Abstract

Islam is a complex and all-embracing religion. The treatise of Islam is not based solely on aqidah, but much larger than that. It is not an easy matter to introduce and teach Islamic studies to students particularly they still are on the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. For the children of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to present and understand Islamic studies, approaches to study are necessary for them to understand it easier. The research used philosophical, sociological, theological, anthropological and historical approaches as the steps to introduce Islam to students. However, in this research, the researcher discussed how to introduce Islam to the students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah using a historical approach. The research method used was a literature study research method, which was a study of the literature. The method for collecting data is a review of books, notes, and reports on literature relating to the history of Islamic studies of the children of Madrasah ibtidaiyah. According to the findings of this study, it is possible to introduce and teach the cultivation of Islamic principles to Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students using a historical approach

Abstract

Integrated science learning at the elementary school level is essentially bringing students into more real conditions, not just theoretical. Integrated science learning at the basic level aims to foster scientific attitudes and mindsets in students, so that later students are expected to be able to solve various problems they encounter in everyday life with a logical and systematic scientific mindset. This research is a classroom action research conducted to find out how the implementation of integrated science learning in class V at MI Al-Madina Prambanan and to know the urgency of the learning implementation process and also the problems and solutions in the integrated science learning process at MI Al-Madina Prambanan. The integrated science learning for class V at MI Al-Madina Prambanan is carried out referring to the basic concept of integrated science learning which brings students to real learning with the hope that students will grow scientific attitudes and mindsets which can later become provisions for students in solving various problems that arise. dealt with logically and systematically.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Lansia menjalani proses degeneratif biologis, psikologis dan social, salah satunya adalah pola tidur yang kurang berkualitas. Langkah konkret yang telah banyak digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah penurunan kualitas tidur tersebut adalah metode farmakologi. Untuk mengurangi toksisitas obat dipilih metode alternatif yang mudah yaitu dengan relaksasi otot progresif dan senam.Tujuan penelitian: Menemukan  perbedaan efektifitas relaksasi otot progresif dengan senam terhadap kualitas tidur lansia .Metode: Desain penelitian adalah  quasy eksperimen yaitu sebanyak 41 orang,dengan 21 lansia kelompok relaksasi otot progresif dan 20 lansia untuk senam, sample diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pada penelitian diukur dengan kuisioner PQSI. Analisa data yang dipakae adalah Wilcoxon test dan Mann Withney. Hasil: Rerata skor kualitas tidur preperlakuan relaksasi otot progresif yaitu sebesar 9,10. Rerata skor kualitas tidur posperlakuan sebesar 5,05. Hasil p value diperoleh 0,000 ( < 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kualitas tidurlansia antara sebelum dan sesudah  perlakuan relaksasi otot progresif. Rerata skor kualitas tidur preperlakuan senam lansia sebesar 9,15. Dan rerata skor senam lansia setelah diberikan senam lansia yaitu sebesar 5,00. Hasil p value diperoleh 0,000 ( < 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan kualitas tidur sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan  senam lansia. Hasil kedua perlakuan menunjukkan bahwa p value sebesar 0,968 (p value> 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan  bahwa tidak ada perbedaan  yang signifikan antara teknik relaksasi otot progresif dengan senam lansia di Dukuh Sendang tahun 2018. Kesimpulan: tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara teknik relaksasi otot progresif dengansenam lansia di Dukuh Sendang tahun 2018dengan p value sebesar (0,968; α = 0,05). Kata kunci: Lansia, kualitas tidur, relaksasi otot, senam lansia.
