Abstract

This study endeavors to assess the Quality of Health Center Services in East Idi District, East Aceh Regency, with a specific focus on the sub-district of East Idi. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative analysis, primary and secondary data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study employed data reduction, presentation, and conclusion as analytical techniques. Findings revealed shortcomings in the physical evidence aspect (Tangibles) of the UPTD Puskesmas Idi Timur, East Aceh Regency, concerning inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The reliability of the health center service process was deemed unsatisfactory due to undisciplined and unprofessional staff. However, responsiveness scored well, with puskesmas staff demonstrating alertness and receptiveness to community inquiries. Guarantees, ensuring convenience in obtaining health services, were positively acknowledged. Employees' empathy received favorable assessments, showcasing a friendly demeanor and openness to public feedback.Despite these positive aspects, the study reiterated concerns about the unreliability of health center staff, emphasizing the need for discipline and professionalism. While responsiveness and guarantees were praised, continuous efforts are required for sustained improvement. The overall emphasis is on enhancing the quality of health services by addressing the identified areas of deficiency and promoting a culture of professionalism and empathy among health center personnel.

Abstract

Based on Constitution no. 25 of 2009 concerning public services are all forms of activities in a series of fulfilling service needs for every citizen, both goods, services, and administrative services provided by public services. In the implementation of public services, there are still problems that cause people's lack of satisfaction, as is the case in the management of KTP-el which until now cannot be applied according to the specified procedure. This study aims to determine the quality of service in making KTP-el in Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, with nine informants in the study with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of research on the quality of service in making KTP-el in Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara seen from the (tangible) it is quite good in service facilities and infrastructure to the community, the (reliability) is good in providing services to the community, although training is needed for the community. officers to improve skills, the dimension of assurance (guarantee) is not good in the timeliness of issuing KTP-el to the public, empathy (empathy) in service there are still discriminatory services (discrimination) to the community. It is hoped that The quality of service for making KTP-el in North Padang Lawas Regency can be further improved to create satisfying services for the community.

Abstract

Malnutrition is one of the most concerning things that happened in Aceh Utara district, because it is a disgrace to the government and society. Based on data from the North Aceh Health Office, the number of sufferers of malnutrition is increasing every year. This study aims to identify and describe the evaluation of the program for handling malnutrition under five and the obstacles to evaluating the program for handling malnutrition under five by the government in North Aceh Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis research type. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation, the data obtained were analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The results showed that government programs exist and have been implemented, namely the Supplementary Food Provision (PMT) program in the form of milk, biscuits, and multivitamins, but the number of sufferers of malnutrition is still increasing every year because the implementation is not comprehensive and uneven, which is an obstacle. In the Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT), there is an inadequate budget and a large area accompanied by a lack of supervision from the Health Office so that this program has not been carried out optimally. Research recommendations, the government can make efforts to prevent malnutrition in accordance with the rules set out in Law no. 36 of 2009 concerning health to improve the nutritional quality of individuals and communities in accordance with advances in science and technology.

Abstract

The role of human resource management is reflected in the company's policy to regulate its human resources so that it can play a major role in working together and supporting the company's strategy by measuring the level of employee performance. Employee work performance is strongly influenced by the condition of company such as motivation factors, job satisfaction, working stress, physical condition of work, compensation system, and job design. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation factors, job satisfaction, working stress, physical condition of work, compensation system, and job design with employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Balimbingan. This research was carried out at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Balimbingan in May 2018. This study uses non-parametric analysis with Kendall Tau test. The results showed that the factors of motivation, job satisfaction, work stress, physical condition of work, compensation system and job design were partially related to employee performance because of the significance value (0.000 0.05). Motivation factors, job satisfaction, physical condition of work and compensation system are strongly related and the direction of a positive relationship with work performance is the correlation coefficient values of 0.895, 0.720, 0.733 and 0.706, respectively. Job stress factors are negatively related to work performance with a correlation coefficient value of -0.550. Job design factors are positively related to a low correlation level of 0.377. Simultaneously the six factors are significantly related to work performance because the value of Asymp.Sig 0.05
