect the data for this study. To determine the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable at the 95% confidence level ( = 0.05), hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous), and t test (partial). Development program variables affect the quality of human resources, according to the research's partial test results. According to a partial test, the research's findings show that work environment factors, organizational culture factors, and development program factors all have an impact on the quality of human resources for employees. Also, using a simultaneous test, it was discovered that the factors of the Development Program, Organizational Culture, and Work Environment had a favorable impact on the Quality of Human Resources for employees of the Peukan Bada Aceh Besar District Office.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penerapan sekolah berbudaya lingkungan melalui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang memiliki kepedulian lingkungan terhadap penyelamatan dan pelestarian fungsi lingkungan hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan serangkaian reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
